Incredible service!! Fair pricing! We called and East Coast towing had their truck to us in 20mins. Meanwhile a triple letter company gave us one time, then switched it to a time 4 hours later! it was already 9pm and cold outside. East Coast Towing was fast, easy to work with and their driver, Bobby, was professional and made us feel at ease. He took care of the tow and followed up to let us know it was safely at the repair shop. I highly recommend East Coast Towing.

I caught a flat on the highway at 1230am on my way to the airport. I used my roadside assistance through my insurance company but that was a long wait! I called and explained my whole situation and the gentleman I spoke to was so kind and helpful! Was ready to dispatch someone to me as soon as possible! I didn t end up using their services due to the company my insurance ended up working with showing up. But the guy was so helpful. Trying to figure out if I had a spare and how to get the spare down. And was concerned about my safety. I am so thankful! It s the little things that makes a BIG impact. If their customer support reflects anything similar to their services, you are in great hands!

Randall was absolutely amazing!!!! Very personable and made me feel confident we would be ok. Dispatchers were friendly and and answered all my questions even though I called three or four times. Absolutely will be using them for all future emergencies!!!! Love Love Love the service!!!

I was stuck on the side of the road. And the manager stopped and asked if I needed help. At first I thought my insurance was coming but I didn't have towing. Luckily I asked for his card. I called the paperwork was sent to my phone. And just like that I was ready to be towed. Service is quick and easy and very professional I recommend them. Thank you for Stopping Ms Bradic

Super professional, about as good as an experience you're going to get when you need your car towed. (nobody likes having to do that). The driver was prompt, friendly, and helpful. Honestly deserving of a five-star review.

Only used them because they were recommended by the dealership, but pleasantly surprised. Showed up early, texted to let me know they were on the way, got the car to the dealership quickly and safely. 5-star all the way!

Great tow from Erin (I believe that is his name) he was available at 11:00PM. Estimated arrival time was as specified. Trusted him to drop off my vehicle at a location that I was not going to be, and when I arrived the next morning, he placed my vehicle in a safe parking area (well between the lines) it was very satisfying. Thanks Erin from East Coast Towing!!

East Coast is truly the go-to for towing here in the Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina). Called East Coast at 10:15pm after waiting for almost 3 hours for a tow from AAA, stranded on the side of the Beltline. Mr. Bobby was there in 15 minutes! He put our vehicle in our driveway, precisely where we needed it. Awesome service, skill, and results. Experience was a huge blessing and a great Christmas present from East Coast Towing.

In a very difficult area to work in, the tow truck operator did a fantastic job. He was on time, quickly assess the situation, and pulled my car out of a muddy area and onto the truck without any damage to my car. I would hire them anytime I need a tow.

I could not get my CRV started in the Cell Parking lot. I was pretty sure the battery was too low to start it. Geico told me I would hear from driver soon. I got a text from Ben Catcho at East Coast Towing he was 10 minutes away. He showed up in about 10 minutes connected his jumper box and My car started right up. We were on our way home. Thank you Ben

Donnie was very knowledgeable and assisting me with possible problems with my vehicle. He kept a conversation going with me to help ease my anxiety of being stuck on a Monday morning without a vehicle. After calling my insurance company and waiting for them to secure my vehicle a tow, which they were unable to do until the next morning. I called East Coast towing at 9:30pm to secure my own ride. Rock and Bobby worked me in and got me off the Road!!!Hats off to these people who do a very thankless job. Dealing with most people at their worst or lowest point and doing what they can to assist with the situation.Thank you East Coast Towing.

Called roadside assistance and it was over 3 hours before the tow truck showed, drove off without any explanation or assistance. Called East Coast towing myself, they arrived within 30 minutes.
