I went in on Good Friday to ask about resetting my radio. I spent a lot of time on the phone with a Honda tech, and googled you tube videos on how to do this with no luck. Rachel jumped into action and was able to reset the radio without me having to go to the dealership. She immediately took the time to assist, and patiently worked on a solution for me. I would highly recommend this location and a raise for Rachel! She was awesome :)

Rachel and Brett was amazing. Very down to earth. Rachel upon entering the lobby made you feel at ease she had the paperwork ready to go and even called the rent a car place to come pick me up. When I picked up my van Brett explained in detail what they had to fix and explained there was damage underneath I was unaware of. I would highly recommend this place. Also what I liked was that Brett and Rachel kept me updated via text every couple of days the status of the van. Great people to deal with and quality work. Thank you Rachel and Brett

Although the office manager was very kind, the experience with my car repair did not go well. I chose this location because of its proximity to my home. When my husband and I went to retrieve my car, we noticed a scratch (paint completely removed) under the right, rear light. It was not there when we dropped the car off! We had to leave it for an additional two days, so it could be fixed. Even though it never should have been done, it certainly shouldn t have gotten past some sort of quality control. We were notified of that fix, went to get my car and noticed that there was white paint (looked like overspray) and dirt on several spots on the bumper. We asked had the car been cleaned and how could that have been missed. The gentleman, that used compound to clean the spots, advised that he would speak to the guy who was supposed to have detailed my car and he removed those spots prior to releasing it back to me. The back seats were still down and the two trunk screws were not tightened back to their original state.I m VERY meticulous about my car and would ve like for a greater level of detail to have been given to it. The lack doesn t set well with me. I ll never allow this Caliber location to repair any of my or my husband s vehicles.

U.S Army soldier needed assistance on my GSA vehicle Rachel Reynolds gave me wonderful customer service made a way for me to get my repairs completed at this location. I was very thankful and please how she conducted business and supported the troops !

I was assisted by Felicia and Tyler who were both knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Felicia provided great recommendations that made this process easy and convenient since I did the drop-off and pick-up alone. This was my first time getting repairs for a collision so naturally, I had a lot of questions and I called them many times. Each time I called, they were kind and patiently answered my questions and provided updates. They finished the repairs well ahead of schedule and my car looks amazing! They do great work in a timely manner. If I need them again, I'm going there.They can't use parts parts you provide and know in advance they disassemble them give you an estimate. Ask them about it.

I called on Monday to inquire about getting an estimate on my damaged vehicle and Rachel was AMAZING! Rachel went above and beyond to assist me! Great customer service is hard to come by these days and Rachel was a breath of fresh air! Thank you, Rachel!!

My husband had to have repairs done to his vehicle. I met with Gail and she was very professional and knows how to greet you and make you feel welcome. A very pleasant person. Brett was very kind and professional. When my husband got his car back he was very pleased and happy with the repairs that were done. My neighbor even told him how good his car look. We both were very pleased with this company's service. A very professional company to do business with.

I brought my SUV in last month to get my front bumper repaired and the team at Caliber did an awesome job! David kept me in the loop the entire time and made sure my vehicle was cared for. Nothing against caliber but I had to bring my vehicle back in today for a minor paint correction on the bumper and again they took care of me right away. As soon as I let them know they had an appointment scheduled for me to bring my car in and my rental setup. Tom hooked me up with a ride to enterprise which was appreciated!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my car. The management at this facility is top notch and will guarantee your satisfaction. Communication was great, and timeliness was excellent. I cannot praise these guys enough.

Unfortunately I had to use Caliber Collisions three times and was very pleased all three times. Staff is friendly and professional and the bodywork was beautiful. I used the one on New Bern and in Garner. I strongly recommend them.
