Absolutely wonderful!! The service was quick and easy.. good pricing and very friendly and courteous technicians. I will come here for my oil changes going forward. I highly recommend Snappy.

This review is for Strickland Brothers in Franklin, NC (It used to be a Snappy Lube). Very good!!! Strickland doesn't offer as many services as Snappy Lube. But they changed the oil and filter quickly and offered some suggestions on where I could get other services. Plus they were very nice and professional. So my oil change today was a great experience!

Had a quick oil change and the guilds checked on my car. While I was there they were very respectful and fast about getting everything fixed and changed. Paid and they sent us on our way.

Terri was very informative on the switch over from Snappy Lube to SB and the difference we will be expecting in customer service. He made sure to get my information for coupons too. Nice upgrade to this location!

Fast, easy transaction. It just so happened that no cars were in line so they pulled me right in. I stayed in my truck while they did the work. Filled out some info, payed and that was it!

I believe this is now Strickland brothers. They did my inspection and I was short by a few dollars and they were nice enough to cover it. I gave it 2 stars because I had my nephew go there at 3:30 on Saturday to do an oil change. We had a sticker on the car that clearly said it was due back in june/August. Car is even giving out warnings for an oil change. They made every excuse not to due the oil change and ripped off the old sticker. If it was too late to do it, they could of just been honest about it. Probably won't go back.Update. I called them. This place is a joke. They said they knew my vehicle. It's common so I'll give that to them. They told me they checked the dip stick. Confirmed by nephew. Said oil still looked brand new. I checked it. Oil is black and it barely on the stick. If I didn't sign the contract with the dealer I would be doing the oil change myself.

These guys are amazing! We were in and out in 20 minutes and they did charge us an arm and leg for an oil change. We will definitely be back!

4 stars because I was asked to come back later in the day because all staff needed to take a break at 1:20pm. Was asked to come back in thirty minutes. Returned the next day as I was not able to come back 30 minutes later

Fastest oil change I've ever had. Topped off my fluids and tires. Cleaned the bottom of my oil pan, which was pretty grimy. Great job. I will come back again.

I was in and out within 15 minutes oil change tires rotated the guys were super friendly so polite just couldn't have asked for a better experience I will definitely be going back and would recommend anyone to go there because they treat you with respect

I took my 2022 Volkswagen Jetta to this place to have the oil changed. Instead of researching how much oil is required to put in my vehicle they put in the wrong amount so my warning light came on as well as an oil light that advised me too much oil was in the car. I had to take a day off of work to drive it to the dealer to have this resolved. They never answer the phone when I ve tried to contact someone in regards to this issue. This could have caused major damage according to the dealer. My service should be refunded but I can t get in touch with anyone now to discuss the issue and I live out of town.Service: Oil change
