I was on vacation about 5 hours from home and got a nail stuck in the sidewall of my tire. Instead of trying to up sell they offered me several options. Most places will not attempt to patch a hole in the side wall but they said they would even though it wouldn't last. They also had new and used tires. The new tire had a good price so that's what I opted to do. Even though they were busy I was in and out in 30 minutes.

My brother from FL was visiting and when ready to go back home discovered a bad tire. I called them and inquired about installing a new one that day. Man was friendly and helpful. My brother was able to get that tire on promptly and went on his way. Said they were courteous and helpful to him. Will be our go to tire place!

I was recommended by my local auto parts store. To check out Poindexters in Franklin North Carolina and ask for Brandon because he was the best person to work on Toyota Camrys. My Camry is a 2002, I requested alignment and for oil leak to be found and for my oil to be changed.Brendan didn't waste my time or his. He advised me on what was going wrong. He priced out the next service that I would need. Well I was still there. Then let me prioritize what work needed to be done first. I really appreciated his attention to detail. I look forward to working with him in the future.- Abby

We needed to get the wheels and tires balanced and rotated on my wife's truck and we needed a done right away. I called here and they told me to be there within 30 minutes and they were able to get taken care of and it only cost $25 these people. Really saved our butts.

I found a nail in my right rear tire. Called early on a Monday morning, said they could take a look at it for me. They patched it and had me in and out in under 30 mins. They looked busy and I expected to have to wait. I appreciate their customer service and timely work! Will happily return if needed!

Got off of work and found a bolt in my tire, called them up, they took care of me asap. Patched her up, good as new. Also great prices!!

On my way to my sons wedding in Georgia day before thanksgiving and my car making noises and right side tire was shaking. Was told about Poindexter Tire and drove it there and what a great experience. I thought it was tire weights but it was my caliper. It took awhile to fix ( wrong part came) but it was worth the wait. All the mechanics were super helpful and the owner was amazing. All were very down to earth and if I am ever in the area again I will stop if I need anything. I highly recommend them for your tire needs

Went here for State mandated vehicle inspection. Very busy, so I guess they are good at something.(update requested, so I post we're here every year for vehicle). Got tired once in2022 last year. Fast service, good price. Good tires seem to be wearing well.

Could not have been more pleased with the service. Great people who serviced my car, the owner was a quality person. I went there to have a tire repaired, the service was fast and the pricing was extremely fair. They re the best!

Very busy but still very customer friendly. I needed to get an RV inspection on Rig too big for their property but they met me across the street in an available lot and did the inspection there. 1st class!

This place may not look swanky or fancy but don t let looks fool you. The work these men did was spectacular! Mr. Poindexter himself made sure my tire puncture was fixed and I didn t even need to have to replace the tires. Being Labor Day, I was desperate for some place to be open and like a blessing these guys were. I still had a 5 hour drive home ahead of me and he made sure I was able to get back on the road earlier than expected.If I am ever stranded again near Franklin, NC, this will no doubt be the first place I will call. The absolute best tire shop!

On vacation and had a flat tire. Took tire in and even though they were busy looked at and had the tire plugged within a few minutes. Even made sure that was the only problem. Efficient and effective. Much appreciated

Have been getting vehicles inspected here for years. Always pretty quick.Also have bought several tires over the years here. Friendly, helpful.
