The guy there was really helpful. My poor little Kia Soul couldn't take the cold weather so we had to stop and get a new battery. They were straightforward and quick with everything. We made it home to FL and have had no problems with the battery. It was cheaper than some of the other auto places we called too.

Guys behind the counter always helpful! Todays visit was to replace my original battery from when I purchased the truck in 2018. The Parts City Counterman had the new battery, off the shelf, paid for and installed in 10 minutes I was on my way out the parking lot. Great service!

They do good business, and happy to work with them on a regular basis.. They do get the wrong parts sometimes, but they're always happy to fix what problems they've had.

Great staff and good prices. Typically brick and mortar stores cost more than if you order online but I got what I needed today actually for less than the price on Amazon. I ve started mediating towards buying stuff in person since it started taking significantly longer to get stuff delivered from online. I work at a local small business and we get our stuff from them, great service. I m gonna keep them in mind for future endeavors.

Very helpful fast friendly service ordered the part I needed of course I have an Acura so it wouldn't be in stock but the kit be here the next day that's great

My car wasn't starting, I got it jumped, & drove straight to Parts City. They tested my battery & determined it needed replaced. I called several other parts stores for battery prices & Parts City beat all of them! I purchased the battery & they immediately installed it for free & I was on my way! Will definitely return in the future.

Great service! Friendly staff!! Had a problem with an Interstate battery that wouldn't hold a charge. Walked in and spoke with Nick and they had us back on the road with a new battery in under 15 minutes.

Have the party needed on hand. Cash and Carry quick transaction. Counters clean didn't see you grease covered alternator or anything like that hanging around good job guy!

As an employee of O'Reilly auto parts for 4 years this is my go to when i come up to Franklin to visit family every year. Basically a branch of O'Reilly auto parts. Smart people and the same great prices as O'Reilly auto parts Store here in FL. I just wish i could use my discount there! Actually curious what system they run on the P.O.S system. Is it O.P.S? Do you guys have TeamNet and Legessy? Just driving me nuts not knowing it lol but ya. Great location. Definitely a great thing for Franklin

Best auto parts store in town, no question. The people behind the counter are knowledgeable and helpful, plus they've got a great selection of hardware, brake lines, fittings, and hard-to-find parts.

On the way home to Florida from a vacation in the smokies and the tensioner pulley locked up on my truck, serpentine belt broke and we were dead. Called up Parts City, and not only did they have the parts, but they drove 10 miles and delivered them to me on the side of the road for no charge! Thank you!!

Only place in Franklin to swap and sell welding tanks and for a fair competitive price to boot. While not as cheap as big box stores on some items they make up for it by selection and quality of merchandise

There is no better place to go for automotive parts in Franklin! They take care of their customers, and keep an extensive inventory. Also, they have welding gases.

They have just about anything you could need for your car. They also have some small things for motorcycles. The staff is very helpful, and the give a military discount.

They were out of things I need it but I like the store I would rather go there than any other auto store an area so I haven't been back to see them yet to see if they have what I need that's just how I like to shop if they treat me well it might be out of the product I want it the bottom line is they treat me well
