VERY grateful for Randy s quick response to my text regarding an RV air conditioner issue and for his prompt service call. He installed a new unit, explained its operation and also discovered an issue with the furnace. He is personable and skilled. Thank you Randy! We recently had our fridge breakdown while in the Asheville area just before the thanksgiving holidays. While Randy was booked solid for the few days we were in the area, he did give me a call (unprompted) and ran me through some quick diagnostic tests I could do on my own which would save me a lot of money on the repairs with next mechanic and help figure out the root issue. He was incredibly kind to have done so and we wish we could have given him our business. Definitely a qualified professional with tons of integrity and a big heart. Thanks Randy!

We have used Randy for 2 years now and he is awesome!! He has replaced a hard to find hot water heater, serviced plumbing, replaced the power converter, troubleshooted the refrigerator, and winterized the camper. He is very patient and explains everything he is doing. Very trustworthy and reliable. If we need anything we call him and he is very quick to respond. He is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. Amazing all around RV service!! Best there is!!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I cannot say enough positive things about Randy! He repaired my RV water heater as I requested. He arrived at the job much sooner than I was expecting, which was amazing. He then took the time to show me how to operate the electric and propane features on that water heater, while also explaining how the electric and propane features work on my fridge and my furnace! Just in time for the freezing temps that arrived the very next day! His suggestions will save me so much money on propane.He took so much time helping me, and his service fee was way lower than it really should have been. Randy is honest, patient, and an amazing repairman.Please do not hire anyone else. You will not be sorry.Service: Electrical

We arrived in NC with our 5th wheel and hooked up and discovered a big leak from our hot water tank. Randy came out and evaluated the problem, bypassed the hot water tank so we could have usable water in the rig. He had to order a new hot water heater for us and was there the next day to install it. Randy is very good at what he does and his prices are fair. You cannot go wrong with him!

This guy is great he knows who who's his profession. Hes very reasonably priced and able to get you back in service. His friendliness, kindness, and his knowledge, and service is impeccable!! What great customer service. My wife, cousin, and I are RV traveling and stopped in Silva for a few days. We had a serious water leak issue requiring us to turn off all water. I called Randy today, a Saturday afternoon, and he went out of his way to ensure we had water running back in our RV. Highly recommend.

It s refreshing to do business with a company that does things the right way. Randy Owens is a very trustworthy person and I would not hesitate to call him back. Great pricing, very knowledgeable and clean work, even came out on a Saturday on time and fixed the problem I had with with our campers heater in a timely manner which then let us go back to enjoying our camping trip.

Randy Owens is wonderful. I was visiting from Florida and camping in a motorhome. One of my slideouts would not extend so I called. He returned my call very quickly, asked me some pertinent questions, and then gave me instructions. When I followed them, the slideout came right out and we were fixed. No charge. Five stars does not rate this man high enough. I highly recommend him for RV repairs. Thank you Randy.

Our Generator stopped working on a trip to NC from Florida. I had a Cummings dealer look at it en-route but the tech couldn't get it to work. When we got to NC, we called Randy who spent 1 hour and fixed the issue at our campground. I cant tell you how great it was to have it running again.I would highly recommend Randy and Owens RV + Marine repair to anyone who needs an honest mechanic to save their vacation!

Randy is a great human being who knows RV's. I would not hesitate to call upon or refer Randy to anyone with a problem in their RV. We have used Randy twice now and he has exceeded what was asked of him. If we could give him 100 stars we would. Super nice guy too!!

Great experience. Had my boat to several other mechanics and could not get things straitened out. Was even refused by one shop saying it was too big of a project. Randy went through and one by one fixed the issues I was having with some gauges, switches, and pumps on my bass boat, in about 4.5 hours. Very professional and will most certainly call him next time I need help.

Randy is a living angel! My RV broke down on a major highway and it wasn t even something that he usually fixes but he came out anyway to help me and my daughter who were stranded in the middle of nowhere and got us back on the road. Like somebody else said, I would give him 100 stars if I could!

I have had several problems with my fleetwood flair and every problem I ve had with it Randy has been able to get fixed quickly. I would highly recommend you let him look at your rv or boat before taking it anywhere else.

Randy is awesome... We were on vacation and had a problem with our Gray Water Value being stuck... Had very poor cell service so had to leave message... he came out to help us even though he couldn t get back in touch with us ... Did a great job and taught us a few things about maintaining our camper... I would definitely recommend calling him with any problem... Very knowledgeable ...

Had furnace problems and he came out same day as we called him. Fixed furnace and was fast. Highly recommend this company.
