Have been going to New Life Auto the last few years and it's been a great experience. Honest, knowledgeable and straightforward team and love that there is and a nice, clean space to wait while car is being worked on. Highly recommend.

LOVED my experience here! Very clean and professional & friendly. I appreciate their knowledge! They were on time & the repair was also timely. No major repairs yet, but I m so thankful that I found this place ! We have definitely found the place that will be taking care of all of our vehicles!

I had symptoms of a blown head gasket so I called on a Wednesday, was told to bring my car in the next day for diagnostics and given the prices before arriving. They took my car in and told me it would be a week at the latest to get my car repaired and returned.For a mechanic shop, these people went above and beyond. They detailed the entirety of the car, including the engine bay and made the car run like new and look new. They went over everything thoroughly with what they were doing. They had to do a LOT of repair work to the engine, more than I expected, but their prices were fair.Every employee was courteous and the owner is very knowledgeable of his vehicles and has a great way of explaining every detail to someone who may not understand the terminology of what is happening.

Not that knowledgeable about our particular issue. We spent the $150 for diagnostics. We felt it had to be pretty common issue for that type car. They may be better with other issues, we took car elsewhere and after describing issue mechanic was familiar with it. The car is fine now. Different experience levels, which isn't a slight to anyone. Your customers are well informed these days,respect that.

TOTAL SCAM Brought my car in for a safety inspection for registration. And I had let my car go one day past so my registration was past due and very important I got it done that day they failed me cause of my brake rotors but told me being that I was past due they could do my brakes and rotors that day for 700 I told them thank you but I could not afford it they tried to pressure me into it but I told them I could do it myself they were upset but said fine to bring the car back when it was done no need to make an appointment just bring it in show that they have been changed and they would pass me well I went bought rotors and pads charged them then brought it back like they said then they told unfortunately they could not get me in I said your the one who did my inspection my car is here you can see they have been changed but they were rude about it said I should of just had them do it like they suggested. I left upset took it to another shop where I found out you can be failed over worn Rotors so they Scammed me

The best thing I can say is TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. These guys did a test drive to diagnosis the problem with my Jeep, called me with the needed repair information and got me back on the road very fast! If you want professional auto repair at a reasonable price you can trust your repairs to them. I would recommend this shop to anyone. FIVE STARS from me. Thanks for your help!

We were traveling and one of our service lights went on. We made a call to the Goodyear service in Franklin and they couldn't get us in for days. They kindly recommended New Life. I called and they got us in the same day. We took a stroll up into quaint downtown Franklin area and as we walked back they called to let us know all work completed. Cost was exactly what they quoted after mechanical testing. Very pleased with them. They were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them!!

I've never been there until my van was making a noise in the front end and thought I would give them a try and I'm glad I did . They was Abel to look at it that day so I left it with them. They called me couple hours later with an estimate to fix it and they could have it done that day. I told them to fix it . I would recommend them to anyone . Very friendly staff it's my repair shop from now on.THANKS GUYS GREAT JOB!!

I broke down in Franklin North Carolina. New Life Automotive had me back on the road completely fixed up the next morning. They went way above and beyond! They took us to a hotel near stores and restaurants, they offered to stop so we could get essentials, picked us up the next morning and offered to stop so we could get breakfast! They thoroughly tested the vehicle to make sure everything was right, old fashioned values in a crazy high tech world. An amazing experience during a stressful, uncomfortable time. Thank you!!!

They look professional but they charge way too much and they do not fix your car like they say they will. I had put my car in for repair and I was still having issues. They made it worse again by sabatoging my car s engine to intentionally misfire when I asked them to fix the steering and whatever was causing everything to become loose when driving to and from work. I know because they were asking me a series of questions each time I went in to have my car serviced. They did it on purpose. I would never take my car back there again. And I advise you to do the same, do not take your car there to be repaired. They will also lie on you about any damages related to an accident claim.

We rated a 4 because it was our First time. My auto mechanic is getting to old, so changes are on the way. We were impressed an will keep using them for tune-ups! We're really impressed with the TECHNET warranty! Keep up the good work, I'll give a 5 star!

Honesty and fair prices is all I ask for and life automotive delivered on both...they have an insurance program for the customers parts and labor..i believe labor is incl...thats an added bonus..esp if ur traveling. Third party towing is available thru them...not sure if they add a fee or just add the towing price to bill...mine seemed high for a nine mile tow but that's the towing company..perhaps ask first.....thanks to all at life auto...everyone was nice and helpful...would recommend them for all service and preventative maintenance on ur vehicles..

I went to New Life Automotive to have my new-to-me vehicle inspected prior to driving back to Michigan in it. They checked everything out and gave me a complete list. Considering the age of the vehicle, I was pleased to hear that there was far less to do on it than I anticipated. They serviced the full list and it actually cost a bit less than the estimated cost! I was referred to them by my son and definitely will recommend them to anyone in the area.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

Professional, competent, and honest. I was from out-of-town and had broken down. They could have easily taken advantage of my situation by telling me that major repairs were needed and I would not have known the difference. Instead, they tried the quick and easy (and less expensive) fixes first and found one which solved my problems. 10 stars. Get a second opinion!!!! I did and it saved me 100 percent of my money. These guys told me I needed 4 new rotors(said rotors are warped), which seemed odd to need all four at the same time and also 4new pads. Over 1,000 dollars in charges. Not feeling good about it, I went to the mechanic I usually use but cheated on this time bc I was in a hurry to fix what turns out to be just a noise. A wild goose chase type of noise.My mechanic actually called me in to personally show me the rotors which have zero groves, zero pits. So to be clear, I did not need a single service they were recommendeding. Obviously New life tried to get me!!I'm absolutely disgusted that they would try taking my very hard earned money like this. Shame on you!!!

Me and my wife up here visiting our friends we are from SC my A/C has not worked for several Months the mechanic that works on my truck back home said I had a leak under my dash.thanks for New Life Automotive for helping me out there was no leaks inside the dash it was all leaking from the engine .I wish we would have New Life Automatic back home because I would use them all the time Thanks David for helping me A/C working great

Volkswagens are a tricky beast, and I'm very picky about who I allow to look at my car let alone work on it. Time and time again they do not cease to go above and beyond in any situation. Highly recomend, they are the only place I will goto for vehicle maintenance. Professional, dedicated and diligent.

Tyler was very informative, polite, and professional. The price was fair and the work done was great. We had an excellent experience with New Life Automotive! Very professional office, shop and personnel. They kept in constant communication with us and sent pictures as well. Had a 30,000 mile service done on my Nissan Frontier so quite a bit needed to be done. Thought it would take at least 3 or 4 hours. My appointment was at 8am and I dropped it off then. My wife picked me up. about 8:45 they called me to pick it up! Awesome! They are really good and usually really quick, but very competent and you know everything is taken care of correctly. Also sooo friendly! It feels like you're walking into " Cheers" the old TV show where "everyone knows your name". You walk in the door and everyone welcomes you with your name. I love it!

Took my sons Audi in for a couple items - had taken it in in March while he was back from school, but there was something that needed a little adjustment. They got us in right away and took care of it quickly with no charge. Also had them look at the motor mounts, which we knew were somewhat suspect since we purchased the car, but they said they didn t need replacement at this time. A very clean, well-run shop and they seem very honest. Will continue to bring our cars there.Services: Exhaust, Engine repair

Everyone was very nice and answered my questions. I appreciate the way they took care of my car.. covering the seats etc. I also appreciate the breakdown (on paper) as to what they did ..re: tires checked and rotated, replacing the cabin filter(I did not know about that filter.. no one ever said anything about this when I had oil changes at other places. I am not from the area (there on vacation) and stopped by at 8:00 am to have a tire checked out but I did not have an appointment. First available was 11:00. They pointed me to the Kountry Kitchen and suggested I grab some breakfast and they would try to squeeze me in. Breakfast was great and when I got back they were already done! They removed the tire, checked it out, remounted it and told me there was a little corrosion on the rim but they cleaned it up and it should be fine. I tried to pay but they said "no charge since nothing was wrong". Great place, honest people. Highly recommend New Life Automotive.Service: Tires
