Excellent experience. Brought my mini S in and customer service was great, got 100k service, tune up, winter tires and all work was done well. Its a little expensive, but def worth it if you have a bmw/mini. My only small gripe was rims and new tires weren't cleaned up after install, but its a minor gripe. That and the cost earn it a 4 instead of 5, but I def recommend, and will def be back myself.

Excellent VW and foreign auto shop. We were here for Thanksgiving and needed a transmission service due to ours slipping and they fit us in with so much hospitality. Wonderful service and so helpful for our family.

I took my Porsche and Ferrari to GSI for routine maintenance. They did a great job. I can t think of any other local shop to take high end cars to.

Troy and the gang down at GSI Auto Group are simply amazing. I just got a lift, tires, and wheels done on my truck and it turned out awesome. From the beginning to the end the service was 100% professional and on point. I would highly recommend them for anything you need done on your vehicle. They can do it all, and do it at a high level. I can't recommend them any higher

Absolutely great I was greeted with a smile and friendly service, this is my first visit and was in need of a battery I had stopped by unannounced five minutes later I had a brand new battery In my volkswagen beetle and a smile on my face. Efficient, friendly, and professional. I had a sensor problem that caused my car to be in a reduced engine power state. Troy was able to work through (and solve) the problem to get me back on the road. These guys are awesome. Our car broke down on vacation and they shifted their schedule around to get us back on the road. We were back on the road in no time. We have taken three cars to be fixed. All three were fixed and are running great. Each one took about three days ; however the wait was worth knowing the cars were being fixed correctly!

I've used GSI to work on our 2005 Tacoma, 2017 Golf and a 30 year old Porsche and the work has been quick, correct, fairly priced and carefully done each time. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Top notch facility with professional staff makes bringing your vehicle here a pleasure. They're very good at trouble shooting, always provide accurate estimates and stand by their work. Also the only place in Franklin that I know of who offer Liqui Moly products! My go-to mechanic for any projects I don't have time or tools to take care of myself. Highly recommend.

This company helped us in a stranded situation. Our truck broke down and we needed to get back to my 86 year old dad in another state . Their customer service is outstanding and their mechanics are wondering. They helped expedite the repair and we can't thank them enough!

GSI auto group attempted to work on my BMW 5 different times charged me over $600 and never did fix the a/c system. Troy agreed to refund some money and never did. Apparently Troy stated to Discover card that he never agree to refund my money, WELL! we will see if he is going to lie in court! My experience with GSI only shows me that they are unethical, unprofessional and unqualified to work on a/c systems. To say the least GSI has lost my trust! There have been two other individuals that have stated to me that they have taken their vehicles to GSI for AC work and have had to bring back with issues.

Ordered $$$ coilovers thru gsi.Gsi installed $ coiloversCharged me for $$$ coilovers.When I called to ask why $ coilovers were installed the owner lied, asked for model number off coilover. I gace a series of random numbers which he confirmed were $$$ coilovers (impossible)Also over charges for work.
