Recently purchased a Landmaster sxs unit from Franklin Power sports. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and answered all questions I had about the different units. I would do business with them again. Thanks Walter and Family.

Was told the job wouldn't take long, the job started last year it's been months since I have heard anything about my dirtbike. The last update I got said they were waiting for a part and that it would be delivered and the job done in a week that was in August, I still have the voice-mail. Was told it would be around $908, we will see what they try to tell me when I call them......

Called to ask turn around time, told 2-3 days if it just a check fluid and and oil change. A week and a day or two for repairs. Dropped it off on Monday for fluids check, oil change and front differential leak. Friday, was told they were waiting on parts to come in and it needed a idle sensor and differential seals. On Monday (a week later) Walter said the parts were in. Called again on Saturday (almost two weeks later) and was told the parts came in Friday and will start on it first thing Monday. Called on Tuesday (almost 2 1/2 weeks later) and told them I would be there in an hour to pick up my 4 wheeler ready or not. Got a bill for $409.34 for a replaced idler sensor (149.99), oil change ($73.47) for oil, filter and service. Electronic diagnosis ($10) and 2 hours of service ($150.), plus $25.88 in tax. Guess what, they never got to the front differential and wanted to know if I wanted the new parts (which they had) I refused them, paid the bill and took it elsewhere where it will be done in two days. It was excuse after excuse but I believe the problem was they don't have a qualified tech mechanic capable of major repairs on site after Walter said he needed more mechanical help. (more like experienced mechanical help). I have bought my 4 wheelers there under the previous owner and was always happy with the service under Charlie (who is no longer there). There is NO communication between Polaris and customers as to what they found wrong, what next or when it will be ready unless you call them you are forgotten. Never another penny for service, parts or new 4 wheeler from me. You lost a customer by your inability to communicate and be up front and honest as to why things weren't done or when they would be done.

I wanted to have routine service (oil, spark plug, etc.) performed on my Ranger 400, so I stopped at this dealer and inquired of the price and was told $185.00 by two employees. A couple of weeks later I called to schedule an appointment and confirmed that the price was $185.00. When I came to pick up the Ranger, I was presented with invoice for about $250.00 which had additional charges for the oil, spark plug, filter etc. As I had twice been quoted a price for the service of $185.00, I naturally assumed that included the small amount of oil, the one spark plug etc. To resolve the matter, I agreed to split the extra charges with them. I will never return to this business and I caution anyone contemplating doing business there to be very careful.

I dropped off a 6x6 Polaris to this company I waited 4 months for it to get completed when they called and said it was completed I went out of my way to go get it.The machine wouldn't start they tried for 45 minutes to try to make it start burnt the starter up then when I took it for a test drive it was banging like the valves had been adjusted incorrectly .they said they replaced a bunch of parts in the front end .when I picked the machine up for the second time nothing was done except the higher bill , because he said some parts broke while they were test driving it .The same parts they said they replaced.I get it home took it off my trailer and the front tire about fell off I took it to another place that works on ATVs , they said that nothing that Franklin powersports said that they did had been done at all .the whole front end of the machine literally fell apart when they tried to take the tire off and I paid a lot of money to have this machine fixed just to get it back in worse conditions that I delivered to them.i think they went through four mechanics in the time that they had the machine there and the owner said he did a lot of the work himself ...He's better off staying in the office....$1,700 worth of repairs that didn't get me anywhere but another repair bill from another place that actually did fix it correctly ...Would not recommend this place to anybody even my worst enemy.

I was coming down from Highlands NC to Franklin NC whe I lost my rear brakes on my 87 Goldwing Interstate. I limped along till I got to Franklin Power Sports. I told the man at the counter I was in need of an emergency repair. He said lets take a look and I rode around back. The excellent mechanic had my issue diagnosed in no time and was able to make the repair right then. I was able to watch the work and I was shown everything that was being done. Less than an hour later and at an extremely reasonable cost I was back on the road enjoying my ride. This business really knows how to take care of their customers. I will definitely remember their work when I am looking to purchase a 4wheeler. Thank you Franklin Power Sports!

I only gave em one star to write this review. Do not go there. Charged me 2000 dollars for nothing. Couldn't even get my u.t.v. on the trailer when I went to pick it up after months. Theybasically said sorry about your luck. They have my number if they want to make it right.

They serviced my atv. They said they would call if the serviced exceeded a price point but NO call. They did adjust the price. I had to call to find out it was ready. It was some above price initially quoted but well within what some of the other places change.
