Over a period of 30 years I've delt with Franklin machine shop. Tommy was shop foreman and was very nice and easy to deal with.I have spent a lot of money there. Recently I've had the opportunity to deal with the new shop foreman David. I found him to be rude and very short with his answers. It's a shame after all these years to have to deal with attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

These men were so helpful to my fiance and I ! We were traveling from Florida to Tennessee two days after Christmas and passed through the area. At a gas station my fiance noticed an issue with our trailer axle. We were referred to Franklin Machine Co by a local gentleman at the store. They had our trailer fixed within 24 hours and cheaper than the original quote. They made our Chiweenie, Pickles feel right at home as she ran throughout the shop if y'all have any more puppies please reach out!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This is for the truck repair side of the company, I scheduled my truck a appointment 2 weeks out asked if they would like it there early because I was home. Was told to bring it in on the date of appointment. So I did then James told me he could work on it tomorrow. I came back to check on the truck the next day and was told the same thing again maybe tomorrow!! This is how you put a owner operator out of business!!!James the mechanic I think ! I didn t see a wrench in his hands or dirty both times I was in the shop he is one of 2 people in there that I didn t see working on a thing but sitting or putting pizza in fridge!I also learned the hourly rate was cheap 70$ hr. BUT that s per person! I

David (in the welding department) was incredibly nice and made a unique housing for a jewelry spin caster for me. He made it perfect to specifications, and I felt like the price and fabrication time were both reasonable given the crazy state of getting materials and the market need right now. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs something made.

They have always been kind and easy to work with. We buy steel for a welding business and they are always quick to supply us with what we need.

What a great bunch of people. Everyone here was friendly and personable. I had a tough job for them to do and they pulled it off. My car would not run without them. Thank you Franklin machine company.

They welded a trackhoe back together that had pulled it's turn table not just the bolts but the whole mount off of it's tracks and that was 4 years ago and it's still holding strong.

I was lied to about work that needed to be done on my motorhome. Also over charged by several hundreds of dollars for the work they did. Do not go their for work on a motorhome.
