I've only been here twice and already I like they're friendly service, the way the mechanic takes his time to explain what needs to be fixed and why and how our can be prevented in the future. It's like having a small class lesson for free. And, they are very reasonable in their prices.

Was acknowledged as soon as I pulled up. Checked my battery to see if it needed replaced, yes it did and they had one in stock. Installed it and was back on the road in 20 mintues. I would highly recommend this business!!

After going next door to Jiffy Lube and being told they didn t have anything to give my LandRover an oil change, I came over to Franklin Lube & Repair for the first time. It was 4:45, and the mechanic was busy. He could have easily turned me away, but he stayed until after closing to do my oil change. He was so friendly, as was the receptionist, and I will be a repeat customer!Service: Oil change

My tires needed rotating according to the maintenance schedule. I knew that I was probably going to need new tires. They waited for me to come back so that they wouldn't rotate tires that needed replacing. Love the new tires. When I needed body work done, they recommended someone they use and that, too, was wonderful. Going to get my car inspected by them today!

Matt and Justin are very friendly and good at what they do. I've never had a bad experience with the service or customer care here, plus they have the best oil change in town. So good I come from another state just for those reasons

The best auto shop in Franklin yo! The staff are so nice and they always help me out with random car stuff which I know nothing about. Not to mention the prices are pretty sweet so I never have to break the bank either. Highly recommend C&R Lube!

I went to a repair shop before going here. They told me there going to have to remove other parts of my van to get to the radiator hose. I was desperate as this is my work van. I drove right away to Franklin Lube and repair. Ronald told me he would help me. And help he did. I drove my van from there shop shortly after. Thank Ronald for the great work.

We always go here for oil changes and started taking our truck here for repairs as well.The guys there are friendly and knowledgeable at what they do. They work with you to try to save you money, and still give you a fair price when something major needs to be fixed.

We are from Florida and pulling a fifth wheel RV. I wanted to get the oil changed before we headed home.C &R Lube was fast and friendly ! It was so nice to not be told my engine needed flushing, brake system needed flushing, transmission needed flushing or the air in the tires needed new air. Just good, fast friendly service. In and out in 20 mins. And didn't cost an arm and a leg .Thank you C&R Lube!!!

Took my vehicle for oil change. They altered the skid plate after removing it to change the oil filter. They claim they did not do that, but they are the only one that has worked on it. They were very unprofessional. I'll never take my vehicles back. Be aware of their service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I took my work van to another garage first. They stared at it for over 2 hours telling me they would have to remove all kinds of parts to reach the hose that had to do with the radiator and it would cost lots of money. They told me to come back tomorrow. Then I discovered Ronald at Franklin Lube and Repair. They got me on the road within a couple hours. Thanks to Ronald. High five.Thank you.

Used their carwash and it wasn't great. It did get the dust off but that's the most I can say.Thanks for responding. I found a great article online about car was water pressure. Here's a brief portion I cut out.What Pressure to ExpectCar washing is made quick and easy using pressures ranging from 1400 to 2100 PSI. Higher power is seldom ever needed.�Pressure washers for home use�typically feature a GPM of 1.5, while the higher the speed the better, helping for both the standard pressure wash and its foam attachments. The average accepted minimum pressure is 1400 PSI for most, which allows you to wash away all stubborn grime and debris without the need for brushing at all.

They provide great friendly service, went to get my oil changed and had a low tire that they pumped up without me even saying anything. That might not be much in some people's eyes but it ment alot to me:) I would highly recommend

Yesterday: A Wonderful waiting room (8 chairs, coffee, tv, cute model cars), FAST CHEAP oil change (Kendall Oil Products) service (My compact car 4-cylinder oil change cost less than $40.) AND friendly...the receptionist was kind and helpful. I felt compelled to give them some of my tire business too. I'll be going in again today to get two new tires. NOTE: Their old name, C&R Auto Enterprises, has been replaced. This business is now called "Franklin Lube & Repair." <--That's from my receipt.

Justin, Cristy, Rog, Matt.. are the best! I have best going there for all my automotive needs for over five(5) years and they have taken very good care of me..always! If you want an HONEST repair shop, this is it!!

I had the unfortunate experience of bringing my car to Franklin lube for an inspection today. After the first person (the heavy set woman) was extremely rude to us, then her coworker, Ian, came out and got physically aggressive with me. I'm a woman who is 5'3 and 135lbs. Ian is a large heavy man who uses that, apparently, to intimidate women. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience ended with me having to call the police.

Wouldn't advise going there unless you like the cheapest oil you can buy put in your vehicle and toilet bowl cleaner as windshield washer. The oil they use is like 30 bucks for 15 quarts and they charge way more then that for a basic oil change.

Had a bad experience. Someone put lug nuts on wrong after rotating the tires. So when I went later somewhere else to get tires, 3 lug nuts had to be replaced.
