Needed shower doors for a master bathroom renovation, I called and they scheduled the measure within a couple of days, emailed me the quote, which I thought was reasonable. I replied immediately to accept and asked timeframe. I was told shower doors were running about 4 weeks from order to install. Four weeks later a call to schedule install. Great company & easy process! Thank you! The doors and mirrors look fabulous!

The only way to know if a business is truly client driven is for issues to arise. Franklin Glass made it clear that the project was going to be completed as agreeded with no excuses, or finger pointing. The product and service was as expected. We got exactly the mirror upgrade in the bathroom that we were looking for.My experience in the last few years is many businesses are not focused on customer service as they should be. They do not understand that the only thing that makes price irrelevant in great customer service. I belive Franklin Glass is one of the few businesses that make the client experience the only true deliverable. Thanks again, Franklin Glass

We replaced 2 sliding glass doors in our home. From the first time we shopped, right through the selection process and installation. BIll and Billy were terrific to deal with. We are very happy with the finished product and feel we got good advice all through the process. We will return to Franklin Glass the next time we need the services and products they offer.

I had a large and complex job at my rental cabin. I talked to several well known companies and decided Bill and his crew of experts at Franklin Glass were the best. I wasn t disappointed. The glass was hard to get, a special order product. They stayed on it and completed the job. They are careful and very personable too. Job well done.

Every part of our experience with Franklin Glass was positive. From the initial estimate through follow-up calls with the salesmen, the professionalism, courtesy, and neatness of the installers, and the quality of the installation and the product. All around a perfect experience. We can t wait to work with them again when we replace the rest of our windows.

Having just moved to the area and having no resources to call on for renovation needs, we were very pleased with Franklin Glass. Billy was helpful, patient with my many questions, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Franklin provided what was needed in a timely manner and within quote. Will definitely call on Franklin again.

I'm not seen as a customer because I've called several times for the last 2 weeks and I left a vm and no call back. But I found what I was looking for somewhere else. Would say thanks for your time but haven't used any of that
