I have never owned a brand new car in my life. We go to Franklin Ford to look at the Ford Broncos. Nerves are crazy, and just a lot of anxiety. We meet with Billy Beil, he showed us the Broncos on the lot, and got us in for a test drive. We decided to buy, the process was so smooth and easy. Billy answered all our questions with a great wealth of knowledge. If you are in the market for a car, please go see Billy Beil at Franklin Ford. You won't regret it and you will leave happy. Highly, highly recommend.

I m just getting ready to turn 65 and this is the first time that I ve bought an almost new car And gotten a car loan! I was very happy with the whole process. Max was attentive, and when I told him what I needed, he found a car that was an exact match!Also, when he had a family and had to go, he made sure to fix me up with another super service minded salesmanI think in the end just like most people what I want is for someone to help me find a really good car match that will also bring some sales commission their way.A few years ago, Franklin Ford had a very serious fire and it is so good to see how they have recovered from that and have a beautiful showroom with lots of wonderful employees.I recommend Max he did a great job!I also wanted to thank Jerrod who was amazing in how he quickly took over when Max had to handle a family matter. He answered all of my questions with a smile on his face!!Todd helped me figure out how to get the best fitting Matt s for the car.Julia handled the loan details and really took her time to make sure everything was clear and accurate.Todd is the GM that was on duty. He found me the best loan and was so positive and encouraging.All together an excellent team!!!

YESTERDAY was all about a new car. I only needed Franklin Ford in Franklin, NC, to make it one of those epichal days in a life.You have the day you got your permit, the day you kissed a girl, the day you got married, and the day your first was born.At 58 you may have the first time you ever got a car with North Carolina tags; the first time you got any vehicle financed without an agency or parent having any 'say so' in the matter OR the first time you drove a stick shift since driving the KICKS! TRUCK in 1985, '87 AND '88.It comes back. It all does.Thank you, Jerrod, David, and every single woman and man at the ONLY dealership I needed yesterday.

I met with James at Franklin Ford yesterday to look at used cars. I wasn't sure if I would walk away making a purchase due to the selection on the lot not being very extensive but there were several vehicles that were in my price range and had the features I wanted. In the end, I was actually happy that there weren't so many that I felt overwhelmed. James was extremely patient as I looked at 6 different vehicles and test drove three. He answered all of my questions and helped me to feel very comfortable with my decision. I am happy to say that I am now the proud owner of a Subaru Outback!All of the employees that I came in contact with at Franklin Ford were welcoming and helpful. When I am in need of another vehicle, I will certainly look there again.

I did a trade in for a 2018 ram 1500, and what a great experience. They were friendly and really took the time to get to know us. Cole was awesome and didn t try to over sell anything. Just a great experience overall. I highly recommend Franklin ford.

I could not have asked for better service and professional team.They were all super friendly and professional and I would like to give a huge shout out to Mark Culder !!! He was super amazing and very professional. He made sure I drove off the lot with the car , I came for and did an amazing job with helping get my payments and the financing where I needed it to be and he stayed until 9 pm with me and my son to make sure I was able to leave the lot with my new amazing car, he also help put my tag on and helped connect my phone to the car .. Thank you so much Mark and Franklin Ford for helping me get in to this amazing car !!!!!

Jerrod m.huckaba , was my sales consultant, very knowledgeable on all the many cars he showed me, new/used showed me many options and values from options of 60,000 miles to 5 miles. To back up cameras, to hand turn Windows. At the end i chose a 2023 ford bronco sport .with 5 original miles on it. Franklin Ford was hands down the cleanest facilities, best services. I will recommend, and also be a customer again. Big THANK YOU to ALL FRANKLIN FORD employees for the help.

Two stars for my truck. Zero stars for cover ups, dishonesty and bait and switch....had your dealership been up front, I'd have purchased the truck anyway and praised you for your honesty. Because you chose to not be up front, I won't be back.Update: apparently Franklin Ford also notified quite a few " extended warranty" companies as well. I'm being bombarded with junk mail from numerous warranty companies.BAD MOVE, FRANKLIN FORD!!!

My friend spent over 600 dollars taking the 2021 car she bought back and forth to Franklin Ford for repairs after it continually broke down, and they diagnosed it with a different problem every time, transmission, computer, spark plugs etc. She ended up getting the car repossessed since she couldn t take it back and forth to work safely and fell into financial difficulty. Two months later she receives a recall notice for her car s model for having multiple faulty and dangerous parts and received no compensation for the amount she spent on unneeded repairs.

Usually not happy going into a car dealership, but my wife and I were very pleased dealing with Franklin Ford. Jason, Cole and Billy Bob were very helpful with our trade-in and with the purchase of our new F150 Lariat. Thank you for being so kind. I purchased a vehicle at Franklin Ford on Jan 31. The sales staff were all friendly and helpful-no pressure. Cole Doolittle was exceptionally nice and helpful and stayed with me through the whole process. (Even helped clean out my trade-in)All the people I met there seemed to be excellent people.

We had a recall notice on our Ford 550 6.7 diesel which is attached to our 36 Super C Thor 4 Winds Motorhome. We found LaVonda in the Service Dept to be great with communication. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Brian the Service manager was excellent and displayed honesty & integrity. Not a fan of using dealerships because they re usually more expensive but would highly recommend Franklin Ford. Who knows maybe we ll buy a vehicle from them in the near future. Thanks for making another part of our move to Franklin NC a positive!

We bought a used car and 24 hours later the check engine light came on. It took us a few weeks and 3 trips but they got the problem fixed and went above and beyond servicing our used car that was sold "as is" with limited power train warranty. They even gave me a fantastic loaner vehicle (2024 bronco with 8 miles on it). I would absolutely do business with them.The service department went way above and beyond. I'm sure in the end they probably lost money honoring the warranty but they did honor it.That was not the case when we purchased a vehicle at the Chevy place in Franklin a few years ago. We felt the Chevy salesman was very dishonest and when the car we bought from them needed work 24 hours after we bought it they tried awfully hard not to help us, but did agree to pay for half the repair in the end when I told them I'd be sharing my story on social media and leaving reviews anywhere I could could.The only slight issue I had with Franklin Ford was the less than friendly lady in the service department. I don't know her job title but when you walk into the service department through the drive through/ inspection area she is the lower desk (not one of the tall chairs) on the right.Somebody contacted my wife earlier that day to tell her our vehicle was ready. This lady called me and said "are you the one who received the 2024 bronco as a loaner?" I replied "yes I am." she said in a very frank way "you need it bring it back now. I'm not sure why you have it, if your vehicle is being worked onor something but you need to bring it back."I'm not sure if she is always like that or was just having a bad day. I felt like I needed to defend myself against some kind of implied accusation but I simply replied that I was leaving work, going to fill it up, and return it. When I got back to the Ford place she was very cold and rude to me and to one of her coworkers as well. Had she been my first point of contact at Ford I would not have done business with them. But she wasn't. Eric, Byron, and the other folks in the service department I had interactions with were always great and professional. I would definitely do business with Franklin Ford again. I would just try to avoid that one older lady in the service department if at all possible.

Honestly I can't say enough about there service department, fast, friendly, professional. I called and got an appointment to get a diagnostic on my vehicle, after the diagnostic a technician sat down with me and explained what was wrong, how much to fix and how long it would take. Best part it was diagnosed and fixed the same day, had parts in the shop, and got me back on the road fast. Will continue to bring my car here.

He is a excellent salesman and will stand beside you the whole process and make sure that you get exactly what you want and for the right price. Worst Ford dealer you could find. After 31 days it has not sent their title to the motor vehicle division in order for me to get a tag. The NC temporary tag has expired. Although when I purchased the vehicle two of the employees, sales and finance, told me they would give me an extension, now they say no. Yesterday, I drove 550 miles to pick up my tag and Franklin Ford had sent the title to the vehicle I traded in. No one will talk to me except the person who sold me the vehicle. Now, all I get are more lies.

SCAM ALERT - Don t waste your time going down to Franklin to redeem your Winning ticket that you got in the mail. It s 99.99% false advertising and a SCAM to get you to come down there. We drove 20 minutes today and brought our $100 winning ticket, they took all of our information, informed us of the fine print and gave us a scratch-off ticket worth about 10 cents. If they ll lie to you for $100, imagine how much they d lie to you to make a sale. Too bad there s organization like this with predatory advertising.

Bought a brand new 2023 Ford Escape! I love it and Jerrad (salesman) handled everything over the phone for the most part. Which I loved! I didn't want to sell my Kia sportage at first but once I had got in and drove my new car it was love at first drive! If you want a good experience then give Jerrad at Ford a call!
