I recently moved to the area and was looking for a local business friendly place to care for my Automobile. Well I found just that in Family Auto. They were timely fixing my auto problem and did a great job. I will be bringing my vehicle to them now for all regular maintenance needs.

I am relatively new to the Franklin area. My wife and I have been to several mechanics since we moved here. This garage is the best so far. The owners are friendly and not dismissive. They fixed our problems without gouging us. We will definitely be repeat customers.

What a great auto service shop! I was going there to rent U-Haul trailers. When the steering on my Hyundai Elantra was going bad, I checked out local shops. These folks helped me out and did a great job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for both auto service and U-Haul rentals!!2/12/24. This is a follow on review as I can t see to add another. Just had my car in again for a mechanical issue. Fast service and they did a great job. These folks are wonderful to work with!

I've been helped by them every time and the guys in the shop are very kind and generous of their knowledge and guidance. They're highly efficient and get the job done in a very appropriate amount of time. My vehicle has been a nail magnet so my tires are paying the price of it but with their help of getting me in the shop right that moment and getting the job done it gets me back on the road with a smile on my face. Best place hands down for any type of repair work. Came in for some exhaust work and they got me in and out quick! A very down home type of business. They made me feel like I was actually being taking care of and not just another dollar in their pockets. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great experience with Family Auto. It was my first visit there. Everyone was very friendly, they were quick to get me in, and quick to call me after dropping my vehicle off. I asked them to change my brake pads, if needed because the brakes were making a grinding noise. They advised me I didn't need new brake pads and explained what could be causing the noise. Happy to know they are honest because some places would change them, even if not needed. Will definitely be using them again!

Had heater core replaced. Service was excellent from start to finish. Work was done on time They took me home and picked me up They even took car to car wash to vacuum carpet that was soaked with anti freeze all at a very reasonable price l highly recommend Family Auto Care I was in the Automotive Field for 60 years and I know Quality ServiceService: General repairs & maintenance

Another positive visit to Family Auto. Efficient as always . But very very thorough. As I have said before, you will not be disappointed. Our cars are both imported so the dealerships want you to believe that you will need to visit them in order to get service/repairs but that is absolutely not true. Becky and John can handle them all. John was extremely thorough and communicated every detail of the diagnosis on our 2018 duramax. He was very thorough and took pride in his work and treated our vehicle as if it was his. We will be customers of theirs for a long time to come. Their quote was spot on not a cent over the quoted price. He uses genuine factory parts, no cheap aftermarket stuff. Family auto truly treats you like family. I will recommend them to anyone that asks. The ladies up front are amazing as well.

I had new calipers, rotors and pads put on after noting a vibration in my steering wheel at high speeds and when applying the brakes. They were very accommodating of my work schedule and got me in very quickly to have the work done. We were in town when the alternator decided to die and needed to be replaced. Family Auto was great and very nice people. Very reasonable and we were back on the road in less than 2 hrs. They are definitely our go to mechanic when we are in Franklin
