Buying a vehicle can sometimes create unwanted stress and anxiety. I can honestly say that from beginning to end, this was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had. Both their honesty and great pricing captured my trust and will lead to me being a committed customer with Countryside Chevrolet in the future. I highly recommend!

I set aside a few hours for my truck to be worked on because the service department had to work it into their schedule. My truck was done within an hour and was taken great care of while it was in the shop! I received a detailed report from a service technician on recommendations for my vehicle as well as cost for repairs attached so I could research! Tonya and Kristy are an amazing team and helped so much with any questions I had! I cannot recommend this service department enough! They work so hard every time I m in there (from the time I arrive until the time I leave)! Thank yall for everything yall do for me and my family!

My wife took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. They informed her that I had multiple oil leaks, had 3 tire sensors that were not working and the oil plug was damaged.I change my own oil usually and know my plug was not damaged. I park the truck on a concrete pad so I know I don t have any leaks. As far as the tire sensors they all worked when she took it in, but they said they couldn t get 3 of them to calibrate and needed to be replaced. I took it to another tire shop and they said there was nothing wrong with them and re programmed them.I would never trust them with any service.

One of the better Chevrolet service centers I have been to, and I have been to a lot. Friendly people, who communicate well, so that there are no surprise charges. Highly recommended,

Was wonderful! I knew what I wanted. Dealer got me the keys to test drive and I was happy! He didn t try to get me to look at something I didn t want.

If I could put 0 stars I would. For newest hire misdirection. Made inquiries before I got there about the vehicles I was interested in. Was not shown even one I inquired about. He just kept pushing ones I had no interest in. Then, found out I was 3 days early for a competition and had a winning ticket. Confirmation number was good and started finance process but told to come back today and now my ticket confirmation number isn't a winning one. Hummm convenient. I drove several hours 2 times for nothing. Waste of my time.

My 2021 Traverse that I purchased in June 2021 from Waynesville AutoStar died on Thursday night 3/14 while my husband was driving home from Highlands. Roadside assistance would only tow it to Countryside Chevrolet. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise. AutoStar wasn't helpful or professional but that's another review.I called Countryside Chevrolet service department and spoke to the service manager Kristy Hall & service advisor Tonya Land. They were wonderful and were quick to offer a solution of loaning me a vehicle until I could get my car fixed. They were so understanding & professional! I would definitely recommend them & their service department!!

We made an unscheduled stop while traveling in North Carolina when the check engine light came on. The service department did a great job of figuring out the problem, fixing it and getting us back on the road in a timely manner. A++++

I never seen a dealership that has sticker price total on their cars an then you ask about buying an they tell you that it's over $4,000 more than the total sticker price? An I'm not talking about taxes an title. Guess I will be shopping elsewhere to where when I ask the sales person is this the price they yes of course but you know that you will need to pay taxes an title no problem! I don't like to feel like I'm being took advantage of because I'm a woman and don't know any better .I have been to other dealerships people and its not the way you guys do things Be like going into a store to buy a coke and it says $3.50 an you go to pay an its $12.50! The next week I stop at dealer ship next door seen a couple of Suvs I like an ask is this the price on the sticker? I was told yes but some are marked down from $1500 - to $2,000 off sticker price online would u like to look i said of course an I told him about my experience and was told we don't do that it will never be more than sticker price might b less.Really nice and honest salesman! I was ready to buy that day but not for over $4,000 over sticker price.

This dealership runs intentionally deceptive marketing practices. The sleazy salespeople will waste your time in attempts to sell you overpriced junk. I would never purchase a vehicle here and will never recommend this establishment to anyone.

Very straight forward and easy to deal with. We had been talking with Mike(Hoppy) over the phone for a few weeks before making the 2 hr trip to do a deal. Great folks to work with and we are very happy with the new truck. Thanks guys and gals.

Everyone was very nice and made me feel like a valued person. That's really hard to find these days. Cierra was amazing and was very knowledgeable and professional. I loved her friendly no pressure attitude. I appreciated the way she helped me buy a car, but never felt like she was selling me a car. You should use that in your ads. "We aren't here to sell you a car. We are here to help you buy a car."

Salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions, explained all the features. Helped with picking out accessories. He also ordered the accessories for us. Also made a call to us on the update when our accessories would be in. Appreciated those updates he made to us. Made the purchasing process very easy. He was very courteous and polite. We live approximately 75 miles away and very glad we made the trip. Very happy with our purchase.

This Chevy location gets 0 stars. Scheduled an appointment to have front end of truck fixed, check the ac and to have inspection completed. The vehicle was dropped off on a Monday, called them on Wednesday because I have heard nothing and was told that they were waiting on a part to come in. Friday at 5 min till 5 I get a phone call where I'm being told nothing has been completed on the vehicle and in order to have the front end fixed they are gonna have to pull everything down and redo but I'll have to schedule a different appointment for that. So here I am 5 days later with nothing completed and being told I'll have to schedule a different appointment for something that I already had appointment for. Not to mention the rude receptionist who thought it best to hang up on a customer when they are trying to express their concern and find out why a facility has held a vehicle with nothing completed. I understand busy but appointments are for a reason. If I wanted my vehicle to sit somewhere I'd rather it be sitting in my driveway

On my way to sylva my engine light came on in my 2024 Chevy truck, I called countryside they told me to bring it over. Once I got there, they took me right in and diagnosed the problem, performed a computer update and so far no further issues. They were friendly and efficient and that is appreciated.

I just bought a new Equinox Premier there last week. My salesman, Dustin Cabe, was the BEST! He answered all my questions, was very patient with me, was not pushy at all, and was very knowledgeable. I went back over there today because I had a few more questions about some of the features of the vehicle, and he graciously spent more time with me answering my questions and helping me out. I highly recommend Countryside Chevrolet, and especially Dustin Cabe!

Staff was quick to meet me in the lot, knowledgeable, and nice. Unfortunately, they do not have the inventory of some larger volume dealerships. This is understandable and I believe they will be able to meet most people's needs. I will take my new Chevrolet there for service.
