Went in for an alignment due to my old truck pulling to the right. They found my wheel bearing/hub assembly was going out and my tie rod ends also going out. Advised me to quickly get those handled before I do the alignment, to see how it was handling and how the wear on my tires was doing after that. Checked my motor mounts and a few odds and ends I was worried about. (I'm not mechanic work savvy). Then gave me a fair price on labor and parts to get my wheels safely back on the road. Once my work is done I will post another review on how my truck drives after the work. Thanks for the free diagnosis guys, I will be going to them from now on just due to their incredible customer service, thanks a bunch fellas, see you next week.

These guys saved me twice in one day. Cant express how greatful we are. They set us up with 2 new tires and an alignment. becuase our bad alignment ate up our front tires. Then we blew a new tire on wayah bald they, didnt have one in stock but 20 mins later they found a matching tire drove picked it up and had us back on the road.Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Big T Tires, their recommendation for my Sprinter Van was perfect. Aggressive enough to hand gravel and mud roads, but ride amazingly smooth and quite on the highway. This is the 6th set of tires I put on two Sprinter vans over the years, and they are the best. Thank you for knowledge and speedy service guys.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST GUYS IN TOWN!I had 2 bad tires on my rental car that would not have gotten me home to FL. They worked me right in, were very kind & patient with my requests. I had almost no wait time while they made the change & were just so very very good to me. I couldn't (& still can't) say thank you enough! These guys are my heroes! 5 is not enough!

It's really hard to find good people and good honest businesses these days. These guys go out of their way to help you and make sure you are happy. I'll never go anywhere else for my tires and wheels. Thanks Big T

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I only made it a couple hundred yards down the road before my left rear wheel went flying down the road, luckily it missed on coming traffic but destroyed a telephone box along the side of the road. I called them and told them what happened and they came down and put on a mixed match of lug nuts and told me to let them know how it was doing when I came back from my next oil change and tire rotation. My rim is messed up and my wheel well is messed up and they acted like none of it was a big deal. I wouldn't even consider going back to them!

Honestly some of the best service I have received! I went to get tires changed and wheel alignment, they went above and beyond!They didn t try rip me off like some companies have done in the past ! There prices were so reasonableI will definitely be back thank y all !Definitely recommend this place 10/10

Had a blowout on a tractor trailer and these guys were awesome. Quickest service I ve ever seen, had me in and out in less than 25min.

My family and I were on vacation in Franklin when we got a flat tire at a gem mining place at 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. My insurance company was going to send a tow truck from over an hour away. My wife called Big T s. They had our tire in stock. Tony graciously agreed to stay past closing to wait until we got there. Put some fix-a-flat in and headed their way. Got to the shop a little past 5 and had us in and out in 15 minutes. Amazing customer service- Tony and his staff single handedly saved our vacation. Thanks again Tony!!!

I dont even know we're to start... came in with a gooseneck trailer that I needed 8 16ply tires witch are not cheap. So he got them for me so when my trailer was in for tires I had them check and change my bearing. Change them out . So one of the guys that did work was rushing 100mph???? Like he was on something??? 2 off my bearings leaked. That cost me a extra 750$ on the side of i95 to fix. 2 weeks later I had 2 flats? Comes to find out I paid them almost 3k for tires and bearings. BUT THEY USE OLD VALVE STEMS??? what shop sells you new tires and use OLD STEMS?? well that cost me extra 285 to remove tires and put new stems and remount. Now I'm just waiting on the remaining 6 stems to go?? So I would stay away from this shop . Horrible.

Friendly, fast and fair prices. What more could you want. They treat you like a neighbor not a number and I highly recommend them for tires, brakes and repairs.

Big T stands behind the products they sell. Bought new tires and one was out of round and I went back 4 months later and the checked and Cooper tire had them replace this tire and they rebalanced all four tires at no charge. Will use them again for sure.

Had a low tire. They responded quickly. Looked for my wheel lock keys and plugged my tire in less than 30 minutes. Nice guys.
