Shoutout to Chase who gave me peace of mind over my tire! He checked all 4 tire pressures and checked to see if it was leaking air. He was so nice and helpful! THANK YOU, Chase!!!

I had the best customer service experience! Staff was friendly and helpful. The store manager was extremely knowledgeable about automobiles. He gave me the part I needed for my car and I was on my way! Thank you!

We went to all of the auto part stores in Franklin before we came here and this was the only one that was helpful. It was a nice young man behind the counter who was the employee. Start at this store first for excellent customer service.

Very nice people working at the shop. AutoZone part for my truck oil sensor was not the proper part. Watch out for the threads and the diameter of the hole in the sensor. I was able to exchange with no problems. Had a nice conversation with them, overall very pleasant experience. Great white shark!! Lol.

Service was Great!! Can't remember who helped us with a car battery today. But he was very helpful. I believe his name started with a "C".But all the employees are always willing to do their best.

Not to share all the details but The Auto Zone Franklin store honored a replacement windshield wiper blade that was lost due to error in installation (theirs). No questions asked and no hassle. Been using them for years with same satisfaction!!!!

We have tried to purchase 6 different parts for 4 different cars and have yet to receive a correct part. I am not a disgruntled customer and I have never given anything but 5 star reviews, ever. However, the public needs to know this store's inability to sell a correct part.

Dead battery, paid for a new one and they happily installed it for me. Felt like slightly less of a man for not installing myself, but what a deal. Service with a smile even though they were busy at the time.

Shout out to Trevor H. for installing our new battery while we were on vacation in Franklin, NC. He was kind and helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were on the road safely. We are so thankful for the battery installation service that Auto Zone offers and thank you Trevor H. for helping us get on the road after a wonderful week in the mountains!

I visited the auto zone store in Franklin N.C. on 8-6-2019. I'm from Greensboro N.C. and was having problems with the battery in my truck. The sales person (Angel S.) greeted me as soon as I entered the store and promptly went outside to diagnose the problem. It was a bad battery. She gladly removed the old battery and installed a new one, which I thought was great customer service, since I had recently had back/neck surgery and was unable to do it myself because of the weight of the battery. The people at this store were very helpful and friendly, and demonstrated their appreciation for my business. I learned a long time ago, that whenever I need any auto parts that I will be a loyal customer to auto zone. I was a mechanic for 15 years and I've had more than enough bad experiences with other auto parts stores, especially advance auto parts. I will always go to auto zone from now on, and this last visit with Angel S proved my appreciation even further.Good job Angel S. You're an asset and a sweetie!!!

Went in yesterday to get spark plugs for my sons 2008 scion XB. Brandon was very helpful. He remembered my son coming in for oil for the car. He got us the right plugs, got the socket for the plug removal. He was very courteous and helpful.

Very helpful staff! I needed my battery checked and the sales person, Joshua, tested the battery and confirmed it needed replacing. He showed me the options of batteries for my car and installed it all under 30 minutes. Thank you!

I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes for someone to help me. There were three guys in the back I guess doing inventory they just kept saying be with you in a minute. I was the only customer in the entire store. To make matters worse one of the guys went outside and took a smoke break while I stood there and waited. I visited the store on 8-6-18 at 7 p.m. I will shop there back again.

Good experience had to go out of my way to get to the store but found them Pleasant and extremely helpful also the prices are very good in comparison . As needs arise I would definitely return and recommend them

Our alternator went out in the mountains today and we limped into auto zone Franklin NC. Brandon was on duty, got us the alternator, tested everything, and even lended a hand. Thanks for being there and caring enough to get us back on the road at 7pm on a Sunday nite of a holiday weekend.Blessings

Door was unlock one minute before they was closed walked in and got my low beam lights!!!! Thank god drove from ft myers fl and they both blow at the same time.... But they was there and more then happy to help.

Quickly became my primary auto parts store in this quaint little town, the best service hands down and pretty varied knowledge to boot, and almost able to get everything needed pretty frwaking quick. Very happy with this Autozone!

They were able to test my battery. They had the battery on hand and had tools for me to use to swap it out myself on site.The parking lot is roomy and easy to get in and out of.

ved herebeen to this store a number of time. i moved here from Kentucky and worked for AutoZone up there as a driver? counter person. This store is just as the store I worked at. Clean helpful people ready to help with any need you have.

Check engine light started blinking just outside Franklin while passing through. It being a Saturday all auto shops were closed until Monday. Staff was more than happy to get a read on my car. Found the cylinders were misfiring. They recommended not throwing parts at it, rather to wait until Monday and get it into a shop. Recommend a few auto places in town. Very genuine guys that pointed me in the right direction. Eased my mind and allowed me to view the mishap as an extended vacation.
