I cannot say enough nice things about this store. I had a great experience with two employees, Jeff and Toby, this past weekend. They were both very polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded at home. I am now officially a customer for life! Thanks y'all!

Advance Auto Parts in Franklin, NC, consistently offers helpful and friendly service. While they may not be the cheapest option in town, their commitment to quality parts makes them a reliable choice. I would certainly recommend them for auto needs.

My husband and I went to dinner at Sukura and came out after a great dinner to a dead battery. We asked a man to jump us and it wouldn t crank.I called advance and Joey.B answered the phone. I told him my situation he said hold on let me ask my manager something. He got back on the phone and got approval from Kimberly to come pick us up and buy the battery and take us back to our car. He installed the new battery and the vehicle cranked. We are so thankful for this team going above and beyond to help their clients. They could have just told us that they were closing in 15 min and wouldn t be able to help, but they didn t. We were able to get back on the road and make it safely home back to Clayton. Thank you advance team for shining some light into a strangers life. The world needs more people like y all!

I've been coming to this location for 20+ years. Always a helpful, friendly staff. They carry both premium and affordable products and are typically good with recommendations. They usually have what I need in stock, but on the occasion I need to order something, it's typically in store within a day or two.

Had a two year old battery purchased from Advance Auto in Florida that stopped holding a charge. We are summer visitors to the area and stopped in the Franklin NC store to have it checked. Scott was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional with customer interaction. He identified the battery was bad and replaced it under warranty. Excellent customer service by both Scott and Randy!

Was on hold with the Franklin store for over 15 mins on Sun, Called the Bryson store and asked if they sold the part I needed they said yes we have 1 left in stock gave me part number told me it would in delivered Mon at 4pm. Ordered at franklin store called Mon no delivery, called today and again no delivery. Now being told tomorrow at 12pm. I just need an accurate time frame

Helpful folks here. They get busy but you just need to deal with it. They give each customer the same attention they give you. I ve always had my questions answered and I ve always received solid suggestions here. One of their staff even spent close to 20 minutes one day helping look up a specialty part for me, then ordering it. This is where I go for my car needs in Franklin.

My wife wanted headlight replaced advanced Auto parts said no they don't do that. I find the following online....Why Should You Have Headlight Bulb Replacement Services Performed at Advance Auto Center? When your lights no longer illuminate the road as brightly as they once did, it might be time to visit us so our service staff can replace your headlight bulbs. When one or more of your bulbs burn out, allow us to help.

I went to inquire about a part for my car. The incompetent salesman did not even try to help in any way. He just told me to go to Amazon. I then went to Auto Zone just down the street and they were very helpful. They too did not have the part, but they took the time to look it up on their computer and print out the site they located it on for me. Auto Zone will have my business fully from here on out. They have experienced and helpful employees.

Excellent curb aside assistance. Changed my battery in the cold during a hectic alarm situation. Even cleaned my headlights no charge. Would recommend due to great customer service!!! Thank you for supporting your local military.

Go in the store and not a single person inside working. All three were sitting 30 feet from the front door smoking. I wait about 5 minutes then was told they're on break. I said something about it then was told I can go somewhere else. Enjoy your break because you won't get my business.

We were on the way home from my birthday mountain trip in Tennessee and when we hit Franklin, NC, steam started coming up from the hood so we pulled into the parking lot here. We still had 200 miles to go to get home and weren t sure what the problem was so we went in to ask for advice. Porkchop and the entire staff immediately took a look and told us it was the radiator and that we weren t going to make it home without getting it fixed. They didn t have the part in stock so porkchop got on the phone and got us a new radiator within an hour and also called several shops for us to find someone who could fix it for us immediately. The whole staff here is amazing and they went way above and beyond to make sure we could get it fixed for a reasonable price and get us on the way back to Georgia. I ve never seen such kindness from complete strangers who really didn t have to care if we made it home or not. We are forever grateful and will never forget how kind these guys were! Thank you so much Porkchop and team!!!

Advance Auto in Franklin North Carolina has gone down hill.A few weekends ago I took my motorcycle battery there to have it tested cause my bike wouldn't crank even after keeping it on a battery tender. The guy who tested it said battery was good , only having the bike six months I assumed something else was wrong. I hauled the bike all the way to the dealer I bought it from in Knoxville Tenn where they tested battery and it was bad. So with all I went through taking it to the Harley Davidson shop in Knoxville a member of management at the advance auto, I called to tell them so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. That member of management said oh I remember we put it on charge for you and called you later to pick it up it was good, which that never happened all they did was test it good and I was out the door, beware when they test a battery or anything else cause most of them don't know what they're doing.

Great prices on all the parts and supplies that you need to maintain your vehicle. Customer service is always great and they are ready and willing to help you find exactly the part that you need. Look out for sales! Recommend for auto parts.

Great products, needed a battery for the Lincoln. My local store in Gray, Ga offers a discount to the Jones County Cruisers car club. These local yokels in Franklin, NC don't even want to talk about a car club.

This is the best advance I have ever been in. Me and my family broke down near here and drove over to try and fix our brakes. We needed parts, tools and a jack. While we were telling the person behind the counter what tools we needed and parts. We were going to buy a jack and he stopped me and said he had one in his car we could use. Also let us use what tools they had there for them to use so we didn't have to buy them just for that. We got our parts and a lug wrench and went to work. About 20 mins into a rear brake job, he comes out to check on us and see if we needed any help. You dont find that everywhere.

Man, Advance Auto here in Franklin has really gone downhill the past couple of years. They don't have anybody halfway competent that works behind the counter anymore; it's all people straight out of high school or people that don't know anything about cars. (Or worse yet, that think they know something about cars.)I used to go to Advance first when I was looking for parts. Now I go straight to Parts City. It's just not worth the trouble anymore.Here's just a couple of examples:Awhile back I ordered a rear brake caliper for my car. When the part came in two days later it turns out that the associate had actually ordered a caliper rebuild kit.I called looking for an oil seal for older Volvo and was told it was no longer available. I called the Sylva store and they were able to pull it up by application right away and had it ordered. It'll be here tomorrow.I took an OEM part number into the store a couple weeks ago and asked them to cross reference it to an aftermarket number. It took three associates before I came across somebody who understood what I needed.A couple of weeks ago I was looking for 5/16" split ring lock washers. I called the store to see if they had any on the shelf and was immediately told they didn't. I went down there anyway, found the washers on the shelf, and bought them from the associate that told me they didn't have any.The problem is the people they're hiring. I'm not expecting an ASE-certified master technician to be working behind a parts counter, but at the same time someone with some modicum of knowledge would be nice.When someone actually tries to look up a water pump for a 1967 Volkswagen Beetle, you know there's a problem.

Check engine light came on. Went in, one of their doods checked it out for free and made sure i was good to keep on driving and took a little time to explain what was wrong to me. Good service.
