They not only sold me the wrong part but sold me other parts I did not need that costed more than what I actually needed and would not give me the difference in what they owed me. Bad business.

Always a 5 star experience when you deal with eastern automotive. Not only did they have the part we needed to get our HVAC van back on the road, but they pulled it with everything needed to just bolt on to our van in 20 minutes! The part looked great, fit great, and cleaned up nicely.The counter people are nice, knowledgeable, and quick too!Thanks again y all!

Very satisfied with my experience purchasing an engine from here. Everyone was welcoming and helpful with the whole process from picking up the replacement motor and returning the old to receive the core credit. I ll definitely return for other needed parts.

Was looking for a frame for my truck, and this was the only place that had the exact frame. Not only that, but it was in excellent condition. Came from over 4 hrs away to see it, and decided I wanted to purchase it. So they stripped it in a couple of hours, and I was on my way out. Not to mention it was a very reasonable price and everyone was pleasant. Place is also very well kept, clean, and organized. 5/5 stars

Called about parts. Lady on phone said, don t know it s under a shelter and we don t list them on an inventory list. Drove 20 miles 40 miles round trip) and they did not have the part. Two people at the counter, propped on the elbows, no smile no greetings, not friendly. Female owner came in and never spoke never smiled. Not good Customer service at all. Will not deal with them, or do business with them in the future.

FANTASTIC!!! We drove 2 hrs just to come pick up a rim for our truck. These people were AMAZING! We will DEFINITELY be back. It s well worth the drive to work with awesome, honest, hardworking people.

Awesome staff!!I went to eastern automotive to pick up a car door for my Veloster. The guy at the register was very polite. They even took the door off the car, didn t have to pick and pull! The two gentlemen who helped get the car door in my trunk were very friendly, funny and overall put the cherry on top for the whole experience. God bless you all and thanks for your help!! They even let me check out the car they took the door off of. Very cool. I live about an hour away from the establishment. Definitely worth the drive. I got the new door on my car and it s basically in new condition! I will be coming back here for more parts. Outstanding atmosphere, did not expect this. Awesome job guys.

I called on Thursday around 130pm looking for a sunroof assembly. The guy I spoke with quoted me $200 for the entire assembly. He asked me how to remove it, and I explained it bolted in. He said they would get it removed, and I would get a call Friday morning to let me know it was ready. I called at 11am on Friday to check on the status. I spoke to a different man who told me I was quoted for just the glass, and it would be $400 for the assembly. I told him I was very clear with the man I spoke to before that I needed the entire assembly so they should honor the quote. He put me on hold a few minutes and came back and said they would honor the $200 and have it ready for me in about 30 minutes. I then received a call 20 minutes later, and he claimed the sunroof was no good. He said the motor was bad. I told him that was fine because I didnt need the motor just the assembly, and then he said the glass was broken.

One of the MOST ORGANIZED LOT'S I'VE EVER SEEN! Very FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL staff.. Need a part? Call Ellen! She's one of their part specialist's.. if they don't have it... She'll try her best to get it! They're located right off of 701 hwy about 8 to 10 miles outside of Newton Grove if you're headed towards Four Oaks or Smithfield. Thank You Ellen! You're Awesome

For a Jeep place, they sure didn't have much for jeeps.Also, they suggested that we could look for a part and get what we needed off it. Drive an hour there only to find out that they were going to sell us the entire part, which they didn't have anyways.Customer service is not very helpful and was never quick to respond to us.

The owners are very experienced as well as polite and knowledgeable.Very professional environment but you are welcomed like one of the family.Also, if they do not have something your looking for, which is unusual, they will go out of their way to find it for you.Eastern automotive comes highly recommended by this satisfied customer!! Kealy was very helpful. She told me to call when I was heading there to pickup my part and she would have somebody start pulling it for me. I did not have to wait very long for the part after I arrived. Thank you! This will be my first call should I need more parts in the future and I will recommend Eastern Automotive Inc to my friends.

Don't get nothing from this place and tell or unless you read their policies of returns very carefully cuz they don't stand behind their products if it don't work they don't take it back and that's not good business they didn't have one to replace the one that my son had though I was still waiting on hearing from them and haven't heard from them yet got an alternator there and it didn't work it had 13 amps but not enough to fix the car. It needs at least 14.2 amps to start and recharge a car battery and this one only had 13.7 maybe at the most

I want to start by saying we have been in the car business over 30 years! I sent a driver to pick up a part. They wouldn't take our company check in person and wouldn't take a payment over the phone. Neither Keith nor Kealy communicated and made their payment policy clear when I told them we were coming to get the part. Employee Kealy told me I should have asked. I've dealt with a hundred used parts dealers up and down the east coast and this is the first place I've had this kind of issue. Lack of communication and unwilling to compromise. They didn't want or need my money so they probably don't want or need yours. Take your money elsewhere!

We needed a wheel for a spare tire. It was exactly as described. The shop was clean, organized and the staff was friendly. I will definitely return and recommend it to others.

Horrible place. Called them for a part told me it would be 30 mins for them to check after a hour i called back the guy hadn't even checked .Im 1.5 hours away so i asked if they would let me pay over thr phone and leave it outside since they were going to close and they refused to take payment over the phone. Highly dissapointed with them.

I called kealy Parker for a part she said it s available she told to me to send my credit card info so she can ship to me,after she got my information,she told the part is sold,I told her if the part is sold why did you get my information,she hung up the phone in my face,Make sure they have the part before you buy from them place is fishy

They list lower prices for parts on websites but you go to buy they raise the prices, Ed is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful, crooks
