For free. I had my on board scanned to see what the check engine light was for... Very courteous. Very prompt and I appreciate the job that they did... This shop has a lot of things to offer and is very clean and well run. The prices are reasonable and I will be back. Thank you, O'Reilly...

There are some basics that I've come to expect from an automotive store: knowledge of what's in the store, items that I might need but don't know about, friendly service, and a clean store. This place was all that but next level. I overheard an employee helping an older gentleman that need needed suggestions. The employee not only gave him one buy explained why. Another guy came in asking if they could come check out his car real quick. He did, and was still out there helping when I was headed back to my car. And of course the employee who was helping me was super cool. I'm never in the area, as I only go for emissions testing, but I imagine it's like this on the daily.

I've had to come here more than once to get my battery/starter/alternator checked. Every time they've been fast and helpful.Two of those times I've needed a battery. I know nothing about cars, so it's nice to have a place I can stop by and get some assistance.This last time, one of the terminal connectors on the battery was cracked. They helped me pick the right ones to replace the old ones. They were not allowed to replace them for me, but they recommended a place right down the road that was able to help me out.

I bought a water pump ,thermostat and a battery less than a month after the pulley split in half busted the radiator battery and broke the serpentine bilt and would not replace anything because an idiot put in the wrong number so to them your not a person just a number

Mixed Bag: Staff = helpful, yet attention to customers = secondary.One dude (early 20's?) was constantly going back to focus on his phone ~70% of the time.They did try tho.Some items which one would have expected = out of stock.Bathroom: Orphaned. Trash, soaps, liquids on floor. No towels in dispenser. Very Poorly kept.If competition wanted to beat these guys - this could be done with attention to communicating EXCELLENCE to customers.However, the word which best fit my customer experience: Mediocrity.

Opening hours are 0730, at 0740 I had to call to get the asst mgr to open the unlock the door. After answering the phone at the counter, he walked to the back to mill around, then returned shortly after to flip the door lock. His service at the counter after was unhelpful and rude. I have already stopped giving Autozone in the same area my business. Henceforth I will drive the extra distance to Morganton for the Orielys there.

I would like to start out with the fact I spoke with a guy named Brian( I believe) on Friday the 13th about an alternator for my truck who was very professional. I came to pick it up on Saturday. I showed up at 730. Sign said open. Waited 10 minutes and called. I was told they would open in a few minutes. It was 745. Jesse waited on us and was very rude and very unprofessional. His attitude will cost this buisness. Can't say I would recommend them. Autozone for me ,I would rather pay more next time and have good service.

I needed a tail light replaced on my 02 Honda CRV. I must admit that they went outside of their way to help me but, The young boy couldn't figure out how to take the cover off.

Excellent!! The manager, Nathan, is the personification of excellent customer service. His knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made for a great experience. They had the products we needed in stock at a reasonable price. Will definitely go back.

If you are in the need for parts questions advice this is the store for you called Nathan yesterday he walked me through on video chat down the isle and showed me the couple options of what I needed and was able to put those back for me order the others that he didn t have in stock but he had them there at 4 went back that same night I believe his name was clay brought them right out to me with me being paralyzed they accommodated and made my buying experience that much easier great group of guys highly recommend this store!!

Usually pretty decent service. It's hit or miss. If you want the good crew you have to hit it up during the week during normal business hours or you'll end up with some guy who will try to sell you something that doesn't even involve what your asking for. But if you go during the week those dudes will get you set up straight.

Always go here or Autozone for most of my car parts-but recently went to buy an oil filter housing wrench to change the oil on my 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid

Had a problem on a vehicle, took it over there and showed them a pic and they told me what to buy. I less than $3 to fix a bad leak in the radiator. I think the guy would have even installed the part if my husband didn't show up!! They were very nice and helpful.

Very disappointed with product. Bought power steering pump. First one was jammed, second one from different o Reilly's and that pulley fell out! Sure did make for ahard day of repair on something that should have been easier.

Typical auto parts store. Yet with one difference very knowledgeable staff. They might not can help you with every problem you have with your vehicle but they can certainly give you good advice on many other problems with your vehicle. They are very professional people you don't see them cutting up like you do in other stores.The place is clean except for their rugs which are usually filthy other than that O'Reilly's is usually where I go to get what I need for my vehicle.It is only one mile off of highway 74 and it is on the corner of Hardin road and oak Street. #autoparts #car #carparts #truck

Had gotten a car from an individual, took it to have the "codes" read off - chick basically had no idea what they meant. All I found out was is that there was 3 codes come up and learned nothing basically. I understand they aren't mechanics, but what's the point of the "codes" if you can't tell anything about what the actual code is besides its #?If I deal with the one guy, it's fine but if he's not there or busy, I end up leaving not knowing anything different than before going in.

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Forest City, NC has been the auto parts store for me since 2012.I had a problem with the driveline in a 4 wheel drive truck. Everybody told me I had to buy a new one. 300. 00 bucks. I went to O'Reilly. They ordered me a part that cost 70.00.Thanks to them and their always helpful staff I got to keep 230.00 in my pocket.
