Last October I came here to get my car inspected. I was so happy with them I brought my room mates care in the next day. This October I came back for inspection. Still great. Now I'm scheduling service.I feel that they are decent to this old woman. I feel safe with them and they are honest with me.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Always, always, always go here for all of my car needs! Everyone on the staff is so friendly! The environment is great! They are always up front and honest about prices. I've been going here for years and I've never had an issue. I always recommend them to other people. They do tend to get busy. When I need my vehicle fixed they give me a price and thats what I pay, they tell me how long it'll take and thats exactly how long it takes. All around good people and great place to go for your car needs!

I have gotten my inspection done here the last 3 years... they are always very friendly and timely. Very impressed!

I had to stop by short notice to get some new terminals put on a battery I had just bought at O'Reilly's.They were able to quickly work me in. I was there a total of probably 20 minutes, including the time it took for them to make an adjustment to one of the terminals that wasn't fitting correctly.Everyone was very polite and helpful. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my van's maintenance needs!

They were super quick. I felt bad for the guy who inspected my car. I'm tiny, and he didn't move my seat at all while driving it, so the poor guy was smooshed against the steering wheel, but that goes to show how much they care about their customers! They won't even move your seat! I'll be back for any need in the future.

Brought my car here that I was buying from a dealer just to have them look over it and Matt was very kind on the phone said no charge, it was convenient and prompt and nice of them and good service deserved a good tip in appreciation. I recently bought a savaged car with low miles from In & Out Inspections. My 81 year old mother and I were told that new bumper and grill was bought new and the car had been taken to a Mitsubishi dealership to be put on and that was all that needed to be fix when he bought it. Everything looked mostly in its place except for a few areas where the paint was messed up. It drove great, was nice and clean, had new tires, inspection was done and the car appeared to be road worthy. A couple evenings later I noticed that the headlight on the driver's side wasn't shining the same as the other one. So I took it to a Mitsubishi dealership near me to see about getting a new headlight. To my surprise the headlight had broken away from the bolt and the entire front bumper and grill could be moved up and down 5-6 inches because it wasn't attached to the frame. In so many words, I informed the saler about how disappointed I was that they would sale a car to two elderly women in this condition. I basically was told that I needed to change my attitude and then I could come back and talk to them about the car. That I'm not going to do if they didn't get it fixed the first time I'm sure not going to trust that they fix it a second time!

This is one of the only places I trust to work on my cars. Friendly, professional, honest and gets stuff done. Replaced my whole radiator on my first car I dearly miss because some silly goose (I have other words I'd like to say but keeping it polite.) poured a whole lot of stop leak in it.. It should've been a project car to someone else who knew what they were doing (aka not me lol) but was always kind and worked on a few different cars for me. Can't recommend anyone else more.

A coworker recommended this shop to me and I m so glad she did! I usually go to another location to have my oil changed, but this location was recommended to me. I was greeted immediately by the friendly staff upon arrival and they began to work on my vehicle right away! No appointment necessary/required. This oil change did not take a lot of time at all. I sat in the waiting area in their lobby while they took care of my car. Once again, the employees were all friendly, but also knowledgeable & professional. I will definitely be returning for all of my oil change/inspection needs in the future.Service: Oil change

Waited almost 2 hours for an oil change for my moms car with only 1 person ahead of me, sign said $35.99, but they waited until they had all the oil out to jack the price up from 35 to $65.99 since it called for synthetic oil. If anything, change the sign so you re not advertising your false oil change prices. I understand now why I ve always done my own work on my vehicles. Don t waste your money on these guys.Service: Oil change

I am a regular customer here- I get oil changes and routine things taken care of here. The service is always prompt and friendly, the mechanics are always professional and informative, and the prices are reasonable.I appreciate that they are always willing to check out the random noises that trouble me and explain things to me in a way I can understand. They never try to upsell or overcharge me either.All the way around, a great experience. I'll definitely keep going back.

Excellent service. I plan on having as much service as they can do on my older truck. Also get inspections done here to. Only took 15 minutes for inspection.

Left the cap off after filling power steering fluid. Then shut the hood on it. Told me I was good to go. I notice a dent in the hood. Popped open the hood and the cap was laying to the side preventing my hood to shut properly. Other then that service was ok.

This is seriously the only shop I'll take my vehicles to. I was hesitant about bringing my truck into a shop, after a bad experience where NTB dropped my SUV off a lift and refused to cover the damages. But I just could *not* figure out what was wrong with my truck; I'd replaced various fuses, sensors, relays, switches, spark plugs, filters, flushed the radiator, etc, etc, and my truck was still struggling. It turned out that a ground wire I didn't know existed had rusted and snapped. The guys were great, very personable and friendly, and they didn't discredit the diagnostics I'd already done just because I'm a girl, like most shops do. They had my truck fixed up in less than 20 minutes, and hardly charged me at all. Getting my vehicles inspected here is a breeze too, and I'm always in and out, just like their name implies.I definitely recommend them 100% for any of your vehicle maintenance and repair needs.Service: Electrical
