We drove 2 hours from Johnson City, Tennessee to look at a truck. We were welcomed by Curtis who took such good care of us. He was very knowledgeable about the Trail Boss we came to see and did not pressure us in any way. He actually made it a very fun day! Hannah helped us with the financing and was a pleasure to work with as well. Everyone we encountered there was so friendly and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend Curtis and this dealership. They made it well worth the 4 hour round trip drive to get there!

Buying a new car is one of my least favorite things to do. However, from my first phone call with Erin, interacting with Anthony the Sales Manager and finally Jeromy when I drove to the dealership, each interaction was smooth and easy. I drove an hour and a half from Charlotte and got there about 30 minutes before closing time. They moved quickly to get my trade in evaluated and got all of the paperwork processed quickly. Money isn't everything but they also gave me top $ for my trade and a great deal on a brand new Tahoe. As a business owner, time is literally money for me and I really appreciated how efficiently they closed the sale. I highly, highly recommend them and I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

*** Be careful with this dealership, specifically the Friendship Hyundai dealership out of Beckley West Virginia( same is affiliated) as they tried to sell me a wrecked vehicle with a clean carfax. Salesperson admitted that the Truck had been wrecked, and that they attempted to fix the damage, but however their dent guy could not fully repair the damage. He also stated that the carfax won t be affected because the wreck was not reported to law enforcement ***

From my 1st phone call to finalizing the deal & driving away in my brand new GMC Terrain, the whole staff treated me great! Curtis was my Salesman and I have nothing negative to say. He was kind, professional, tedious, & knowledgeable. I will be having it service Ed there as well. As opposed to the Chevy dealership in Shelby who never even call me back that day.

Phillip, Anthony and Hannah were absolutely incredible to work with. They were very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all of our questions and were exceptionally kind. I would recommend them to anyone.Oh and Hannah kindly informed us we were not chuckwagons . Thank you Hannah. We like you too!

Kevin was absolutely amazing! He was very informative and not over bearing. It was a great experience to actually work with a car salesman that respected you and didn t try to swindle you for profit. I recommend going to see him if you are wanting a vehicle that you will be happy with.

From the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted with professionalism. Great attitudes with a smile. My salesman, Maurice Nichols was fantastic! He was open, upfront and honest from the moment I met him. He not only worked with me he worked for me and put together a great deal on a vehicle. I was to drop my vehicle off for a minor detail to be taken care of. I was told to drop the car off and they would give me a car to go to work. Upon arriving the I was told they would take care of it immediately. The whole process to less than 30 minutes and I was off to work. The customer service as well as the techs involved was top shelf.Thanks again, another happy and satisfied customer.

I am a local to forest city and looked at a couple dealerships. Only at this one was I not pressured to make a purchase or exceed initial purchase pricing. Not only did they work with me and what I was able to do they put me in a nicer car for similar payments. Do not look any farther than this team here for adaptability and comfortability. Rest easy and peacefully knowing that you can secure a car that is out of this world!

Went into Friendship looking to sell my truck. After speaking with Jack Hunter and the other associates, we were able to come to an agreement on a deal that included the sale of my truck and we found the exact truck I was looking for. The truck was at the Bristol location, but Jack Hunter went out of his way to make sure the truck was brought to Forest City - the next day! I had a picture perfect experience working with Jack, and I cannot say enough how great the service and efficiency is here at Friendship. This was by far the best experience I have had with a larger purchase such as this. If you are considering shopping with Friendship, think no further and just go see them. They will put your needs and interests first, and work with you to make your car wishes come true. What a great team ! From the internet contact person, sales managers, finance department and my sales agent, they worked hard to get my long distance purchase done. They went above and beyond during the process. The best part was their kind and genuine conversation, along with a good deal.

I m a 19 year old buying my first car first time being on my own insurance and first time having a loan to buy a vehicle. Had Phillip helping me. He was very calm and patient and had no problem explaining paper work and how things work. Would highly recommend and teenager to this dealer as they work with kids very well.

A huge thanks to Phillip, Erin, David, and Hannah for a wonderful car buying experience! My initial experience all started with Erin, who was quick to respond to my inquiry of this vehicle. She was so helpful and made sure to hold this vehicle for me to test drive since I was traveling 2 hours to get there. Even though buying a new vehicle comes with some tough decisions and can be stressful, the Salesman and Sales Manager helped us by working with us. Worked out a deal with them and they had me drive to the store which was an hour and 15 mins from my house. Signed all the paperwork gave them a check for their General manager Bryan to come out and say I can't sell you this truck. It's been moved to our courtesy fleet. He said let me make it right and I will find you a truck. Next day they send me a window sticker of a truck they are getting for me. Friday comes around and now they aren't able to get that truck and are refusing to honor the deal. These guys are crooks. STAY AWAY.

Went to dealership in December 2023 to see about buying or ordering a work truck. Met Phillip Lehn a salesman there who was virtually no help. On the way out the door Paul Deck (ex owners of McCurry Deck) was sitting at a computer. He asked me to come over and see if he could help me. He is a friend of the family and a very nice person. He put something together for me and then got Phillip involved with the sale cause he was going to retire. I gave a $1000 deposit on a truck to order. Phillip promised me the world. Told me he d call once a month and update me on delivery. Never heard from him. He told me it normally takes 3 to 4 months for delivery. 4 months goes by and I started to inquire about the vehicle. Left messages no return calls. My son even spoke to him and said he would find something out. 2 weeks later no call. Left a message on cell phone this weekend no return call. Finally I went to dealership and confronted him. He told me the truck hadn t been ordered yet. Almost 5 months later. He lied the whole time about the communication and misrepresented the whole process. I was given my $1000 deposit back today. If your thinking about doing business with Friendship runaway. They would be better off telling the truth than lying. This dealership deserves no stars.
