Not only has wheels/tires, but I got my brakes and an oil change there, too! Helpful staff and clean store! Offers coffee - comfortable seating - free wifi and T.V.s

They are nice. They couldn't fix my son's truck because they didn't have the equipment to fix it. However they sent us to someone who could. They called us right away to let us know what the problem was. I respect that and respect the fact they referred us to someone who could do the work. We will definitely go back here. They are one of the few places that sell big tires for lifted trucks.

Shout out to Jacob and the rest of the team. Had a TPMS issue with a new set of aftermarket wheels I had purchased elsewhere. They had me fixed and out the door in minutes. Thanks for working me in and getting me back on the road!

Jacob goes above and beyond to service our family s vehicles and my husband brings all of his company vehicles to him all the way from Concord. Jacob isn t about making the most on each sale, he listens to what we want or are looking for and gives us advice on what we should buy or do. He always tries to fit us in around our schedule and keeps us informed on the status of our car. Highly recommend this business.

I had been told by multiple people to take my car there. Over a traction control sensor. Well after I wasted all day trying to get there, they tell me they don't even work on stuff like that. The people they had mentioned, I've took my cars over there in the past and was not satisfied or just did not have that type of income that they want for what little needed to be done.It would be nice to know like through some type of their advertisement or something that they don't do traction control sensors. That way we don't waste our time

Really don't deserve a star took my truck to them to have my lift kit looked at they didn't even look over the lift kit call me I needed lower control arms cut my tie rod ends in half to make it go in alignment and didn't have it right when I got it back not to mention they fried my radio in my truck and didn't put my grease fittings in none of my lower control arms that I paid 2000 cash for highly recommend finding someone else to work on your stuff.

I brought my car to install new tires on it, had an appointment at 9am. When I arrived back at 1pm, my car hadn t been touched and no new tires installed. What s the point of the appointment if they aren t going to complete the service in that time?? I understand places get busy, but let your customers know before you book them that you are running behind. Especially after getting my newborn son up early for an appointment that didn t even work. Went down to Streets and got them put on within 15 mins! won t be back even if every tire store in Forest City closes.

I pulled into this business today looking to get my new Fuel Wheels and 35"BFG MT mounted today. These guys are the real deal, got me right in, wheels mounted without a scratch! Thank you I will be back! They also had coffee available in the lobby and a pleasant environment to sit in and watch tv while enjoying that coffee, but the service was so fast today, I didnt even get a chance to get a coffee highly recommended.

I brought my 83' Datsun to this particular place from a friend's referral. Little tricky getting in for how backed up their work was, almost two weeks out. They tell me I need a new master cylinder for my brake system, and that it would be $300 to replace. I had to call them to find this out after a few days of not hearing anything. To get the part ordered takes a week or two to arrive. After another 2 weeks I called and asked and turned out the part they ordered was wrong so we have to try again and so another two weeks and I call and couldn't get through left 2 voicemails on one day and another the next. One day I actually had someone answer the phone and put me on hold while they were going to see about my truck and they never came back to my line after I was on hold for over 12 minutes. They had reassured me that they had a chain link fence for customers cars for when they need to keep them longer. So I ordered the part on my own for $60 and I went to the shop and got my truck with a spare key and peeled wheels and I still have never gotten a single phone call from them. Maybe next month I will call to check on the progress of things...

Jacob and his employees did an exceptional job! I had all 4 tires, rotated and balanced and an alignment. In my opinion we got an amazing deal. I don't believe we could have gotten a better one anywhere else! Thanks Jacob!

I couldn t wait to leave a review to tell everyone that the management at BTS has integrity and always does whatever necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. I ve seen this first hand, and it meant a lot to me. As an aside, they always explain things in detail so the customer can make informed decisions. Also, great work ethic- always hustling. Thank you BTS. I really mean it.

Even though they are always slammed, they treat people with kindness! Something that is difficult to find now a days. I drive a lot and it s nice to have someone who cares and does amazing work!

Not as friendly and courteous as one would expect. High prices and charged for every tiny thing. Better places to spend both your time and money! Also, they do take longer then nessicary to accomplish simple jobs!

Got a flat driving up to Lake Lure from out of town. Was able to hobble over to Broadway Tire Service on the donut and was taken care of within an hour. Good service and friendly people.
