Have awful customer service , and awful service in general went to get my tires balanced because my car was shaking and then I left there and it was worse than when I took it there called to try and get it fixed or my money back they were so extremely rude and disrespectful, would not recommend this place to anyone !

Got new tires for our Jeep Commander. Good price for a good product. You may have to stay on them to get it done, but it gets done. We were there for over 2 hours, but it was worth it.

I had 2 battery cables replaced on my f150 and was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes to complete. They started on it at 2:45pm and I had to wait till 5:50pm to get it back. Of course this meant more money in labor. That being said, the employees are friendly and the guy busted his but trying to get it done. It's not like they just stood around for 3 hours.

They were very nice and understanding. Helped explain what needed to be done, even let me go back there and look myself as they were explaining it. It was my first time, first car, doing anything like this. It was cheaper than I thought it was going to be as well. Just overall very great service, and very nice people. They did a very good job.

Been going here ever since I had rims on my car. Only people I trust to do it right. Affordable low profile tires and very very affordable rim dent repair. Friendly staff, you just have to wait due to lack of employees. Very satisfied.

Man these guys are fantastic. Sold me tires for almost half the price as NTB and even after walking in without an appointment had two tires on my car and out the door in less than 30 minutes! Fantastic.

Been here multiple times and never had a good experience. Every time I come in for service Barry acts like I m bothering him even though I m a paying customer who s nothing but respectful to him. They scheduled me for 2:30 after I told them all I needed done to my car and they didn t even finish the job because they ran out of time. Wasted too much money here. Never coming back again. Take your business elsewhere.

Barry's really really helped me out in a pinch! They didn't hesitate when I called to get my trailer right in. Being honest I had never been there before but they treated me very well, fast, friendly, and reasonable service! I would highly recommend calling or stopping by to see them. They do more than tires!

First bought a set of 4 tires from Barry s Tire, the tires are great and service was good on that experience and they also did a headlight alignment no problem with that experience. So I decided to have my transmission fluid and filter changed so I left my car there to pick up later , when I go pick my car up I pay for the service and go to get in my car , I have light beige interior my drivers side door panel on the inside is completely covered in engine grease and part of my drivers seat and steering wheel and front of my car, and my brand new light beige floor mat so I go back inside and tell them someone needs to clean my car this is absolutely ridiculous this could even happen and here is the worst part when I get it home I notice there is transmission fluid leaking in my driveway a very substantial amount and now I can t drive my car until they open again and have to wait all day. Very horrible experience!

I have always gotten my tires here. Never had any issues till this go around. I made an appointment specifically for early Saturday, due to my schedule. The worker whom put my name down didn't include that I wanted an alignment with my tires, which I always get. My appointment was @ 8:30 a.m. and Christy tells me that since it wasn't written down it won't be today to get my alignment, then after a discussion tell me " they will try to work me in". I think it is very unprofessional to have someone come in with an appointment and have to wait over 2 and half hours and still have your other things to get done.

My daughter bought two tires from Barry s. Got home, no more than 10 miles away, tire goes flat. Barry s will do nothing. She is a college graduate trying to make it in her own, and she is seeing how some people handle their business. May the owner have a change of heart and do what is right.My daughter never asked for new tires and was never told to wait. The employee said that they would have patched every hole and would have cured and there was nothing they could do. She was never told to wait to speak with the owner or kristi. My daughter called back and spoke to owner and was told if she ever wanted to come back to call ahead so she wouldn t have to deal with said employee. She never gave employee name which leads that this employee had caused trouble before and has had complaints.

They got me some uniroyals at a decent price. However, it took them 2 hours after they took it in the shop. I had an appointment. Then they pull my car around and told me the price. I say, that s awfully cheap to have an alignment and tires. He says oh, you got an alignment on it? Well when I called and when I got there I stated I wanted an alignment. Needless to say, 3 1/2 hours later I finally got my car.

Barry always gets the job done. He is a good man and he is very knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely be back there in the near future.

Had to get two new tires because of a pothole. They found good quality tires at a decent price. Staff was extremely kind and nice to me. Definitely they do not take advantage of you if you re a woman

I came here five weeks ago because a neighbor referred me. I bought four brand new tires for a decent price and then had them aligned and my alignment is already off. I live in the mountains, but alignment on an AWD car should last MUCH longer, particular since I ve driven no more than 350 miles in the meantime. I am taking my car elsewhere in the future, starting with having my alignment done yet again. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I wouldn't suggest going to Barry's if you have a classic vehicle & here's 3 great reasons1st off they had little or no concern about what I wanted, all they were interested in is what they wanted to sell me2nd Very snooty off putting attitude. Maybe they didn't like classic cars or maybe they didn't like me as a well informed customer who knew exactly what I wanted3rd When it came to pricing, Barry's was $125 higher per wheel than if you had just stayed home & ordered them right from the manufacture onlineI had seen Barry's for years never been so I said hey let's support local business, they always seem busy when I pass by, not thinking yes busy no classic vehicles in the lot, now I know whyBTWTim Hudson I definitely owe you 1 for highly recommending, these vintage automobile haters.....smh

Sent my car up there and they said it was the alternator. Was without are car for a week. Then when I got it back still was not starting. Now it is the starter. Now another week without a car. I won t be back if they can t check everything.

Called to make an appointment to get an alignment on my van set up. The lady on the phone kept telling me that I didnt need one that it was something totally different then what i was describing to her. I described the problem several times and she still insisted and acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. She told me I could bring it by and have one of the guys look at it and tell what the deal was. So with 30 mins I go over there...never saw the girl that answered the phone. But they had someone come out and talk to me, then drive the van and see what it was doing and came back told me what he thought and said he was going to raise it up and check make sure nothing was broke. He found the problem, other then just an alignment and showed me what was wrong. Gave me several quotes to help save me some money but it had nothing to do with what the woman was saying on the phone.*****I am editing this to reply back to Barry's tire. I never said anything about vibration. That wasnt in anything I said to you over the phone about what was going on with my van. I had tried to explain to you several times what my van was doing but you kept talking about vibration. My van will pull to the right then it will go to the left or vice versa, and it continues to do it. The steering wheel isnt centered and its continued to get worse. After talking to ...i think his name is Josh but i am not 100% sure on his name. But he drove it and knew what i was talking about and then looked at it and showed me the problem. I have someone that is going to fix it either today or tomorrow and the part has been ordered. I am not sure if while you were talking to me on the phone someone else in the store was talking about something having to do with vibration and somehow got into our conversation. Because if you remember when we were on the phone and you brought that up.....im sure i sounded puzzled because what you described and what i described were 2 total different things. I appreciate yall helping me figure out what is wrong and giving me quotes. But i was just sharing my experience with yall because you were talking about the wrong problem that i am having. Thats all. But you did tell me if I came in someone would look at it and give me info and I thank you for that.

They were AWFUL!!!!!!!!! They left shop rags inside my truck right by the fan belt then I called and told the lady who answers the phones and she basically called me a LIAR AND IT COULDNT BE POSSIBLE! I said so you can't say sorry or it won't happen again not Barry's according to them I'm A LIAR! But excuse me I can see and I know what a shop rag is and Barry's was the last people to work on my truck! DONT GO TO BARRYS THERE SLOPPY THEY TAKE THINGS OFF YOU VEHICLE AND NOT TELL YOU! AND ESPECIALLY THERE'LL CALL YOU A LIAR!!!!!!!!

This place was a life saver. I got ran off the road and bent my tire rim. I called all over the town to find one or get it fixed. Could not find one. I about cried until someone told me about barrys. I called them and they told me to come on down as soon as i walked through the doors they said that they didnt have a rim to fit my tire. I was disappointed. However he took a look at my rim and he said he can fix it. I was beaming for joy. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They have decent prices and they have very fast service. First time I went there, I had them change a tire and I was out of there within 20 minutes. They do other services other than changing tires too, which is good!!

Dropped by to have some new tires mounted on new wheels . Was made to like I was a burden to them. I left and went to Broadway Tire and received excellent service and saved some money. 5-star to those guys

As a woman getting car repairs is always a challenge. I went to Barry s for brakes. He quoted me a price for front and back. When I returned to pick up car, he said it only needed back brakes. How honest. I would not have known if I did or didn t. I will return to Barry s tires for work in my car.
