Had a work vehicle with a nail in the tire. Every other place near by was a three to twelve hour wait. Called here and they said it is first come first serve and that simple fixes like this are usually something they can handle.They were kind and fast and fair priced and really saved our day.Service: TiresService: Tires

16 years of being a customer and never an issue. Will is a hands on owner that's professional and knowledgeable. Kenny (mechanic) has been doing the work on my vehicles since I was 19 now 35 and never tired to sell me on a service I didn't need. If anything, this shop has looked out for me and saved me money. Taught me a few things about doing maintenance on my vehicles and just been overall good people.

Back in 1999 it was called Anthony's new and used tires and rims. The managers name was Kenny and he offered me a job. I worked here for two years and learned a lot about cars. I will always remember this place as the most fun I ever had at a job. Anthony was a little tough to deal with but was a fair boss and always paid everyone on time. He even paid for me to get certified in GM diagnostics. Wish I could go back to those days making tips and selling tires.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Excellent place! The staff were VERY nice! We were stranded and they even called around and helped us find a towing company and arranged a tow to their shop. Top notch service! They replaced our tire and got us back on the road quickly. They even stayed open later for us. Thank you all for all you do! I highly recommend this place!Service: TiresService: Tires

We went to get a tire and it was an in and out situation. The ATM wasn't working but he trusted us enough to bring the money back. Thanks nothing wrong with supporting our own. Will go back for car repairs as well, very nice atmosphere, the shop owner is friendly don't find people like that too often.

Do not patronage this establishment! A few days ago, I had a complete brake job done and unfortunately two days later my brakes started squeaking. I called the establishment and explained the situation to the owner and suggested that I bring the vehicle back in because I may need rotors. My question to him was why wasn't this noticed if it was the case and why would the mechanic install the brake pads if rotors were needed? In addition, the mechanic kept my wheel locks and key and replaced them with manufacture lug nuts. When I mentioned it to the owner he did absolutely nothing but deflect from the situation. To add more insult to this matter I discovered that he did not replace the hardware that was included with the brake pads nor did he grease the parts. I was wondering why he finished rather quickly. Please avoid this place because they are a complete rip off........Service: Brakes

I went to this place based on the reviews I have seen here but it s the opposite . He used the wrong paint for my paint job so I have two different shades of paint. He charges outrageous prices for every part he buys and will not want to show me receipt of purchase When I asked for receipts for his parts he orders flips on me calling me namesService: General repairs & maintenance

Had been here before and had 5 star service. Brought in my daughter's car for a oil change and was told that the car was too hot after waiting for 10 minutes based on his touching a black hood in 90 degree heat. Told me to wait 20 minutes. I decided that since he didn't want to do this job I would help him out

High quality work at good prices. Both times I've been there for major work I got an honest opinion on what was going on with my car and the work I needed done to fix the problem. Went here to get 1 bad tire replaced on my truckand the guys here were great. Ended up buying a full set of tires for my husband's car. They gave us a great deal and even held the set of tires for the car for a couple weeks for us until his next payday. In addition, we plan on going back to replace all the tires for the truck and our other car. they also have a good special on cars and trucks for oil changes. If you bring your own supplies they'll give you a great break on labor.

This is the only place I go to get my oil changed. Not only are they fast, but they are personal. They get to know their customers and remember you. Oh, and did I mention the PRICE!? They hands-down have the best priced oil changes of anyone in town!

What can I say? I initially called a tire shop closer to my house, but they didn't have the tires I needed. Thank goodness they didn't or else I wouldn't have called the professionals at Will's auto repairs & Darjon's tires. They were down to earth, honest and friendly gentlemen. Darjon had the tires I needed and held them until I was able to make it that afternoon. Once I arrived, I was in and out in no time. The tires were high quality and amazingly priced. I know where I'm going for any future used tire needs. Spoke to Master Mechanic and current owner Will, he and his staff really look out for the community and do a phenomenal job taking care of its residents. I encourage you to pay them a visit. Don't forget they are also home of the $8.95 Oil Change (You must bring your own Oil and Oil filter). Great people and service... I'll be back.

So I contacted Will and told him what Cadillac said was wrong he told me he could it for cheaper. I pick my car up and none of it was done. I ve been going here since 2011 so this is a total shock and I can t believe Will would allow his non experienced workers to mislead him to think work was done that clearly wasn t.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I had been getting my oil changed here since I moved to Fayetteville in 1999..$5.50 for an oil change if you bring your own oil and filter. Last year the price went up to $7 and some change not bad ..today I called to make sure the price didn't go up again. They asked me what kind of car I have ( make &model never mattered before) ,I was getting the oil changed for my mother for mother's day its a late model European car its almost 20 years old and she's had her oil changed at this shop plenty of times when the price was still $5.50..today I was told it would be $25 if I brought my own oil and filter..that is a rip off! I already paid $40 for my oil, $10 for my filter now they expect an additional $25 ? I could get my oil changed at Wal-Mart and I would come out cheaper.The people that work at the shop are nice but the oil price is too high!

Definitely top notch customer service. Went back because a tire we got there the day before went flat. Will and one of his guys checked the tire and couldn't find why it went flat but put in a different better tire. Very satisfying experience.

I didn't have any work done on my car at Will's, but Mr. Will was so kind to me when my car broke down. He offered to wait with me until the tow truck came. It's nice to know that there's still good people in the world.

The absolute worst experience with a tire company I've ever had. Got an oil change and found out the person left the oil cap off and lost 2 quarts of oil. I call Anthony and he tells me he can hook me up on some tires. I come to make a deal and he wants to charge me over $400 for a set of 4. Stay away from this place.

I purchased a used tire from Anthony s on 11 January 2018. The staff was very professional . They were very helpful and took the time to show me the defects on my worn tire. You will pay a few dollars more for their Used Tires but the quality of their s is much better than the other used tire places on Murchison Rd.

They guys that work there are great. I always take my vehicle there and they fix my vehicle in a timely fashion. I have no complaints. Just keep up the good job.

Great service. Bring your own oil and filter pay for labor, quick service. Only complaint is that no one was wearing masks. Felt a bit exposed.

Great service and awesome prices! They do everything there and if by chance there's something they can't do(inspections, alignments, etc) they will refer you to best places that CAN do it
