A1 customer service, top quality work. I brought my 85 Monte Carlo SS in for an alignment now is driving better than ever. I would definitely recommend this company.

We've been going there for a very long time because we trust them. Just now for our trucks repair we expected a very big bill but they figured out a better and cheaper way fixing our truck. The people in their office are always very friendly and helpful. Thank you Wiggs Team. God bless you all.

Wiggs has done work for me 2 over the last 1.5 years and each time I have left satisfied with their customer service and work. They are very kind, informative. I truly appreciate the fact that they don t do more than you ask without your permission and they keep you regularly updated on their progress. Awesome work!

They always get me in in a pretty timely fashion the prices for oil changes and lineups are pretty decent and they do that in a timely manner as well they also look over my car and let me know if anything needs to be done to it and I greatly appreciate that wiggs is the place to be

Wigs Auto LLC is a very professional husband and wife on business. They have a great mechanics, their relentless and fixing what you came to have fixed and if they find other things they advise the owner before fixing those things. That way you're not surprised and giving you the option whether you want it fixed or not and give you the best competitive price. They did my rear end in my truck and I've had no problems. Just pure honesty!! I took my car in because I thought the breaks and rotors were bad. Instead of charging me they did a inspection and told me it doesn t need replacing. Other shops would have took my money even though I didn t need new parts... I did get my tires rotated since I was already there. They just gained a new customer.... I recommend Wiggs Auto!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I called Wiggs after a friend recommended them when I told him what our car dealership said our car needing some car repairs urgently. I called and a very courteous lady answered and recommended that I bring my car in and let them put it up on the racks and check it out and make any recommendations, so I did.Everyone was very kind, accommodating and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner, even though I didn t have a scheduled appointment. The very COSTLY work the dealership recommended as urgent wasn t. Mike told me what to listen for and how the vehicle would respond when it was time for those repairs. All he recommended that I have done immediately was my tires be rotated due to wear. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Wiggs Auto and highly recommend this business!Service: Wheel alignment

I brought my truck to them after taking it to a different shop who didn't want to fix it. Not only did Wiggs get my truck fixed with my warranty they were kind enough to let us use a car while I waited for the truck to finish. They truly care and are honest about their work. Nov. 2, 2023. Very disappointed. Paid for $288.00. Had my truck 2.5 days . Took in for steering issue . They said everything was tight . Sure it was . If I was a mechanic? I would further investigate. Must be something in-between. You guys got to do better . Don't rush . It is quality of work that is done, brings happy customers. It's not how fast in/out bay . You get them. Oh and I got the parts. All I needed was break pads wore unevenly. You guys spot on with that info. But telling me I need 2 new rotors $1000 a piece. And saying I need 2 new calipers. $650 apiece. Then say whole just with you ordering parts $4,500.00. And you guys gonna charge me $1,300.00 for labor alone. Get out of here with that. Whole just me doing it myself. 1hr and 15mins . Done . Next time you text someone an automated msg. asking how things went . And customer states things didn't meet expectations. Reach out to the customer? See what is going on . How can we fix this for you. We appreciate your business. If you would did so . I would not have written this review. This is a 100% honest review . If Wiggs auto . Can prove me wrong on any of it . By all means go for it.

This is my first time taking my vehicle to wiggs auto in Fayetteville and I have to say that they deserve a standing ovation. My insurance company [usaa] dropped the ball within their company which caused my vehicle to sit for idle for over a month, and wiggs displayed nothing but professionalism and patience until everything was resolved. I tip my hat to miss Trish [she was my go to person from beginning till ending], and to all the personnel there, including Mr Mike Wiggs whom I also had the pleasure of speaking with. They are my number one shop that will always tend to every vehicle that I own. Truly a trustworthy shop.....thanxxxxx for everything.

My 90 yr old grandfather took our car here to get repaired and was given a quote worth more than the car. I called multiple places to see why it would have been so high. I got quoted for parts and labor from multiple shops and auto stores. Wiggs estimate was $1700 more than anyone else, which makes it seem as if they were overcharging elderly. So sad.

I knew I needed my brakes changed because of the feeling they were giving and making a noise when I went to use them. I initially went to Firestone and they quoted me $2,900 for a front and rear brakes and tried to intimidate me into reconsidering when I told not only no but heck no. As a woman you normally get belittled about mechanical issues when it comes to cars but Wiggs auto & wheeler alignment were so sweet and very understanding. They not only determined I only needed rear brakes but found an issue with my two front tires and helped get me the best price! He even went on a Saturday morning they were closed (memorial day weekend) so I can get my car. I plan to use them going forward in the future. This company has wonderful people working for it and awesome owners!

After using national franchises for years, I started using Wiggs when the first opened because of their awesome price on front end alignment. Now they do everything for me. A great shop, honest as the day is long, and their pricing can't be beat. Compare for yourself.

Scheduled an appointment for an Alignment for 1:30pm on Friday. Well turns out they won t be on time anyways so why bother scheduling an appointment. Been here 2 hrs no service. Empty bay but the guy keeps telling me he will be pulling your car in shortly. Ppl set appointment s because hey maybe they have kids to pick up from school. Friday wasted same problem as when I first called. Then in the way out she asks if I want to reschedule lmao yeahhh right!! Lost a customer for life. This is Corey with the Mercedes by the way !!
