Called around 11AM to try and get an alignment scheduled and was able to get a 3:30PM appointment! I drive a lowered car with coilovers and slider ball-joints. I had already spent 3.5hrs at another shop that morning just for them to tell me they wouldn't be able to do the alignment because "they couldn't fit their tools in to align it". Wheeler was able to get me aligned and with a printout. They were super professional and did in an hour what another "big-chain" shop couldn't do in 3.5. Thank you!

Charge Me 147 for The First Alignment Because Of The my Car Adjustments (Lowered).. Second Time Charged Me 178 For The Same Type Of Alignment When They Said They Were Gonna Adjust A Camber Bolt..But As I Checked Nothing was Different But Just A Rip Off..Wouldnt Recommend ever ..

I had an appointment for a 0830 alignment. It took an hour and thirty minutes to tell me they couldn t do the alignment because they would need to fix other mechanical issues prior to it.

Service was outstanding. They got me in for an alignment super quick and made sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the process. They do speciality vehicles, but their wait time is insane! I came at 9am. For an alignment, they asked if they could keep my car for the day! I did not get the alignment and for $240 to do it, it wasn't worth the wait.

Phenomenal work, they squeeze me as a walk in without an issue, and was out in less than an hour. They gave me the peace of mind, knowing that I wasn t going crazy when I noticed my steering wheel was straight yet my car was leaning to the left, Thank you!

Dropped my truck off Wednesday last week. Today is Thursday and still haven't received an estimate or quote for work that needs to be done. It's always something different when I call up there. Would not recommend. They claim to be super busy but you have to drop off by schedule. Why get overwhelmed to the point when you can't answer customers that have been waiting for days. Here it is a week later and still no estimate. Will be getting my truck and taking it somewhere else.Service: Brakes

I wanted to wait a few days to write my post just because you never know how your rides gonna be after you put some miles on it. I have to say that Wheeler got my truck in and out for multiple services quicker than expected, I have no drift in my alignment, and my brakes are smooth.I thank you and your mechanics for your hard work.

Loved the customer service!!! That's a determining factor in whether or not I use your business. Mr. Wiggs showed and explained to me what was wrong with my car. He then quoted me the price of what it would cost, and let me decide with no pressure, if I wanted to proceed with their service.

My husband (Ramiro)dropped of his truck on Monday with an appointment for an alignment. They had it for a week and the repairs didn t get completed. He took the day of from work Friday to pick it up and still wasn t done. Called two separate days, both days said it was going to be done, but it wasn t. He complained to me allllll week about it, but he won t leave a review or complain for himself.

I've been here with two vehicles one they did give me a list of things that were wrong the 2nd vehicle they kept for a month without telling me anything about what needed work or prices. They just said that they didn't have the tools to fix it because it was a foreign vehicle. With the first car, after them looking at it, it drove worse than before it did going. Usually have good outcomes when I have my car dealer take our vehicles there but my experience wasn't too great. Maybe because they were short staff idk. Just be prepared to have your car sit for weeks

This is a great place for brake & rotor replacement or rotor smoothing! I had my front rotors smoothed and brakes replaced on my Saturn three years ago and still riding smooth. Had rotors smoothed and brakes replaced on Chrysler T&C van today. When George noticed my back rotors needed smoothing too he didn't charge me labor for putting the brakes on but just for parts and smoothing the rotors. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent service and people. We had some brake trouble on our way back to NY. They were more than willing to take our vehicle for a ride and look at the rotors and pads. Kit is to them!

Was going to be charged literally double in Raleigh for what wheeler fixed and he found 2 other things wrong. Been going to his shop for more than 10 years. I'll drive the hour and a half to hour to have an honest mechanic.

Wonderful turn around on my breaks, they even swapped my calipers around because I myself put them on backwards. This shop goes the extra mile and they didn't even charge me. Quality customer service!!!!

I went because it was the cheapest price for an alignment that I could find, and the alignment was great! They say to beware cheap mechanic prices, because the work will be cheap, but this was quality work for a great price.

Was trying to get my '68 Mustang aligned. Couldn't find a shop that had the equipment, info, or computers to handle specs back that far. Called Wheeler's, and not only did they align it same day, they did it for half the price any other alignment shop in town quoted me. Hands down, this is the place to go.

Took my miata and asked for some custom specs on my alignment and the tech was able to do everything. Would recommend.
