He called back later that day as busy.He came to see our van at hotel. Very nice man. Tried to set everything up as fast as he could to fix on Monday. Very, very, helpful.

I went to help get my friends vehicle back from this place through the owner named Al. She had been trying to contact them multiple occasions and so did the insurance company. After involving the police & filing vandalism & communicating a threat he GAVE her vehicle back. This vehicle which we have the documentation through the insurance company to prove had been towed ever since the accident happened. Each one of the establishments including the tow companies that moved my vehicle documented the mileage, gas etc. she had a brand new transmission replaced the summer of 2023. After the accident the vehicle wasn't driving a shifting correctly which is how USAA & her ended up at this bozos clown House AKA wheelers. We took it to a different shop to get a thorough evaluation again. And again it was towed. There has been an upward amount of 800 mi that was put on her vehicle from the time it was dropped off at Wheeler's and the time she came to take it back seeing no work was being done per AL. They must have expected her to drive the vehicle away because all four tires had two lug nuts cross-threaded on each tire. Which clearly did not happen during the accident That would require air tools from a shop. Just saying. Always document and photograph video record every little thing especially if you think it will save you from evil people like Al and his team. He kept stating he wanted USAA to provide him money before he would repair anything. When we stated we were no longer utilizing that route he threatened her with 10,000 in storage fees in a lien on her vehicle. Which is absolutely bad business disloyal and wrong. If you were referred to a Wheeler's transmission it was probably Donnie's wheelers transmission which I heard is located off of Pamela drive. Best of luck in your search for a reputable transmission and auto shop but this place is not it.

Dropped my vehicle off today. 1993 Ford Ranger w/5 speed manual Trans. Great estimate and turn around time. I was very pleased with my repairs, the cost or the repairs, and an overnight turnaround time to replace the clutch and related parts. these guys folks are great . I will give them my business in the future.Update!! Once again, great service and , low cost and great turnaround time for my 2016 Jeep patriot with sensor problems. Plus inspection. Same day fix, and minimal cost. Love these guys. I highly recommend this business.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. they will part out your vehicle. And they try to scam insurance companies. They had my vehicle under a tarp in the back sandlot behind a few other vehicles. Whenever both me & USAA tried to get in charge ntact it was crickets. After 2 months I went there to see what was up and had to contact the police to remove my vehicle. They tried to say I owed 10,000 in storage fees. Don't be like me and heard Wheeler's and thought of them legitimate wheelers which is DONNY WHEELERS ON PAMALEE

This company will hold your car hostage and try and make you pay a bill that you did not authorize. Shammy business. Read all reviews and even owners responses and you get your answer.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are rude and take over 2 weeks to do a simple diagnostic system. The owner yelled in the phone and hung up twice. Knowledgeable, fast and reliable. Brought my car in due to a slave cylinder leak. Told them what I thought it was and what I wanted done. They listened, diagnosed it themselves and These guys knocked it out of the park. I'd give them 5 stars but no one takes 5 stars seriously so

I took my jeep to get it looked at. Spoke with one mechanic on the phone and was told that it wouldn't cost me anything to have it looked at. So I dropped it off. I get a call the next day saying that my vehicle was fixed and it was going to cost me $240. I never authorized any repairs. I specifically said I wanted to know what was wrong with it.When i told the office manager this it became an even bigger problem. Rather than admit their mistake and rectify it they still tried to charge me for a diagnostic that I was told wouldn't cost anything.Needless to say they removed the sensors they put in and had me pick up my vehicle. I would have to say it fell way to the unprofessional side for this one. I won't take another vehicle there or recommend them to anyone I know.

Wonderful staff! I cant speak for the work yet, but the staff just took great care of me. Jeffery is awesome, and is apparently The Man for Powerstrokes!

Very Cheap and reasonable rates!! Great staff and very friendly. Wouldn't take my care anywhere else. They do complete auto repair from transmissions to brakes and rotors. Great place to go.

Money in Hand... Not Professional at all.. And would not sell me a Car.. But guess what.. I Went some were else and Got treated Like a Human...And was blessed with a Great Vehicle.. Thanks again for not taken my Money..

They specialize in transmission work but, do all sorts of repairs and also do NC Vehicle Inspections. All repairs are done at reasonable prices.

They did what they said when they said it would be done. They stuck to the agreed upon price, and are going to stand behind the job they did for a year. Can't ask for more than that.

"Warranty" is a joke. Make sure you get it in writing if they will even give it to you.
