Very rude. Horrible customer service. No one to help buy tires, acted like I wasn t supposed to be there. Girl at front desk was clueless, black guys acting like they wanted to fight me. You just can t find good service these days. IYKYK

It took about 4 min for someone to help me at the front desk and only after I asked "Is someone going to help me?". They were just standing around and chatting. When asked about an oil change they were very rude. They said it would take an hour to do the oil change and that they were going to call me when it was done (I was next in line). After an hour had passed, I came back asking about the car, they couldn't find the keys for a while and when they did, they said "Oh yeah we couldn't do the service because the oil can was too tight" so they parked the car and said nothing to me. When I came home and did my own oil change I had no problems unscrewing it. I told them "Was someone going to call me about it?" all they gave me was a lot of excuses. Knowing it's Walmart I did not have expectations but the lack of customer courtesy baffles me.

Do not go here! You ve been warned. We waited two hours for our oil change and I finally inquired if my vehicle was done. They told me the system is down, therefore they couldn t do my oil change. However, they didn t bother to let me know. There was a waiting room full of us - all the same scenario. This isn t my first bad experience at this auto center.Side note, the manager should be FIRED. Won t return phone calls, hung up the phone on me numerous times after placing me on hold.

Auto is a JOKE. ZERO respect, & ZERO volume to his tone from the guy with dreads, TOUGH GUY ACT with the guy with long puffy hair in a pony tail and Bro s clients. Didn t know we were related! Begging us to come back tomorrow so they can go home and sit on their couch. Treat your customers with dignity and respect or shut your auto DOWN! How s that for a review?! Christina cashier has NO KNOWLEDGE of hours, prices, or any questions you may have, Mopes around as if she hates her job & hates having to answer questions. DO BETTER! No wonder why your auto is low on clientele. Even your own employee stated that! Your hours of operation are FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, told we have until 530, but your suppose to be open until 7pm. Promise made, WONT BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

Had my oil changed here. The mechanic striped my oil plug, then put a note on the paperwork that I had a link to cover hid butt. If I had a link, why didn't he just tell me? It took about 2 weeks for all my oil to link out after he stripped my oil plug. I was not low on oil before he did the work. I didn't have a link until after I took my truck in to get it serviced. Had my tires rotated and balanced also. He didn't put the valve caps back on 2 of my tires either.

I was impressed with Jessica K ..customer service ..She was patient and understanding with my tire issues.She help write my paperwork and get my tire on quickly and smoothly..Thank you again for all u do..

Ok so they can do better. When I arrived there were two guys (employees) and one car in front of me. One of the male employees informed me that one of the workers went on break and he not sure what time he left and when he was due back. He then went on to say that leaves two of us and if he leaves to check us in that leaves his partner alone and he can't start on our vehicles without backup. I then asked could a manager or someone be called to assist , I was informed that even if a manager came back there they do not understand how to run the auto department so they wouldn't be helpful. So after 40 mins of waiting the same guy who informed me of all the info proceeded to check the lady in that was in front of me , once he was done checking her in the 3rd worker was walking in from lunch. He looks at the clock and ask are they still taking people because they were closing soon I assumed. I nicely let him know after waiting 40 mins that was not the right thing to say. I then made him aware that I had my own oil in the trunk and he Informed me that he would let them know about it. When I returned the guy who did my oil change asked me did I have my own oil and I replied yes so he goes well I'm so sorry ma'am he never let me know that. The whole almost two hour experience was totally annoying and I won't be going back to that location ever again for car service.

They did not honor my warranty for a replacement tire. Decent tires, young mechanics. I will not use them going forward due to lack of trust.

I recieved excellent service at Skibo Rd Center. Ms. Jessica, Mr Don and I believe his name was Jeffery were very attentive to concerns. They were professional and very kind. Mr. Don was knowelegeable about tires and fixed the problem I was having. I can't thank them enough and I would highly reconmend these guys for your tire needs.Service: TiresService: Tires

Was having a problem with one of my tires, bought Roadside assistance when purchased a new set. When entering my information the man said that I didn't even though I had my paperwork. Long story short after trying to get me to pay, the department manager told him how to reverse this charge and left. This man was insistent that I pay... but I didn't. Frustrated doesn't explain how I felt

The service here is pretty good. I don't know much about auto care, but I come here for tire replacements, assuming that the price is decent. The staff is nice. The wait can be long, depending on the day and how many people are ahead of you. But I guess you can shop in Walmart and give away more of your money as you wait... Idk... It's Walmart so

Worst experience ever! Arrived at 830! Left two hours later for two tires, balanced n mounted!!!! I had one car in front of me! Every other place I ever been to took 1 hour maybe! Had them manually put on by my husband who s an Army mechanic! It doesn t take 2 hours. Department manager was so unpleasant, unhappy, and rude! Never again! I watched as my car was only looked at not even messed with like it was not a priority!

We called yesterday to ask hours of operation for 4 tire change. We were informed to bring the car as they were open until 630 pm.Imagine our surprise when we go inside and the story is they are closing at 5pm because they are short-staffed. I asked what changed and the guy up front smirked and said he could not take any cars because their bay was full.Sounds like a huge management issue.

Services usually take about 2 hours, even if I'm 2nd in line (I've never been 1st there lol) and I've been getting tires from Wal-Mart automotive for about 10 years. Never have any issues afterwards. Road hazard is a must if you have bad luck with tires like me

Todays' visit was not good. ( Not WalMarts' fault )My battery died and my back up battery was ALSO DEAD !!!One of their techs ( sorry I forgot your name , young man ... )escorted my to my car with a " battery pack " about the size of a pack of cigarettes.I HAD read about these but this was my first personal interaction with one.The engine turned over SUPER STRONG(ly).This young man saved the day !!!Thank you sir !I'm thinking of giving the Waltons a call , and push for you to be made a vice president of WallyWorld !!!Thanks !!!( I'll be purchasing one if those jumpers ! )

Came in for a tire rotation and oil change. Has one tech doing oil changes but he was also doing 3 other jobs. Each oil change took around 45 minutes. When car went to get tires rotated the techs decided that it was a good time to take a 15 min break. Spent 4 hours get 35 to r0 Minutes Work done. Was told the wait was 1 to 1 1/2 hours. They should fire the whole staff on duty today. Waste of time. It is actually worth it to pay more and go somewhere else. You get what you pay for

do not get your tires balanced here! these people had no idea what they were doing, brought it back three times and they still couldnt figure it out. the first two times, they took off the weights on one of the tires and left the weights on the three other tires, so the vehicle was vibrating horribly, then the third time the supervisor did it, he put different types of weights on different tires so the vehicle still vibrated. finally i was fed up and was not going back a fourth time, so i went to another walmart and they actually solved the problem the first time, no more vibrations. i understand people make mistakes but the reason i am so upset is that they tried to blame it on me and the manufacturer before they even tried to figure out what they could have possibly did wrong.

They Keep forgetting what I'm there for. 3 times they brought my vehicle back in to complete the service that I agreed to be done to it. The cool thing was that the manager stepped in and I didn't have to pay for the new tire so over all I'm satisfied. Thanks for hooking me up.

Went there to get my tire patched, dropped off a mint wheel and tire, got back a scratched up wheel. Manager and the crew basically wanted to blame me and act as if I damaged the wheel even though I hadn't even left yet and I dropped off an immaculate wheel. Will never go there again. Go elsewhere...

Been getting oil changes 4 years was great till came 2 visit my granddaughter here in N.C. when car was ready said they didn't have oil filter charged me extra 4 one off shelf 3 ft. Away no way 2 treat a senior. At 75 wasent gonna do it myself

Just park there, easy access, not too busy, roamed around Walmart, picked up some amazing Caramel pecan, brown sugar and vanilla wax melts. I was actually looking for discounted patio furniture...no luck Thanks Walmart, for nothing just joking, calm down

My experience at the auto center the last time was terrible they broke my tire sensor changing the tire and did not replace it I need to talk to some manager or someone about getting that fixed it shouldn't have happen at at all the guy doing the work on the tire he was inexperienced I'm coming up there to get this here corrected.

Walmart is absolutely the worst place to get your tires from they so call give you these warranties to be able to fix your tire but you can never get any service done they never have anybody working their tires leak air their people are unprofessional it's absolutely the worst if you have the ability to get your tires any place else please do it do not get it from Walmart.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement
