The cashier at the Auto Care Center is great. Nothing negative to say there. The service from the mechanics, not so great. Came in to see why my brand new set of tires I bought and had on my vehicle for 2 weeks, started losing pressure. Assumed it was the fluctuating temperatures changing at most 30 degrees or more from day to day, but one tire was losing pressure daily for a week. I didn't spit any holes or objects lodged in the tire. Took it back up to the Auto Care Center since I purchased the Advanced Road Hazard warranty to help in case of any flats needing repairs or replacement. I dropped off my keys and patiently waited....for 3 and a half hours! 2 hours, my car sat parked where I left it and the remaining other time it sat in the garage. Eventually had to ask for my keys and receipt and I asked what was the issue with the tire only to get a response from another mechanic who mentioned he didn't know, just a tire repair and went about his job. So, I have no clue what the issue was that was causing low tire pressure and I'm now aware that warranty fixes on tires are pushed far back on the work agenda since it's not a service that they're being paid to do. I assumed that since I paid extra for the Advanced warranty and that I had a pressure issue that it would be something that could have been taken care of no later than 30 minutes and be on my way to do what I needed to that day. Instead it ended being a 3 and a half hour wait and having to reschedule my plans I had set that day since I wasn't given any estimated time to complete the check, nor was I told what the issue was. I already had to leave one garage for poor service and now ended up in another garage with even more poor service. Hopefully I can find some decent help at some point. Whether or not they were having a bad day that morning, at least have some courtesy to help customers understand any delays and the issues that are going on in the garage or with their vehicle so they can make arrangements and not have to cancel business they had planned getting done that day.

Got a full set of tires and an oil change. Jennifer the service manager handled a situation about the tire hazard warranty. Update: Came in to get a battery. Employees were friendly especially Martin who greeted me and helped explain where to park. Charlotte helped me get the right battery. Was ready in less than 10 minutes. Then a few days later I had a low tire after shopping and went to the center for air and Mike discovered a screw and a nail in one of my tires. The tire was repaired and covered with my road hazard warranty. Carrie and Dean were very helpful while waiting. Oil changes and tires are cheaper at Walmart than any other place in town. I like the warranty they have on batteries and tires.

It shouldn't take two hours for a oil change period. I understand if it was in 2020 . Do better!!!

Just paid money to have my car scuffed up. I used to have a nice interior, but whatever they shoved through the window left a lot of permanent marks. I'll have to file down some of the plastic that was torn up. I first noticed when I saw some black marks on the door, even though I just detailed it. Then when I wiped them, my heart sank when I realized there were scratches everywhere. There are black marks on the seats that look like gloved handprints, too. Sorry I didn't get good photos, I'm still waiting on a phone upgrade and I already doused the stains with some cleaner. Hopefully I can get some of those out :/ It's just really depressing to get in my driver's side and have to see all that now when I tried so hard to upkeep it. Makes my day a little worse and brings my car value down.

Quite efficient crew in a pretty clean workshop. Like get-in get-out in 13 minutes, on a somewhat cloudy yet bright Sunday afternoon. Barely handed em car keys for the oil change, and the auto care center buzzed in the text message alert to come pick it up. Had to rush up my portable air-pump buy. Too easy

Ms. Charlotte was not only gorgeous and gracious but she was very sweet and helpful.. She reminded me about my lifetime warranty on my tires and she got the manager to refund me the money back that I paid for the prior day's tire rotation and I got the balancing work done for all four tires at no extra cost. Awesome Angels at this place. EVERYONE was so kind. Thanks for a great experience.

I had to order tires and they got there in 2 days! Excellent and fast service. Good price and great warranty!! Will definitely be getting all my vehicles done through Walmart.

They were very nice!! I had air leaking out my tire. Even though it was time for them to close , they took time out and change my tire. They couldn't plug the tire but they were nice enough to change the flat! I were very grateful for what they done. The cashier really assisted me with everything!! I didn't know any one there I live in South Carolina!! I wish they they can be awarded for the things they did and the way they cared!!!Thanks guys!!

Friendly staff, sometimes can be a bit of a wait and other times you can hurry in and out. Typically always has the parts that I need, only twice did not have the exact tire or oil I requested, but other than that decent service.

Excellent customer service and satisfaction. Truly subject matter experts in the automotive department. Got my oil changed and two new tires.Had a knee replacement and shopping in the main store would have been difficult. Florenzo Sweeney brought me and electronic cart. Made my visit convenient and pleasurable.Also thank a lady name Cassie for great customer service as well.

It took about 2 hours to get my battery changed. But the staff were extremely nice and professional. They took care of a pretty complicated warranty/receipt issue as well. I'd definitely recommend coming here for your minor vehicle issues.

Couldn't do a very basic tire patch, nail near the sidewall, "because of legal issues."Took the car down the street and it was done in a couple minutes.Managed to not replace my air valve cap.What a joke and total waste of time.

It was a horrible experience just to say the least. I came in so they could change my tires and the person didn't get there until 15 minutes after they opened. They only had 1 mechanic come in at 7 and another at 7:30. My car didn't get worked on until 8 and they only did half the job. When it was time to cash out they didn't have cash so had to wait for that. I waited almost 2 hours and a half to get tired changed. I won't be coming back.

Slow. There was one poor girl working the counter, having to check every car, and the line kept building. I had to ask her why she had no help and she told me that she was the only one om the schedule for automotive, and she was scheduled to be off at 2 and no one scheduled til 5 to come in. Walmart, yall need to do better.

I took my car to Wal-Mart auto service department because my tire pressure light came on telling me my tire (or tires)were low and they took care of it by checking all the tires. They put air in the one that needed it and didn't charge me for it. I would recommend taking your car to Wal-Mart if your car needs to be serviced. The employees are friendly and very helpful.

Went to change my oil and they're all on lunch at 615 but close at 7!?? And rudely got told people need lunch breaks you know Can't give them a 0 you know!

Went to the walmart auto center today to purchase 4 new tires, clerk didn't understand the difference between light truck and passenger tires....wasn't able to answer any other tire questions, either. So, assuming that she was probably new, I decided to drive to the location in hope mills hoping I'd have better luck... but then the same thing happened, actually had to explain what the "p", "lt", etc. in front of a tire's size means. When buying a set of new tires I'd prefer to deal with someone whom at least knows more about tires than I do. Perhaps Wal-Mart should better train the clerks working in their auto centers.

On Gillespie St. No cars in Bay only 4 cars in front of me and they saying 2 hrs. before they can pull it in to change 2 tires, oh well I guess they got to keep their tires. No way will I go back there.

Auto center slacking big time. My car was only one in bay and they were more interested in not working. 2.5 hours later I told them to get it off rack, I was going somewhere else.

Don t waste your time stopping here. Hours clearly posted at until 8 pm. Been there twice because they are open late for a tire repair and they suddenly close at 7 pm and refused to service us, telling us to go somewhere else.

Beware of the closing time- closing at 6 really means at 4:30 they won t take anymore cars. Unfortunately I waited 15 minutes in line to be told that. If they weren t taking anymore cars that early they should let people know before they stand in line wasting their time. I could have went some where else if they would have let me know as soon as I got there.

My wife had such a poor experience getting answers to basic questions and scheduling, that we decided to spend more on replacement tires to get better service. Would advise others to do the same

Messed up my truck...they performed an oil change on my truck. The next day the engine light came on. It was the oil pressure sensor. Walmart said they didn't do anything wrong...the technicians at the DODGE dealership beg to differ. STAY AWAY!!!!

Very very very very long long wait 3 cars in front of me got there at 930 am got my truck back at 1230 PM smh why do they keep workers that's not motivated oil change only takes about 15/20 mins just dont make sense

I waited in the store for six hours to get two tires put on my truck. Then I got it home and found out they were not mounted on the right rims. Took it back waited again for them to do it right. I am not at All happy with my experience at this Walmart Auto center.

They made me wait 3 hours to say they wouldn't change my tire or do the oil change. I asked to speak to a manager and was ignored for a customer that arrived after I did. Never take your car here

Went to get a car battery. It was their most popular selling one. Website said it was available but they did not have it. Had to go to Hope Mills to get it.

Waited for hours to get a oil changed ,they told me when it was time for my car to be next . Only to come tell me they didn't have the filter to do the oil change.
