Wagenhaus was great! They fixed my problem and in a timely manner. Missy the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite and completely knowledgeable and able to help me understand the issues I was having with my car. Completely Satisfied!

Very courteous customer service, and excellent maintenance. They recently serviced, my 6-series BMW and have also repaired my A-8 in a timely manner. My family also get their foreigns serviced at Wagenhaus as well.

It was just an oil change, but I shouldn't have had go all the way back there to get oil change reminder light turned off. They did change window oil change schedule sticker. A mechanic in bay saw me and came out to take care of it immediately.

It has been awhile since I have been to Wagenhaus and thanks again for your professional advice and help with repairs to my BMW 750LI. Set an appointment to have repairs for an Alternator and an Oil Pressure Sensor replaced. After being misquoted, waiting on parts, and ultimately waiting on the repairs to be completed, 3 weeks has come and gone. Decided to go up to the place and the Owner was working on the car. Per conversation the original mechanic came down with COVID (Praying he s ok), and he, the Owner, was the only one performing repairs. It became obvious through his admission he was still trying to figure out how to get the Sensor out. Didn t realize he had to take off the Cam and Fuel Injectors that required additional replacement gaskets and such! I politely asked him if he could put the car back together so I could have it towed to the dealer. After paying $1844 for the Alternator job and parts for the Sensor repair job Tow truck tows car to dealer and after being off loaded vehicle catches fire. As noted by Fire Chief, cause of fire to be gasoline and loose wiring causing an arch!!! Car is deemed a TOTAL LOSS! I m out $1844 and a $19000 car!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

My G63 needed an emergency tire repair. Explained my issue to them and they were very professional and accommodating. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. We genuinely appreciate the hospitality! They did a great job on my BMW X 5 and they will get u in and out they work good and fast not like most places where u have to leave ur car for weeks at a time I Really like this place

I have relied on Wagenhaus since 2010 to fix my my 1993 Range Rover and more recently, 1986 Toyota MR2. The service is professional and I trust their work.

Visited their new location they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Super friendly too! All though they were very busy; the sign of a trustworthy auto shop although they weren't able to look at my vehicle they gave me some great information.

Scumbags. Said they would charge me $150 to drill out a broke stud. Service completed. Give me the invoice to pay, almost $200. I ask the girl who gave it to me who is also the girl who quoted me $150 why it isn't $150 as she quoted. She says she forgot their service rate per hour went up to $160. Really?! Then why is it almost $200. She says tax. I point out on the invoice where tax is $11 and some change. $160 + $11 isn't $200. They refused to correct it and insisted I paid the nearly $200. I went here based on a recommendation. Take MY recommendation and be assured these people are the dishonest crook shops you hear about all the time. They are not honest. Stay far, Fay away. Thieving liars right here! On top of all of that, when I get my car back, my just-painted caliper is scratched to the metal and has to be painted again!

Not happy at aii. Didn't do the work that was discussed. Over priced. Service the transmission and put a switch in the window and charged over $1300.00

I really like this shop. My Porsche hasn t run this well in years. Great service and a staggering amount of experience and expertise. You can t go wrong by taking your car to them.

Do NOT go here.. I will say they will fix your car, and I will find other things wrong with it that we re just fine before taking it there. Such as a 7inch screw in a tire of a vehicle that was getting an oil change it was drove from raeford to their shop. of course go figure..2 doors down is a tire house they recommend..yeah ok. Will never return here.

We have an Aston Martin Vanquish and took the car to Charlotte for some repairs. Needless to say that 40 min down the road, after we picked up the car (it took them around 4 weeks to fix few minor issues) we ve noticed that NOTHING was fixed.No one would reply back to us, because the bill was paid.We found a local shop and they fixed EVERYTHING in approximately 2 days. I would recommend Wagenhaus to everyone! Do not waste your time taking your car elsewhere.Thank you!!!!

I m happy with their services. I had an oil filter housing gasket replaced on a car that I m very particular about and they took care of everything. The communication was appreciated and the price was fair. Thank you guys

First time using Wagenhaus and I am SO impressed! They treated me like a valued customer who had been with them for years, repaired my old VW diesel and made me feel as valued as the fancier / newer cars I saw at their shop. My car runs great!! They were very skilled and thorough (found and repaired things I knew were issues but had not mentioned - those "things you just deal with" - because no one could fix the problem before.) and reasonable priced. Quality and highly skilled service all around. Very happy! Highly recommend this shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Thus far the staff is friendly. I have a up and coming appointment for my repairs..I look forward to seeing the quality of work that will be done. The work on my Range Rover has been completed. And all I can say is I will no longer take my baby back to the dealership!. Wagenhaus prices are fair and their service is outstanding!!! These are expensive cars that requires expensive up keep... I cannot say enough good things about this place. The customer service is top notch, Missy is quick to respond and is ALWAYS kind and helpful. My husband and I have two cars that Wagenhaus has been servicing for three years now and I have never been disappointed once. My husband and I were traveling back to NY from FL during the holidays and broke down in Fayetteville with a bad heater core. It's hard enough to find a mechanic that will even look at a 2002 VW Eurovan but fortunately for us we found Wagenhaus!!! They had to order the part but got us back on the road in a couple of days. Truly a miracle work and took care of our van as if it were their own. I may live in NY but if I need anything done, I would certainly make the drive back to NC.

Took my SAV to repair the passenger window that stopped working. The Owner and his team did an excellent job, it is now working again, I couldn't be more happy.Great Company, Missy and Boss was very curtious and friendly. I had a great experience, my vehicle was diagnosed and had parts ordered within 2-3hrs. Communication in regards to status of my vehicle was very punctual and routine, I never found myself waiting for days wondering if my car was getting worked on. The staff was very professional. They will be my go-to for Any future repairs.

I took my car to them to get serviced. They claim they would fix the car. They put the first part in the car. Car still didn t run. I finally got a diagnosis done. They told me that it was the original problem that I expressed to them. I had already rented a car. Took them almost 2 weeks to fix the problem and the car still didn t work. They told me that it could be something else and it would take more than 2 weeks to fix the problem because they was backed up with cars.I called Shane s Automotive and had them tow my car to their shop. Shane s fixed my car quickly and it s running beautiful. After everything with Wagenhaus the part they put on the car that they had me pay for came from the junkyard and they broke the fuel pump wire. The car wouldn t start because when they went under the seat to put the fuel pump in they never connected the wires back correctly. I will never take my car back to them. They state they were so busy and it would take weeks for my car to be finished but when we went there to have the car towed somewhere else they were sitting around doing nothing. That don t look like busy. If you want your car done right with professionals take it to Shane s Automotive off of Cedar Creek Road in Fayetteville NCService: General repairs & maintenance
