Great and friendly customer service from Rayanna. Highly recommendedUpdate April 2023 all payment made on time or early US Auto is closed my car is under warranty and the engine needs to be replaced all good huh nope US Auto hasn t been paying the warranty company so my car is no longer covered US Auto gave me the run around which really sucks because I loved that car. Don t buy from them months later I still can t get them on the phone because now my account is in collections at no fault of mine

I would extremely recommend this place. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a true car BUYING experience and not just getting something that we could afford. Rayanna was amazing and honest and super helpful. She gave us keys to look at vehicles while we waited to get approved and even entertained our ten month old so we didn t have to switch out the car seat until our test drive! If you need a vehicle, go here! They will work with you. Sending everyone I know here.

The experience was seamless and painless numbers was not what I expected but even so I was able to find something and work out a plan. Candice was wonderful and patient. She did a great job helping me pick the right car for me. Thank you Candice!!!

I do not even know where to start with this garbage of a dealership. I purchased my car from them in April and have not and will not make a payment because they have the wrong social security number on my account. I have never heard of this happening and every time I call I get someone with an attitude as if this is my fault. I never received my hard tags due to the dealerships closing. I had to pay to purchase the tags again and pay an extra $375 for taxes on the vehicle again. The inside of the car is starting to fall apart as far as the interior. It appears that this vehicle had several burn holes that were covered up when I purchased the vehicle with something that would cover it long enough for me to not notice it when I was buying the car. The gear shift piece were my hand grabs it at, has melted. The worse place to get a vehicle. They should definitely be taken to court.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rayanna Medina at USAuto Sales and I couldn t be happier with the experience. Rayanna was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car for my needs. Her customer service skills are top-notch and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a car from USAuto Sales.

I bought a car on April.13,2023. I was told by management that my metal tag would arrive in the mail. On May.13,2023 my paper tag went dead, still no plate. On May.10,2023 I started to have issues with the car. I have a warranty that came with the car as well as purchasing the extended warranty. I spent 3 days trying to get in touch with the right department to get the car fixed, to only be told I am responsible for fixing the vehicle until US Autos comes to a solution for warranty. I found out that on April.17,2023 US Autos closed down 39 locations, including the Fayetteville, NC location where I purchased the vehicle from. This is not a company I would recommend. Their customer service is poor, and I'm now $1600 out for the down payment with no running vehicle and they refuse to honor their end of the contract.

US Auto Sales is a grade A car dealership!! They were easy to work with, patiently walking me through the loan process. The staff was extremely friendly! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first car. I would recommend anyone interested in not only a great vehicle but also quality service to go see them!! And if you do, make sure you ask for Nate!!! He's absolutely the best on the lot with over 10 years of experience in the business!!

I bought a car from them in October and after I did it started acting up. We contacted the dealer and they wouldn t do anything. Next thing you know two weeks after getting it the dang thing threw a timing chain. They sold me a lemon and they expect me to make payment on it. I refuse to do it. Can you say lawsuit waiting to happen

I had the pleasure of working with Jasmine and she was one of the best saleswoman I ve ever come across. She made it such a pleasant experience and answered any and all questions I had. She was even able to get me off the lot with my first vehicle (with no credit really) and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Thank you US Auto Sales!

The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a very good experience in selecting a vehicle and getting all paperwork handled promptly as well as properly. Nate went beyond his job requirements to make sure everything was squared away. They have a nice selection of cars at affordable prices. I recommend this dealership to any and all in need of transportation.

Loved working with US Auto Sales! They were able to get me approved plus work with my down payment to get me in a car within the time I was looking. Nate was also especially helpful! He kept in contact and always followed up when he said he would. He made the process quick and simple. From the first person I talked to down to the last. Simple process and they lay everything out for you!

This was by far the best buying experience in all my 30years! U.S. Auto Sales was friendly worked hard to get me into what I wanted. They have so many great perks that helped me obtain my vehicle. I especially loved the fact that they did a whole walk through to ensure everything was working and equipped in my vehicle. Thanks so much Jasmine for helping drive off the lot!! You guys are awesome!!!

This place is a total rip off. First off all they tell u what car your going to get. The car they gave me has a tranmission which they New about. My brakes and rators are speaking after two month. No spare tire charges for phone doesn't work. Warning lights keep coming on and off. Oil was dirty. Please don't buy off these peoples they are rip offs. They won't fix my car even though transmission wS gone to begin with. Once you sign those papers those people don't care about you. I've been back and forth to dealship several times all I get is call corporate. That's a joke too.

Jasmine was very helpful and very encouraging. She gave me that boost I needed to drive away with the vehicle that was best for me financially and comfortably. She was very positive on how things would work out and she has an awesome spirit about her. I would reference anyone to this young lady because she has helped me in so many ways and I am grateful for her and I really appreciate her. She is a blessing

Candice was so helpful through the whole buying process and definitely showed how much she cared that I was buying a car that had a good fit for me and my family! They had my car shipped from south Carolina to North Carolina and had it put on layaway for me which was beyond convenient for my needs! She even picked me up an hour away to bring me to purchase my car so I could take it home that same day! Thank you so much for all your help and friendliness!

My husband purchased a vehicle from US Auto and when we brought it home there were more problems than you can imagine. And when we tried to swap the car out for a different car (a Hyundai) it didn t even start. So we are stuck with a car that has a gas cap that flies open, breaks already needing to be fixed, drivers seatbelt has to be wiggled around before it locks in place, sunroof doesn t close on the first push of a button takes about 6 attempts, revs to 4 when barely touching the accelerator, and not to mention the mileage that was on the vehicle did not match what was on the inspection paper. Oh and the inspection paper says it failed the emissions testIf I can come back to this review and add photos I will

Customer service wise, it was good. William Shield was very helpful. The truck itself was okay. It wasn t clean, I found 7 unopened tampons in the cargo area. It was a lot of gas in the truck, and sadly to say 30 days in Im already having to use extended warranty for what seems to be an oil leak and brake noise..other than that like I said the employees that work at the Fayetteville location were very nice

Nate was so amazing and patient with me and my fiance today. Normally when you go car shopping you have people that just want to sell you a car and get the money. Nate actually cared and worked with us to get us back on the road with a sense of hope. Trudy who did our final signing was also so professional yet fun. An all around amazing experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

I have nine reasons and documentation on why you should rethink purchasing with this company.1. I was initially told $ 500 and once I got to the location it was more to where had to be broken into two payments.2. I am do upside down in the vehicle, I will never stand up straight.3. Their vehicle warranty does not cover anything.4. The sold at least two vehicle as I was in the process of purchasing.5. I had to travel to pick up my vehicle and it was dirty with no fuel.6. I asked company to was vehicle they said the didn't have time and acted like they didn't want to even put fuel in it.7.I have replaced/repaired parts on this vehicle and only had it 8 months.8. The company had malfunction, however they have stopped my vehicle twice, but received a payment before due date.9.Customer in the service department will not provide straight answers for your concerns, so save your breathe.10. I jumped through loops for a company to diagnose my vehicle and OCW the warranty sat on my paperwork.11. When I ask if I need to get an attorney, the warranty rep for OCE hung up in my face. Called back and stated I do not an attorney the rephung up yet, again.

I had the pleasure of working with Candice and Jasmine ! It was a smooth and easy process. Everyone s situation is unique but they work with you and make sure to get you in a car that you will enjoy and is safe. I recommend them if you re looking for a vehicle.

They really get you the best deals not only with the car, but also the insurance coverage aspect of it. I worked with Candice, I came in later than I was supposed to and she still worked with me, she was very patient as well, and got me leaving with a car!! Highly recommended! Trust me my credit isn t top tier either lol.
