Hands down the BEST OF THE BEST tire shop in the Fayetteville/ Hope Mills area. The prices are unbeatable and worth the drive for people like me that drove out 40minutes just to be here. The staff is super friendly and professional. You should no place further because they have every sizes you could need, I went looking for a 17 inch wheel all over the area but nobody had a used one except this place so I bought two. Anytime I m in the area and need a tire I come here

The customer service...meaning the wife is the only reason i came back after my brakes was installed wrong by a independent mechanic that rented a bay from them......but after today im done.....4 out of 6 of my lug nuts were loose...meaning i could turn with my finger....the installer didn't use the correct deepwell socket....needless to say i was almost back to work (went on my lunch break) before i felt the wobbling....had to go to the bragg blvd location to their independent mechanic (a different one from the one who did my brakes...) to tighten up......i missed 3hrs of work...had to hear my bosses mouth.....only for the owner to offer me a discount next time......THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME...honestly i want to be reimbursed the 78 dollars...actually 87 dollar cause i gave a 10 $tip.......will not go back...and definitely will not be referring them anymore......smh....

Great experience. Owners were extremely friendly and worked with me to get the tire I needed today. I went in for one 20 inch tire and they were able to go get it and install without any issue. Will definitely go back any further tire issues. Thank you for the great service.

I've been here atleast 7-8 times. I have the worst luck with tires, but they always have my size available. Only thing is, the prices are always different. maybe its the brand? But they let me stay in the car while they change my tire, and I'm back on the road within 20 minutes, every time. Going back for another tire in a few days. And with my luck, I'll be back in a few months. Also, the guys are ALWAYS respectful. Sometimes being a woman by yourself, young guys get weird but not here. The owners are very nice too. 10/10.

Omg I had a flat tire while traveling to CT and Eunice at Tire R US went above and beyond to fund me a tire so I would not be stuck and continue to travel. She made sure I was safe and she is just someone you can trust. Thank you EuniceShelley

I just cannot express how appreciative I am to this company. We were traveling from VA and noticed we had a nail in our tire. We were staying in Fayetteville that night so I called at least five companies to see if we could be worked in the next day only to be told no or we would have to wait all day. When I called this company the lady was so pleasant and accomidating. She found us a new tire, opened the shop an hour early for us and then had us on our way by 8am. This is the kind of service the world need more of. Thank you again.

This is a family business, full of wonderful people. I ended up with two flat tires in the middle of a hurricane and they came and helped me. Their prices are very reasonable, I would recommend this place out of any place

I went to the shop to purchase two rear tires for my car. My tires at the back are wider than the tires at the front. I specifically pointed out that to the guys at the shop which they acknowledged. They said they did have it at hand and would go to the warehouse to get it. The owner went and got the tires. Asked the owner the price for the tires which she said was $75 each and $15 to mount each.. asked for a discount since I am buying two tires she said NO... I agreed with the price. I waited about an hour for the tires. Upon changing the and mounting the tires I noticed a difference in the tires that was been put on the car... I made the guy aware that these tires are the same in width like my previous tires...he went to get the owner.. she came out blazing that these are same tires as what came off my car... I pointed out that there is a difference.... and since these aren t the right ones I wanted can I get a discount... she began cursing me telling me she didn t want to deal with me as a customer because I have an attitude all because I asked for a discount... she was loud and telling me to take it or leave it while instructing the guy to take it off... she even telling to make sure I have money in a threatening tone. I took the tires as I had been waiting now for 2 /12 hours. After the job was done she said the tires costs $79.50 each.. I pointed she told me the tires were $75 each she sat there and lied saying that she never told me that!!Bad customer service.... unprofessional along with NO WARRANTY FOR THE TIRES!!! WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT SHOP!

They broke TWO of my lugs off, didn't own up to it when I brought it back to them to show them, and something as simple as a 50 dollar used tire, costed me 228 in parts and 200 in labor to fix. They didn't use the proper torque when putting on my lug nuts and snap two of them. Then didn't say anything and let me drive off in my tire almost came off. Do not let these people work on your car!!!

This will be my go-to tire shop while I am here in NC. Fantastic service! The young men working outside were friendly and worked hard to get me (and the others ahead of me) taken care of quickly. The young lady on the inside was so sweet and helpful. This location primarily focuses on tires but they have a secondary location (Tire King I believe) that offers a broader scope of services if needed. The prices were fair and the football talk was good!

I went to get used tires and that same day one of them went flat. They went to fix it but not long after I m having to replace the same tire again because of how worn it is.

This place it's kind of a mom-and-pop smaller place but the owner and his wife were super nice. When I was getting for used tires put on my car, I needed to go to the ATM machine to pull out cash and instead of making me wait until they were done working on my car, the owner actually gave me his keys and let me take his car to the ATM machine which was really nice of him. I sat inside their office and chopped it up with his wife the entire time they were working on my car outside in the bay. She was a real sweetheart. So overall pretty good experience and so far no problems with the used tires I got.

They are absolutely Awesome! Thank God for honest people. Tires-R-Us are the first thing that comes to mind when it comes to any tire repair and they have never disappointed me, my family, or anyone that I have sent there.Thank you again for the service that you provide. Also, before anyone pay anything to the dealerships go and get the truth with excellent service.

Great experience. Quick and painless. The tires had excellent tread 8/32 which is outstanding when it comes to buying a USED TIRE FOR 1/3 of the price. Will be back

None of my tires hold air. I should have throw my own money out the window! Ive been back to speak to them and they refuse to take responsibility for selling me 4 bad tires. Now my sensors are all broken. Never go here!!!!!!!!! If i could give zero stars I would

Great deal, great motivating customer service, very friendly people, friendly environent while waiting, interacted with three different customers I've never met and had great time in conversation.Excellent selections to select from , the first set of tires shown, I bought them. While waiting they mounted them etc. and at the same time managed to help three other customers who were satisfied as well and this being the first thing in the morning, within a hour time frame .....Now that is great service!Thank you for the great service

Great people the owners are amazing but the guys who replaced the tires for me put the lugs on so dag on tight that I had to break em off....I'm upset about that! Had to buy new lug nuts and all!

BEWARE..this tire shop does not hold accountability for its workers, I took my car their with perfect air rods when I picked my car up, my air rods were popped in the back.. OWNER STATED it's not his issue..save yourself a headache and find a reputable tire repair shop

Owners were very nice and pleasant. Got two new tires for front of car. Service was fast and guys dis a great job. No complaints would definitely going back when needed.
