I used to do my routine maintenance check and oil change here. They did a fairly good job in the past on my car but today I got Joshua Rivera as the tech guy who worked on simple oil change. I paid the service fee at the counter but when I asked my car key, I found out that the car was actively leaking the oil all over the shop floor. I never seen or experienced this kind of unprofessional work before. One of the Machanic guy was actively smoking while he was changing my car oils in the work shop and did not seems to understand the fire hazard even though he is surrounded by oil tanks and other flammable items around. They broke the oil filter cap and did not even seem to care about my car even though I insisted them to checkout and taking care of it since I have been waiting them more than 2 hours. I was told that the cap they broke will be ordered and don t know when it will be completed the service. After waiting another one hour, Joshua pulled out my car saying it s done. Since I have zero trust in his service on my car , I checked the bottom of my car engine and found the engine oil was actively dipping still. He arrogantly denied that no oil leaking from my car until I pointed the leaking spot and taking a couple of pictures.Whoever put the new cap didn t put it back the right way ,and -worst forgot the seal cap.The lady from the counter desk is nice, and professional, however,seemed to unhappy about my point but she found out what and how her staffs were doing their job. They refunded my money eventually but can t refund my value times. I missed my other important appointment and end up canceling other meetings due to their uncertainty when my car will be fixed . Totally ruined my day. I used to like their customer services over my last visits but now Iwon t let them do my car service or don t recommend anyone here unless you have nowhere else to get services here in NC. It s not worth money and time.

Always very fast and friendly. Never have to wait more than 30 mins to have my vehicle worked on. Also my tire was slowly losing air. Took it to discount tire they said nothing is wrong. Took it to them and in five seconds they found a big screw in my tire definitely recommend these guys

Outstanding customer service with professional and knowledgeable technician! Crystal provided great customer service and answered all my questions clearly. J.B. explained all concerns and issues prior to aligning my car, while letting me know what was possible and what needs to be repaired. Highly recommend for routine maintenance, new tires and alignment. Dealership quality at affordable and reasonable prices.

I went in to get a brake inspection for a squealing tire. He sprayed WD-40 (said it was dirty) and told me I was good to go. 10 minutes down the road, sound comes back. I asked what he think it could be and he wouldn t even pinpoint what could be wrong. I told him I replaced the rotor, brakes and caliper and it still squeals, so I came to them. They weren t able to diagnose anything.

Visiting this location to attend a wedding and needed a lower ball joint. Being an Auto Technician of 41 years myself the price was reasonable nice atmosphere and my Tech ( Justin) was A1!! I recommend this place to any other for service Pepboys tried to charge me 3 times what the job was worth!!

At first when I ve dealt with fire house, I ve dealt with them because they were friends that I knew from the Automotive industry do with my time with tire house I have sent several customers referred several people to get tires and alignment done. I have been a victim of Tire House went there and spend good money for two good tires also got an alignment done by this company but not only 2 to 3 weeks. My brand new tires look like I ve been driving on them for two years, I went back to have them correct the issue and they refused and denied me and told me I had to go get another opinion from another shop because they were implying my vehicle had a bad rack and pinion, which was not true I to myself run an automotive business so I went to CandJ automotive right down the road from them and I got a professional ASE certified opinion, and that was not good enough for the tire house on Yadkin Road All day will do for me is be rude and tell me that they will give me two new tires and refused doing the service to my vehicle. I will have to go pay somebody else to put tires on my vehicle and realign my vehicle that is bad business not good service. I am a dissatisfied. Customer and I will not be referring any more business in my lifetime for an action like this. I m actually considering pressing charges because now I am losing out time and money if corporate feels like they want to contact me please contact me. I am the owner of 1st call Towing. I would 100% recommend this business. Always a pleasant experience. Crystal (front desk) has a great personality with a wonderful smile that is contagious. The guys in the shop do excellent work. They not only tell u what s wrong, they give u options on various ways to get ur vehicle right. They will explain the problem thoroughly, answer all your questions and even show it to you. Come through and check them out.

I was in and out very quickly. Thanks to the young lady at the office. I got a great deal on 4 new tires mounted and balanced. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

I know people only leave negative reviews but I have to share an awesome review for you. I came here and even before I got my car fixed I had an awesome customer service from Frank, Crystal and Edward. The service here is phenomenal and they are efficient. After my car was done, I couldn t ask for a better service. I recommend the all day and all night. Please give them a try and I guarantee you, you won t be disappointed!!!!!! Love them!!!!!

Great place, my new go to location. I had estimated from Firestone and Bruhnos for 4 tires and replace two tire sensors. They absolutely cut the other estimates in half. Nice and friendly people. The only down side is first come first serve, but at least you know where you stand.

Showed up to Jiffy Lube on McPherson Church Rd to get a Safety inspection and they turned me away, I drove down the road a little bit and came to TIRE HOUSE, they took me in and got it done!! Will be bringing all my vehicles here.

This is review is overdue. I became a loyal customer the week of their grand opening in Fayetteville, NC. The mechanic who assisted me was one of the owner. It was an easy fix, took him less than 5 minutes and free of charge. As a result, I became a loyal customer; however, they got greedy.I took my car in for rear brakes, rotors, etc replacement (PAID) and told me the front passenger side caliper was not installed properly. Couple months later, I took my car stating my brakes smell like burning rubber and the car is shaking. I was told me it's the front passenger side caliper, I said okay, they can fix (PAID).A day later, my car was still shaking, I called and took the car in, and was told it's the front passenger side brake Line that's faulty. The assitanc did not mention any price, all she said was "we will take care of you". The mechanic remembered me, and said, I should only pay for the part since I was here 2 days ago with the same issue. Please tell me why, I was billed $220+ (labor was $130, and the part was $75). I told the assistance, I shouldn't pay for labor since I was here, 2 days ago, for the same issue and something else was fixed. She said, the mechanic worked on your car. I paid them and vouch not to come back again!

They were very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my vehicle. I believe the whole team had my interest at heart. The attention to detail provided by Crystal was amazing and beyond impressive and her customer service skills are excellent. She is a fine ambassador for the company.

Came the first time about a year and a half ago, when my usual shop was too busy. We've gotten all of our tires and services here on multiple cars ever since. The owner is a very nice lady and she and her partner bend over backwards to help you save money, never pushing you towards more expensive services or tire models. The guys in the shop are very fast but very thorough. They found and fixed a mess that my previous shop made and couldn't fix.She now has three or four new locations in NC and I wouldn't hesitate to use any of them. Good, honest folks.

I came in at 8:30 a.m., all I needed was 2 tires and a oil change. I had wheel locks on my tires which the mechanic stripped the key and tried to say I brought it in like that but didn't say it was bad until after he took the locks off two tires. I went to the Jeep dealership and the head guy told me it was stripped here because it wouldn't have taken the other two locks off. It's 2:15 pm and I'm still here. No one bothered to come explain anything, I had to keep asking what's going on because no one even bothered to explain anything. Worst service I've ever had.

We chose to go to tirehouse instead of wal-Mart for a set of tires because tire househad the lowest price. When we got our bill the tires were 20 dollars more than online. The kind and gracious employee at the front acknowledged that there should not have been a discrepancy and though she relayed they would be losing on the sale, she honored the price we saw as that was our reason for coming in. Good customer service and empowering sales people or front desk workers to make these decisions allows for a smoother interaction and positive experience. It was a little frustrating for Tirehouse, but we are pleased they worked with us quickly. There s always other options, so stores need to go above and beyond to create repeat customers and loyalty!

I rarely ever post reviews, but I had to for this place and my experience today. The people who work here are so professional and kind. I was blown away with how quick the service was for a Saturday. This was my first time visiting here, and I will definitely be back. I have visited other places and the service was not as good and would take atleast two hours for anything to be done. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and professional. Just simply amazing service. Definitely go here! Thank you Tire House!

I went originally for an alignment. They said the suspension/strut on the driver's side needs to be replaced before they could align it. I agreed for them to do it. When my car was ready for pick up, the tire on the driver's side was still not put back to how it should look like. The bottom part was still canted inwards. The steering wheel was straight, but not the tire. My tire is more worn out on the outer part because of them not putting it back correctly. 2 days after that, I noticed something popped under my car, and made a loud bang. Then every time I press the brake, there's a ticking sound. I came back to them and they told me the CV Axel needs to be replaced. Other employees said they suggested that to their boss on the first time I went there for the replacement of the strut. But they said the boss wouldn't listen. So here I am again, told them to replace the CV Axel. By the time I picked my car up, the steering wheel was not aligned. I went back the same day to show them, but they did not have enough time to do it, they told me to come back. Day after that I came back, then they wanted to charge me for the alignment. AGAIN. I already came back 3 times. Paid over 1200 almost 1300, still up to this day, my steering wheel is still pulling to the right, and my tire on the driver side is still canted inwards. In addition to that problem, now my car has loud squeaking noices underneath. I trusted this place because it was recommended to me, but I'm just disappointed. I paid for nothing to be fixed. If a costumer comes back because of your good service then that's a good sign. But if a customer comes back because nothing was fixed, then you're not doing it right. I wouldn't be coming back 3 times if it was done correctly on the first time. Again, I paid for nothing to get fixed. I paid for my car to get worse. I don't recommend this place. A total rip off.

The staff was extremely welcoming and courteous. It was the kind of service you just don't get anymore. They got me in and out as quick as they could. Great prices. Highly recommend.

They were awesome! The administrative assistant was so professional and welcoming on the phone and in person. The mechanic was very professional and customer service oriented . He completed my tire plug so quickly and did not turn me away even though I arrived about 15 minutes before they were to close. Will return for anything else I need !

I went there earlier this year (January) to replace my brakes and rotors. I've had them replace the replacements and my car STILL sounds like a school bus at a redlight. The place is good for tires if your first choice isn't available.

I have been having issues finding a place that will balance my wheels properly. I had gone through 2 other locations and I know how my car is supposed to ride and it hasn't been....until I went to The Tire House! They listened to my concerns and even showed me the proof after my wheels were balanced exactly how far off they were. And it was a lot! These guys have always been friendly and get the work done quickly. Thank you!!

I came here for new tire install and balance, which they did for my front wheels. But the used tires I had saved because they were still good and had alot of tread left on them couldn't be installed because it was a little bit different in size. I also wanted an alignment but they couldn't guarantee alignment because my wheels were different size from factory, which the factory size was R15 and I had R17 on my car. So no alignment done, they only service was a mount and balance. But when they put my wheels back on, they didn't use a torque wrench and just UUGA DUGA my lug nuts on as tight as they could get it, poor re-installation if you ask me,, but they did great on the mount and balance that's why I give this place 3 stars, and the rates are about fair I would say.

I had went there to price tires and a front end alignment. The Manager was so professional and very helpful. I took my truck back to have he work done and was treated like I was really important to them. The lady at the counter was very professional also, they made me feel like family to that shop. Most places will try to sell you stuff that you don't actually need, but they were concerned about getting your vehicle fixed at an affordable price. I will be going back for all of my tire needs, etc. I will also be recommending the Tire House to all my friends and associates. As far as I am concern, a lot of the other tire shops need to close down and send their customers over to the Tire House on Yadkin Road. Tire House, you are Number One. May God continue to bless your business tremendously. A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
