Amazing Service!! Thanks to Nick, Randy, and Alex I was all taken care of before taking a road trip. Super friendly and helpful staff. There were several customers ahead of me when I arrived, but they were kind enough to let me know the estimated wait time when I arrived (which wasn't bad at all) and they got to me even quicker than anticipated. Great experience! Thanks guys!

Nick was super nice and very informative in educating me on what they were doing why I would need a coolant flush every 2 years. All staff members were kind and also helpful. They even gave my son snacks while we waited! I highly recommend this place!!! Service was also quick but thorough!

Absolutely love this place no long waits, team very knowledgeable and informative. I was able to see everything they were doing so I knew what I was paying for! The manager on duty was awesome he brought breakfast for his team. Great team 5 stars

From the moment I pulled into the service bay, Randy greeted us with a warmth that is all too rare in the auto service industry and this city. He not only made the routine task of getting an oil change a genuinely pleasant experience, but he also set a new standard for customer care. the experience quick and done in a hurry.

Take 5 has always provided great customer service, attention to details, and speedy service with every visit. I would recommend anyone to Take 5 for car maintenance. They are my go to for oil changes, filter replacements, and any maintenance they recommend to keep my car up and running with no headache!

Timothy was so good! Professional and courteous!!! He knows cars and gives good advice to keeping them running for a long time. He s a highly recommended car tech to go see at Take 5 oil change off of Cliffdale rd.The prices are affordable and reasonable as well. Make sure to bring your coupon!

While there was a short wait to get into the bay, they did a very good job in taking care of me and my vehicle. I was offered a bottle of water while they checked me in and informed me that I wasn't due for another change for another few months (oops ). We always bring our vehicles here when we can.

Everyone is really nice and attentive. The process is quick. However wait times vary and given that you stay with your vehicle, just make sure you have a little extra time in your schedule. Been to the same company across different locations and have never had issues.

I was greeted immediately by staff at my arrival. Service took place in a timely manner. Bobby was very professional, and explained everything that was needed, and why. Service was performed quickly and efficiently. I would definitely come back.

I was surprised when the first thing that happened upon pulling in was being given a complimentary water bottle; that just screams good service!I came because I had a coupon and I was due for an oil change to begin with, but the crew was very professional and great with expertise in their field, as they pointed out a bunch of other things about my car that I wasn't even aware could use fixing or changing!

The guys did a wonderful job changing my oil and windshield wipers. They explained the process and didn t take long at all. I was in and out with no problems. The staff were very friendly and helped me out so much. I really appreciate how they took care of me. I ll definitely be coming back. Even the manager took the time out to come talk to me. Staff was mostly friendly, can't complain about the service. Had a $20 off coupon that had expired for three days and they wouldn't accept it. I know they are not obligated to do so but spending $130 for an oil change you would hope that they would have taken it, being that I'm a repeat customer and get those coupons time to time. Oh well, may think about changing my own oil in the future.

I have been to other take 5 locations, but no one has been as nice and informational as Randy. He and his team were thorough, super nice, and were happy to answer any questions I had. In addition, he educated me on what my car needed and saw another location unnecessarily up-charged me. The honesty and the choice to educate me rather than just up-charge me speaks volumes. Short amount of time, but a very big impact! Thank y all again!

I've had 3 services here, all took over an hour (with only 1 car in front of me). This service, I almost hit 2hours at this location! 24 hours later, oil is still dripping from my truck. There is oil all over my truck, undercarriage and bumper, front trim and hood. Doesn't appear to be oil pan or filter just seems like no care was taken to minimize mess.Service: Oil change

Nick was great! I was able to get all the necessary things done to my vehicle quickly and efficiently. Normally i have to wait for what seems like forever but Nick took great care of me from start to finish and got me back on the road fast!
