I've been to other Take 5's near me but used this one since I was in the area. They did a thorough job even checking and replacing my air filter that hadn't been changed in years even though my car has been to the mechanic more times than I can count. The employees were very courteous, professional, eager to work and do a great job. It's unfortunate not every customer service business is this good. Great job! (I'm not getting paid or a discount for posting this, nor do I personally know anyone here).

I went to Take 5 for the first time last week and will definitely be back. It was quick, less than half an hour including wait time. The customer service was exceptional; all options were explained, I was offered a water bottle, and the staff seemed happy and energetic. I did think it was a little pricey, but with the military coupon I paid less than $100.

Just came for the first time and I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was! The whole staff that I had interactions with had excellent service were very knowledgeable. The service was fast as well, I ll definitely be coming back here regularly for my oil changes from now on.

The technicians changed the oil fine. However, I do not recommend letting them flush coolant or replacing air filters, especially/specifically for newer (2017+) vehicles. A technician at this location replaced the air filter, but pulled the mass air flow sensor out while vehicle was still on. This caused a check engine light and several codes to populate (as is typical if you pull that sensor). My spouse, who was unaware of this, took it in to a mechanic to have it diagnosed ($125) just for them to verify that the mass air flow sensor had just been unplugged.

Excellent service they get the job done in a timely manner. The young man who worked on my vehicle, had advanced automobile knowledge. He was extremely helpful. The whole staff was really awesome. I will refer everyone to this company, and I will not be taking my car anywhere else I was very impressed.

Quick oil change, good service, very nice and respectful.Taking one star off for telling me my windshield wipers are old, cracked and definitely need to be replaced...... and they're brand new. Just replaced 2 weeks prior

Service was great but I went there with my new truck and it took me a little over 5 seconds to find my hood latch. Without fail I heard a laugh followed by the comment of look this guy doesn t know where his own latch is it just wasn t called when I just stated the truck was just bought. On a very positive note though my drain plug was stripped and they replaced it for free. Overall the service is always exceptional and the staff is friendly. The Assistant manager I spoke with is very knowledgeable and you can tell he actually cares

Take 5 Oil Change, the employees are very friendly, helpful and personable, I got my receipt everything looked good and it says they checked everything, everything s at Safe Level but they didn t, it wasn t! My coolant ran hot and I had to end up putting in a bottle and a half, this was the next morning at 4:00 am! I went that afternoon and the Assistant Manager did help me, and they did apologize.

Everyone out front on the staff were excellent! I was greeted and felt very welcomed. They were fast efficient and an excellent job servicing my car and getting me back on the road. It was a very nice and energetic experience. Greeted with a bottle of water and a smile. I m not knowledgable about cars and they were patient with me in explaining what they recommend and what was being done during the service. Super friendly and personable. Will return!

I've always had good experiences at all the Take 5 location, but not this particular day. The technician told me all that needed to be changed was the oil and oil filter. I even asked if all the other fuild were good, specifically the coolant level because I had noticed it was a little low. The technician said everything was good to go. I thanked the crew and left. When I arrived home, my temperature light came on and when I popped the hood, the car was overheated. I ended up driving my other vehicle to Advanced Auto Part to buy coolant so I could take care of it myself. I hope this doesn't happen again. Like I mentioned before, I've never had issues with Take 5 before so I'll be back again when the time comes and hoepfully they do as well as the previous good times.

Service was great appreciate everything timely I ve drove up I was told it was gonna be over 50 minutes for me to get my oil change and it ended up being just under 30. It was really good it was packed and y all took care of me immediately. Thank you proficient

$85 oil change, 25% military discount, total $91. Fast service, polite employees, but the math doesn't really add up for me. How much extra oil was I getting in my compact? Definitely better price than most places. No real complaints.

I stopped going here after they got a new worker. They were trying to do unnecessary services and get a tip. I started doing it myself and its half the price.A car doesn't need the air filter changed after 15000 miles.

Cross threaded my oil pan screw cost me 170$ to fix. This happened 5 months ago.*UPDATE *My wife took her car there and the never put the screws back in her skid plate to cover the undercarriage. She took it back and the manager Austin "had it fixed" and gave us a free oil change. After the Free change as they were guiding us out and asking for a review the skid plate fell off again letting us know they again didn't do the job right again. They went back under and told us everything was returned back correctly.While on a road trip three days later now the skid plate fell off turns out when I went up under the car they literally zip tied the plate back on instead of replacing the screws like they told us they would. Pictures of the so called fix are attached which caused us to tether the plate back on with DUCT TAPE until we could get somewhere to get it fixed.

The staff at the Yadkin Road location in Fayetteville NC was friendly and very respectful. I appreciate the guys for informing me I needed replace my sir filter, he even showed it to me. I will be coming back to this location and referring family.

Christopher was very friendly, professional, and made sure my car was taken care of from the clogged air filter that needed replacement to the stripped oil pan drain plug. He also made sure to give me the military discount. Took about 10 mins to get my oil change and was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you! Recommend this Take 5.Again, Ricco and the staff did a wonderful job. I got a coolant flush and an oil change in a great time frame. The staff was friendly and professional. You can't beat the 2 free oil top offs up to two quarts you get when you change your oil with Take5. I prefer this location because of the great staff and quality service.

Worst oil change experience E.V.E.R.!!!I would avoid this location at all cost.I went in for an oil change and spend the entire time telling them I only want the oil changed and nothing else. I was in a hurry, and went in because they advertised a 5 minute oil change . I turned into a half hour of just telling them I didn t want them to change my air filter, engine coolant, windshield wiper blades, and so on. The clown working there was disassembling my air manifold. When I ask him not to, he became aggressive and told me it was his job and he was doing it. He stated. I m an adult and I m going to do my job bro .Then no less than 3 employees separately came to me to make rude comments. The complete lack of professionalism and concern for what the customer wants to be done / not done was insane!

My service price was listed as $99+ 1 extra QT so like $115 kinda steep in my opinion but I get 25% military discount and they said 1st time visit is $15 off . I clarified all this before they started. So I m thinking $80 after tax. They hit me with your original price was $190 but after discounts we got you to $104. That alone makes no sense. Turns out the listed price doesn t include the oil filter and labor. The crew/employees were all nice just false advertising ,if I had known the total before they did the service I would have gone to Walmart.
