If I could give this place a zero stars TRUST ME I would. They re absolutely so hard up for money and will make up any charges or fee to make you pay. God forbid you get tangled up with their towing service you ll be paying an arm, leg & brain. Travis is a tow truck driver and is an absolute scumbag. ONLY COME HERE IF ITS YOUR LAST RESORT OR IF YOUVE BEEN TOWED IN BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AND HAVE NO CHOICE GOOOOD LUCK!!!!

So I m not the type of person to leave a bad review after having one or even two bad experiences with a business.Soles is different.Soles did not give me one or two bad experiences; Soles gave me the run-around, mislead me, and wasted my time for over two months.I dropped my car off to repair what appeared to be a coolant leak on 5/10/2022. They gave it back to me fixed a month later, albeit they were held up by part delays. I drove it for all of one day and lo and behold, no coolant again. Baffled, I brought the car back and asked them nicely to fix it again. Again, I wouldn t say I m a wholly unreasonable person. Three weeks later they again swore up and down the problem was fixed. I drove the car another day and let it sit 24 and the following day there was NO coolant. Again. I would not do business with Soles again if they were the last repair shop in a 60 mile radius.TDLR; Don t waste your time. Don t waste your money. They make empty promises and never call back.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I'm fairly new to Fayetteville, I bought two used HINOs and brought them to Soles. When I tell you they are amazing and reasonable on prices and extremely knowledgeable and trust worthy is just the beginning. The entire staff is awesome. Just know they are short on diesel and gas mechanics so be patient and if someone you know looking for a mechanic job they are hiring!!!!

They towed our FEMA disaster truck ..clearly labeled for FEMA clean up.....in the middle of the DAY for being parked in an abandoned parking lot during a road sign set up. It was towed 46 miles, $750 dollars. No notice left, no attempt to contact us to let us know it couldn't be parked there. Nothing. Rude service and just downright shameful to hinder FEMA clean up for a small town that is so far behind on the list.

If I could give this place a half star I would. Repaired my car and left all of the saw dust inside and out. When I called to complain the woman said if I went back they would clean it knowing I was from out of state. When I told her she could pay for the cleaning bill she then tried to deny it was there fault whateversoever and changed her tune saying it was pollen. Completely unprofessional, never returned my phone calls the entire time my car was there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

My car was stolen and I reported it stolen on the 11th. It was found abandoned and towed by them on the 12th. They waited almost a week to file it to the dmv to drive up storage fees. I was called about a hit on my car through the dmv on the 18th. Dont deal with these clowns.

I only picked up a uhaul but I was greeted with a warm smile and taken care of like a life long customer. Thanks for the great experience.

I wish I could give this place negative one hundred stars! $310 for a 3.6 mile tow plus $25 per day storage or $75 weekend gate fee?!?! They refuse to negotiate. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Horrific robbery!! 10 mile tow of my TT unit for the horrific $950. Non-negotible. Absolute rape!!!
