Horrible experience, horrible customer service horrible manager. I had them take my rims I purchased from r&r off && put my factory rims back on and there was more problems then I could count! None in which I had before I even put the rims I purchased on in the first place. They even tried to tell me that the factory rims I brought to them wasn't the same rims that came with My vehicle when I purchased it.. he mentioned that he walked past my vehicle and noticed a difference in size but decided to tell me not when I was in the store but after I left and was calling in to complain about my service tire light coming on and the loud noise that now comes from my car. All in which I didn't have before.. I would highly NOT recommend this place I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.. I mentioned to him what if something horrible happens relationing to my tires and someone dies as a result and he literally told me out of his " Mr Bryant " mouth " it's not my problem, have a good day ".. take what you want from this but I would think twice before doing business with these people, I am highly dissatisfied and I will NEVER do business with this company again.Feb 5,2024 this is an update. I had r&r give me a alignment and put my factory tires back on and literally my whole tire almost came off on the highway not even 4 days later.. I will post pictures below of my vehicle on the side of the highway with all the bolts missing except for only 1.. not only is the customer service bad, but they literally almost killed me in my own vehicle not even 4 days later please be careful working with these people.. I reached out to corporate and still didn t get a response.. I could have lost my life..

My experience at r&r tires was not good at all. I bought my own brand new tires to r&r to get them put on and an alignment the first day I left from r&r my pressure low pressure tire light came on. I went back they fixed that. Then I went straight home the next day when I left out of my house. Got down about 2 mi down the road. The light came back on. Went back to r&r. They fixed that the next day got on 295. My car started shaking brought the car back. They said the balance was off just a little bit. The next day I gets back on 295 had a flat tire was scared to death sitting on the side of the road on 295. When I took the tire back to r&r they told me a rock must have hit the stem on my tire. Didn't understand that part but that's what they told me. The next day my car continued to shake and my car just have not been right since then so I had a bad experience at rnr tires. The guys at the front desk. Yes they was nice. Don't have anything bad to say about them but the workers mechanics. I don't think they know what they doing. It's been a week now and like I said my car is haven't been the same

I needed tires and RNR Tire Express in Fayetteville helped with getting all taken care of. I interacted with Angela today and paid my account in full. She was very professional yet so easy to speak with. Angela took extra time to make sure all went well. The Transaction went with ease, no hiccups. Thank you Angela for such a warm Personality and having such a Love for helping your customers. The staff that helped with mounting the tires and the sale were Extra nice too. I will surely be sending customers your way. YOU ALL ROCK!!

I love this place, the staff are fantastic, the service is fantastic, they are very knowledgeable. All they ask is that you communicate with them. Last time I was in there, some guy came in and refused to understand that he was in the wrong and tried to make a scene but got pissed when the manager and staff kept telling him that his problem had nothing to do with them because it was a problem he had when he came the first time but didnt want to listen and wanted services anyway. The manager asked him several times to lower his voice but he refused. Listen if you can't accept that YOU chose to come to their establishment voluntarily, but want to tell them how to do their job yet you don't know anything about wheels or rims...look in the mirror guy. They aren't the problem, YOU are. Much respect to the manager for being nothing but patient and professional the whole time.

It was ok service long wait timeGood choice of rims and wheels but the cons is if they see something wrong with your Vehicle They will not tell you I don't buy cheap breaks for my vehicles so when the chance came I looked at all my breaks still in good shape since they Ben on for a while. There was this average height white man who told me my truck need some work done to my truck say a steering arm is needed. And some other work my wife and myself told the guy to write everything down he didn't he just put steering arm and other work needed to be done.....con is he didn't tell me another con was I'm not paying 400$ to change breaks and changing breaks don't cost that much where I'm from if I'm not able to change breaks I take to my trustee mechanic who will change them for 40$....another stupid con was my truck was making noises going down the road I called them to find out what happen all they said was bring it back we will see what's it down no way I was going back for another 8hrsSo I took it to my guy they left weights on my rim after balancing my tires. And personally that white man I feel like was trying to get me y'all be careful who you let work on your vehicle it's a expensive investment for someone to rob you and tare up your stuff

I highly recommend RnR. I directly worked with Wayne, who from the very beginning was hands on and provided details to make me feel comfortable about my purchase. Various wheel styles, friendly service, fast shipping (during holiday) and with affordable pricing! I chose cash price but the payment options are available too! Everybody does need- a little RnR!!!

RNR Tire Express in Fayetteville is top shelf customer service and knowledge. Wayne was on point with the research questions I had on the tires I was looking for. The work was done in a timely manner. Not to mention lifetime balance and rotation for the life of the tires, Free nitrogen, front end alignment checks. It's nice that RNR has put the Customer back in customer service!! ThankU Wayne and crew!!

I normally don t do reviews but I had too this time!! Chris went above and beyond. I was slightly torn and he suggested the perfect set of rims for my car!! I definitely recommend RNR!! And go ask for Chris he is great.

They don't let you pick your payment plan. They all say different things one person said there's no late fees on person said we have a one time miss payment forgiveness both of those statements where false over all customers service is trash

I needed a new set of tires and wanted to give this place a try after seeing the lovely reviews online. I'm so glad I did! Everything was explained to me in great detail (I've never leased anything before so I had several questions) and the process was simpler than probably allowed! I'm so glad I stopped by and would recommend RNR to anyone looking for a good set of tires that you can pay for over time if getting a new set outright isn't an option. For sure will return when it is time for a new set!

Second time around working with rent and roll tire Express. The guys of the shop are awesome. My salesperson Franklin, set me up with some really good Nexen mid-range tires. 70k warranty. In addition you can't beat the flexibility of payments. Furthermore I had to come on my own and my car is in my wife's name. The dilemma was my tags were expired and I had if you have new tires to pass inspection. However Franklin knew the ins and outs of how to take care of me.And also like to put out a commendation to I believe I Quinn. He was assisting handicap gentleman he was also receiving cancer treatment. He went far above and beyond what a salesman normally would.I would highly recommend them. I know I'm going to catch flack in the comments, because yes you do pay about double retail price after all payments are paid. However that is a reflection of my life and my choices not of the business. I am extremely grateful for the option. I will pay the Interest out of gratitude alone.

I highly recommend there services to anyone. From the time I walked in to the time I left they made me feel special. If it wasn't for them I don't know how I would've been able to get tires on my car but they came through for me. Ladies you know how we don't like taking our vehicles to get worked on cause we scared they will get over on us. TRUST ME they want. They are here to meet all your needs and for $20 down you can ride off with a new set of tires for a low monthly payment. They have great customer service and everyone works together and always smiling. Very clean and organized shop.

Had Chris help me out with getting a set of tires but then I wanted some rims so he helped me out with that. Definitely highly recommend coming here for tires or rims. Ask for Chris and GIVE HIM A RAISE!!

I always get my tires from RNR; you can t beat the flexibility payment options especially when money maybe tight. ALWAYS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My visit this time was a little longer than usual. I had a 1PM appointment to have a full set of tires put on and they didn t get started on my vehicle until about 2:15 PM. I was finally done at or about 4PM. If you want a GREAT DEAL on tires with flexible payment options, CHOOSE RNR!!

I highly recommend RNR for your Tires and Rims needs! I had low pressure in one of my tires yesterday and then a flat this morning. I was already planning to get a set of tires but, kept putting it off, needless to say after having a flat this morning I didn t want to wait any longer. The entire process was extremely easy, fast and very well explained. The establishment was very clean and all the staff I inner acted with was amazing! The quality of their stock and tires will accommodate any situation especially when you need assistance ASAP! The whole process took less than two hours. I believe our representative s name was Chris who was very kind and made the process quick and easy. The guys who do the installations in the back absolutely rock! A special thank you to the team member who went over my contract he was also amazing and, a special thank you to the gentleman who tried to find me an umbrella because of the rain and, walked me to my car so I wouldn t get soaked was truly kind!! These guys are Exceptional! I came in with my husband frustrated and stressed from being stranded and, left completely relieved, satisfied, happy and dry lol. Thank you all for amazing service from beginning to end! You truly made my day! Will definitely refer this establishment to friends and family!!!! Continue to be great!!

Best tire shop I've found in this town. They provide a lot of services for free if you just buy tires there, which are priced well. Made an appointment for an alignment and it was done in just under a half hour. I wish they'd informed us it is free with tire purchase when we bought them a couple weeks ago, otherwise have no complaints.

I had a very pleasant experience at RNR tire express. Mr. Chris was very professional when I talked with him on the phone. He answered all my questions and made everything so simple. When I arrived there I asked for Chris and he greeted me with a smile and proceeded to assist me. I must say this was the best experience I've had purchasing tires. I needed tires bad and I couldn't believe how easy it was to get them ! The staff was also professional. I didn't have to wait long either. The waiting area was pleasant and the bathroom was clean I'm a forever customer and I would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Thank you very, very,very much Mr. Chris and staff

As a young woman who recently moved to Fayetteville from a small town, the prospect of taking my vehicle anywhere is a little nerve-wracking. It s no secret that this isn t a kind city.This week, I genuinely haven t been able to catch a break in any aspect of my life. Today was no different. Walking out to my car and seeing a very flat tire was the cherry-on-top of a really rough day.Hector and the guys at RnR did not show me customer service, they showed me a genuine kindness that will stick with me for a long time. I was treated with such compassion and generosity that I left in tears.I won t detail the service; they know what they did for me.Cannot possibly recommend this place enough - especially if you re a part of the population like me, living by each paycheck and just doing your best. Their entire business caters to our livelihood with understanding, and that s something that is not near common enough.To the crew at RnR, thank you. You guys gave me a much-needed reminder today that there are kind people out there, and I am incredibly grateful.You absolutely earned a returning customer.

They are good with professionalism but they just need pick up speed like they got three stalls for vehicle they need one person assigned to each vehicle instead of here n there n everywhere they could get people in n out in a timely manner. They are very slow I was here 9:30 am got done with paper work bout 10:15 with them calling my reference n took car I m at 11am n didn t find putting n taking off four tires till almost 2pm come on RNR don t come in hurry but otherwise they are nice helpful n respectful .

The people there are nice, but they mounted my tires backwards and when they were finished, they didn't even call me. I called the next day and they were like "oh yea, you can come and pick your wheels up". Only reason i give them 2 stars is because one of my tires was flat and told me instead of just mounting it
