More than just luxury rims!I got a flat tire, and my tow truck service recommended this place since I had a new tire ready to install on my wheel.Super courteous service, and they were able to get me back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

Sales team did their job being polite and selling me a set of wheels but be warned THEY DO NOT OFFER WARRANTY OR ANY KIND OF PROTECTION. So it'll be the last time I drop $2500 for rims and tires without any kind of coverage.

lied about warranty and policy paid extra $250 for tire pressure sensor had to go back 4 times for them to keep resetting them and they still didnt work .. we ended up going to someone else whom we had to pay to do them correctly on top of not putting our vavle caps back on . not only that sold us a dry rotted tire and the seal is cracking told us it was pot holes causing the damage but our other tires were good got a second opinion they also said its dry rotted and bad seal wouldnt recommend them at all!

Thanks to your Assistant Store Manager Mrs. Jessica Brewer and StaffI would have been in a trouble situation..They stepped in to help me out while I was in distress. I had a flat tire on Tue 11/7/23 around 7:30pm I had my vehicle towed over to Firestone here in Fayetteville nc on Ramsey Street and the next day I went to see if they could assist me by taking the tire off to see if it just needed a plug. They refused to do so if I wasn t buying a New Tire from them. I stated that I found a New Tire elsewhere. So then the worker that was there still refused to help unless I brought a tire from them.I called Rimtyme and they went above and beyond the service to help me out and got me back on the road!!I Truly Appreciate Your Support, Your Customer Service, Your Dedication to helping out someone in dire need!!Thank You Mrs. Jessica Brewer and Staff!!!! % Awesome!!! Hooked my son up with new custom rims and tires for a great deal and trust me, we shopped around alot! Started working on it right away and even asked after they got one on if we liked it before they wasted our time. Everyone is so friendly, patient and helpful from start to finish. We have 10 vehicles including a GTI Rabbit, 350z, Lancer EVO, 4th Gen Prelude and more, we will be bringing ALL of our work here!! Thank you RimTyme Ramsey Street Fayetteville!!

This place gets 5 stars!!! My car has an unique bolt pattern which required a little more time to finesse it The rim tech did a great job and worked very hard to get the job done!! Two thumbs up to the nice staff!! I definitely recommend coming here for RIMS AND TIRES!!

Don't know but they have more trash than any other places of business. Because other people use the dumpster. Trash bill must be high. Glad I don't service the area

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, professional service and, quick installation made our experience at RimTyme extremely satisfying. Late on a Saturday afternoon I informed my husband that my tires were bald and I needed new ones. My husband called,told the make of the car and, an idea of what he wanted. They selected rims from the inventory and text pictures to my husband. We narrowed our choices on the drive to the shop and made our selection when we walked in the door. They installed new wheels and tires with a sensor. We were still out in time for dinner. Awesome!

Very nice establishment. Personnel were kind, curtious and very knowledgeable. There was absolutley no pressure to make a purchase. Jamal and Brian ensure not only that I had stylish rims but they ensured that the rims that I purchase met a quality road worthiness standard conducive to safe driving requirements. This is the ONLY rims shop that I would make future purchases from.

I've arrived at this location with high expectations both with the service as well as the quality of merchandise. Let me say that my expectations were exceeded and I was able to acquire the exact make model and design of rims to match my vehicle and the color scheme that I was creating. Kudos to the service team at RimTyme!

Buyer Beware -- Your Safety is at RiskThere is no reason RimTmye Custom Wheels deserves even a one-star rating. Through monthly payments, customers end up paying exceeding too much for a set of rims and tires. Do the math and comparison shop. My son ended up paying way too much for a set a rims that could have been purchased online at the cost of $200 each. Tires that retail for $125 far exceeded that price when you factor in the total purchase price over the life of the financing agreement. Furthermore and much more importantly RimTmye installed a set of 20 rims on a Chevy Malibu that should have never installed such unsafe rims. RimTyme created a very dangerous situation for which they should be liable. RimTyme placed a spacer between the rotor and the rim which prevented the lug nuts from being fully threaded onto the stud. RimTyme could not fully thread the lug nuts onto the stud (as pictured below). Therefore over the lugs nuts came loose, and the tire flew off the vehicle while the vehicle was begin driven resulting in damage to the rotor and the hub assembly. Fortunately, the free wheel did not injure anyone in the incident, and the loose wheel did not damage another car or as it flew off the hub. Study the pictures below, and you will see how much of the lug nut could not be threaded onto the stud on the hub assembly. RimTyme should be willing to correct the problem.

Would not recommend them to take your tires off when purchasing rims with them. The individuals that work in the shop bent my factory rim and the manager refused to fix what they messed up. I had nothing but issues with the tires I purchased with not keeping air. The stem was messed up, said it was fixed, but still had same issue multiple times. I took it back multiple times to have it fixed and still wasn t corrected. The only person that was willing to try to fix any issues was the front desk lady.

Came in to purchase rims & possibly tires. Was told they would find something that would work for my Bronco. Never got a call. I followed up & was told they would find something and call me. Never followed up. Don t waste your time & take your money elsewhere.

I have been a customer of this amazing store for the past 9 years. Whenever I needed to be squeezed in for a quick tire repair, or purchased a new car and needed new wheels, this store is always here to help. Jessica, Dee & CJ all provide great information and kind customer service--all smiles & friendly demeanors always. I wouldn't trust any of my cars with any other shop in Fayetteville. I will continue to tell friends and family about my experiences for many years to come. If you need custom wheels and tires from a shop that cares, dont hesitate to shop here and get treated like family.

I am from out of town, I had an emergency and needed a new rim (old one had a crack), they were able to get me a replacement, put it on, quickly and affordable! They were so nice and really helped me more then they know. Sounds cheesy but it was a true blessing.

The customer service and professional knowledge of the staff is absolutely amazing. Jamal was extremely friendly and explained everything for me. I wasn't sure what I wanted except that the rims be black. He showed me several from the inventory and even took them out to my car to give me an idea of what they would look like. The guys that put the rims and tires on were also outstanding. If you need rims and tires, this is without a doubt the place to go. I would recommend this place and crew to everyone!!

I went to three different rim shops and the only person that would help me was Jessica Brewer at RimTyme on Ramsey Street everyone else was unresponsive she even assisted while she was on her vacation. Had my rims the very next day Thank you soooooo much!!!

Extremely helpful and knowledgable. Great, professional, swift and honest service. Had problems with one of my custom wheels. A local shop in NJ changed 2 tires before I left to Florida. The steering wheel was slightly vibrating at about 65mph. John and his crew had both wheels checked on his machine and discovered one of the brand new tires has an exceeding road force. I ordered a replacement tire to arrive when I get back home, and my family and I were very happy to learn it wasn't anything more serious and we're safe to continue the trip. This was a rare to find experience and I honestly wish John's business was local in my area. It'd be a miracle to find someone as good in Northern Jersey. Family oriented, one of a kind. Anyone in need of any wheels or tire work, highly recommend to try John's services. Wish you all the best John. Hope taking your family to Disney parks finally works out! ;)
