Chris Knoble took excellent care of me today. He went the extra mile by printing off all of the service records available for my car across the state. He thoroughly explained the service program offered by the dealership which I am going to consider. I highly recommend working with this excellent service manager as well as the dealership.

This place is absolutely awful. I have brought my RAV4 here to be serviced since we bought it from here over a year ago. Every single time we come they have told us it would take 1 1/2- 2 hours. To start, that s already ridiculous when the only thing being done is an oil change and tire rotation, but that s not even the issue. The issue is that it never only takes the time that we re quoted. I have waited 4 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Why make people schedule appointments if they re still going to have to wait 4 hours past their appointment time for a simple service? I am currently sitting here right now waiting for my oil change. I had an appointment at 10:45am and it is currently 12:46pm and according to the tracker that was texted to me, they are still inspecting it and it hasn t even started being serviced yet. The employee just came to tell me that he is going to lunch so it will be at least another 30-45 minutes until completion. I asked him why they require people to schedule appointments if it s going to take a ridiculous amount of time for a service and I was told the only thing an appointment does is guarantee that my vehicle will be serviced that day. Absolutely ridiculous, I will no longer be bringing my vehicle to Rick Hendrick.

Been having my truck serviced here at Hendrick for over two years but my last experience did not reflect a company that cares about its customers. Approximately 6 months ago I brought my Tacoma in for them to fix an AC line that was clearly rubbed on the front bumper, you could see where the metal line had a hole in. They offered a diagnostic for a few hundred dollars, I declined because the diagnostic was already done you could obviously see the problem when you looked at it. So they completed the repair for $800 and gave my truck back saying everything was good to go. A few weeks ago I went to run the AC in the truck again and it wouldn t work, I called and made an appointment and waited for the truck all day and by around 1600 they call and quote me the same $800 to fix and because I didn t pay for the diagnostic fee they weren t liable for the first repair. They made no mention of there being any issues with the first repair so I assumed it was good but I guess that s too much to ask from an auto service department. Also charged me a $200 diagnostic fee this time so I m currently $1000 in and the repair has not been completed. Spoke with someone on the phone a few days ago that was going to see if there was anything they could do to help the cost if I had it repaired the second time but they never called me back.

I have been having our car serviced here since we moved to Fayetteville 12 years ago. Chris Knoble has been our trusted advisor pretty much the whole time. He gets our car serviced quickly and communicates the cost before performing anything. Chris always goes above and beyond and truly looks out for his customers. Want someone to trust go see Chris.

This service center does not treat the customer with even a minimal amount of respect. I have brought both my Lexus and my Corolla to this place multiple times. Bottom line: I'm done with this place. I will be going to Sanford Toyota instead, and I got great service there. I cannot stress this enough: this place does not respect the customer.

I went to get my car serviced yesterday and Luis Rivera took care of me. I recommend going to him 100%. He also speak Spanish which is a plus. Thank you, I will be back.
