Vest helped us from the very beginning!! Not a single time did he pushed us or forced us to purchase a car. Not only was he very polite but helped us through very obstacle or questions!! Also, Big thank you to God himself, nothing can be done without him. With that being said we got to purchase a 2024 Chevrolet Malibu very grateful for him! Michael Mathes and Loria- These are the greatest pair of people to work with; from the time I parked my car Michael was the most respectable person to work with he took his time and put me in the perfect vehicle. While working with some bad I mean bad credit and still came out with some great numbers while working with Mrs. Loria; I can t say enough about this lady but she is like a mother I never had long conversations not just only about my choice today but also on how this will improve my life and credit and what I should do to take it great. We are out of state, visiting family. We recently purchased a used suburban from Maryland. While here in NC, our middle seat can fold down but could not get it back up. We called ahead to this dealership and they said to bring it in to have them take a look. So we did.The technician was able to get jr back up twice but then could not when folded all the way from the down position. Do the tech advisor, took the truck back to get a closer look. He went above and beyond to help us out as much as he could. And for that we are grateful. Although he could not fix it in the time frame we were available. We have a better understanding of the issue to report when we go back to MarylandThank you Joshua G from Service Department !!!

We were looking for a 24 High Country with all the options. Randy reserved the color we wanted and made sure we got all the packages available. He went above and beyond and made sure the steering wheel was replaced due to a scratch from shipment. Will definitely buy from here again.

My mileage was put down wrong on my service form and was off by 8,000 miles, which had my recommended next service out by 13,000 miles. I had to call up there twice to get it corrected. Thankfully, Angelica was helpful with that and kept me updated after my second call. She sent me a corrected service form, with the correct mileage to my email. The wheel lock lug nuts that they removed from my glove box, were just thrown back in the glove box without being placed back in the plastic packaging they got them out of. When I got in my vehicle it said my air filter life was at 5% and needed to be changed. They never recommended that or asked if I wanted to get it changed, since it was at 5%. I stopped at Advance Auto on my way home and purchased one. Maintenance prices are too expensive to deal with the hassle of what I experienced.

I was very pleased with the customer service from West with the Vest. West hit all of the issues and explained not only the process but all the gadgets.He made this a great experience and I would suggest to all that are in the market to go and see West with the Vest. On a scale of one to Ten I give west with the vest a 15. Knowledge, professional, patient, and kind. No pressure just west they re willing and able to answer all of my questions. And I had a lot of questions.So as I said you can not go wrong with West with a vest. You will not be sorry .

Great experience buying a new truck! Ethan greeted me in the lot as I pulled in and I knew it was going to be a good sale experience. He was very personable, showed me the vehicle I was looking for and we went for a drive! When we got back, paperwork started. He was able to help me work numbers to what I needed after a couple trips to the sales manager and finished the deal with a bed liner! Drove in the lot in old truck and off the lot in the new one in less than 3 hours. Definitely go talk to Ethan for your vehicle purchasing needs!

i like to give my appreciation to the Reed Team. My sales agent "Ripp" Jenkins was a tremendous help in helping me find what I was looking for without trying to pitch, force, or rush me into making any rash decisions. His expertise and knowledge made my decision easier than i expected the day to be. Also, the manager Joe is a stud, and I can see why his team is one of the best in the state, almost make me want to fill out an application to be a part. My first initial 30-day checkup was free, and I receive top tier care and service by the maintenance shop. They made sure I fully understood my vehicle and what is necessary for the new aged cars. Thank you, Reed Lallier, I recommend this place 10000 times.

Ask for (Carlos Blizzard), he is the best! I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He was there for me every step of the way and went above and beyond and helped as much as possible. He knew what I wanted and did not pressure me into anything else. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. The financing process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Patrick was outstanding. We came to the dealership looking for a particular car. He was able to get the car looked up and notified us when it will be at the dealership. He called my husband that morning and we made our way there by the afternoon. I test drove it and we purchased. Patrick was patient, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable. John, the Sales Manager, worked hard to get our financing where we wanted and made that part seamless.

Amanda Utz and her team were courteous, kind and rose above the usual customer service care. As we told her, as older persons, some customer service care tend to be short, rude or dismissive towards us. Amanda was kind, warm and even met me at our truck when I was not feeling well to explain what was happening with our vehicle. Your staff is outstanding. This was our first auto purchase at Reed Lallier and our salesperson was Wes with the Vest. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We never felt any sales pressure from him and he answered all of our questions. After we decided to purchase, he went above and beyond to get things set up and helped us with all of the small details with our new truck. He was extremely nice and personable. He showed us the difference between both vehicles and showed us the rebate on the Chevy Blazer. So we bought the blazer instead of the Trax . So if you are looking for a vehicle . Ask for Wes

Overall, I think Reed-Lallier does good work. The service department and technicians are fairly quick with service, but my most recent experience could've been better. To summarize, on the day of my appointment, the parts department didn't have my tires in stock. Clearly there was a lack of communication with service and parts prior to my appointment. Parts only had two of the tires in the warehouse and had to order the other two. This took exceptionally more time than I originally expected so, instead of waiting around for hours, service offered to have the courtesy car take me home. The courtesy car was supposed to come back and pick me up after 1500 that day. Service called me around 1630 to let me know the service on my vehicle was completed. I asked if the driver was coming back to pick me up and I was told the driver had already left for the day. After arriving at the service department to pick up my vehicle, the service advisor explained to me that they misquoted me on the tire installation cost. They advised me that since the wheels and tires were 20 inches, that the installation was $190.00 vs $100.00 that they originally quoted me. This should have been known from the beginning in my opinion when I gave them the size of my wheels and tires upon calling for the quote and making the appointment. I certainly hope my next appointment with service is exceptionally better. I would recommend that the service department needs to communicate better with the parts department in the future.

Reed-Lallier has an amazing manager and staff. We worked with Ray Johnson on purchasing our brand new 2024 Trax. He looked over the cars with us, told us all about it, gave us all the benefits that come with buying the new car. He helped us get all our accounts setup and was very helpful in making our experience the best car buying experience ever. Thanks to the team and especially Ray! We told ourselves when we sat down at his desk that we had the right guy! He has so many employee of the month and year awards. Ray is fantastic!

We had a great experience. We live in hour and a 1/2 away. The sales team mainly are sales Agent had all the paperwork done and everything prior to us even leaving our house. And then we was only there a couple of hours , Going over the details, but that was it. Everything was so smooth. It was one of the easiest purchases that i've made in my life... Thanks to the team ... My fiance and I bought our first electric vehicle together. And we were the very first electric vehicle customers of the dealership for 2024....Much props to ur sales agent Mr. Jenkins

Had an appointment on 6 Jan 2024 for 4 new tires. It took 4 1/2 hours. That is unacceptable. To make the situation worse they mentioned the alignment machine was out of order and needed to be reset. The service rep stated I could come back the next day for the alignment, again unacceptable because why would I drive an unaligned vehicle. So I waited for the reset and they stated they were able to do it, I noticed while driving the vehicle it was not aligned and the vehicle was pulling to the left. So I can back to the dealership on Monday 8 Jan 2024 and informed the service department of the issues, and I was talked down too instead just being heard and trying to solve the problem. It took 3 1/2 hours for this visit and the service center acknowledged I was correct and they did not properly align my vehicle. I asked to speak with a manager and was given his number to call, and I did on 8 Jan 2024, left a voicemail. I was not contacted back. My husband had to return to the dealership on 12 Jan 2024 because after the tires and alignment issue, coincidently the breaks started squeaking very loudly. He brought this issue up to the service department and let them know that I also brought this issue up and they stated they did not have the spray or brake line to stop the squeaking so he had to come back on 13 Jan 2024 so they could apply it. Also on 12 Jan 2024 my husband was able to talk to the service manager and let him know all the issues that was going on. He apologized and gave him a card with his number and stated he would take care of it.We have purchased 2 vehicles from this Dealership and with both vehicles when we come to get serviced we always have issues. With that being said we will no longer shop at that location nor will we return for services. They have issues and the turn over rate for the service associates is high which cause us to deal with new people too often. I will not recommend this dealer to friends nor family. To many bad experiences and issues are not being fixed.

Long wait. My appointment was at 8:15am for a simple tire sensor replacement. I noticed my car was finallt pulled back in at 11:30am but the customer service rep did not call me and was nowhere to be found. By 12:15 I got tired of waiting. I asked someone else. The original rep had multiple work orders waiting on her desk. I don't know where she went but I never saw her again. I was finally able to leave around 1pm. I had a bad migraine too.

Kenny Bronson was phenomenal with all that he did with us. He was very knowledgeable, down to earth and was not pushy at all. We originally came in for a cheaper truck and when we decided to look at the trailboss, Kenny didn t push us either way he let us make the decision. After years of being a loyal customer, I recently left very unsatisfied with service I received. I brought my Chevy Silverado 1500 in on February 7th for AC blowing out hot air and a Jolting from the rear of the vehicle. My vehicle was kept a week with no communication. I did not receive any calls to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle, what step they were at in the process, or the repairs that was going to be needed. After keeping my vehicle for a week, it was returned with the same issues, but I was still charged over $1,500. The tech never test drove my vehicle since, the before miles where the same as the returned miles (as stated on my invoice). If he would ve test driven my vehicle before and after he would ve noticed that the issues where the same. I brought my vehicle back on the 18th of February in good faith that the issues I had would be resolved. My husband and I would constantly reach out to Kevin my service advisor for updates and statuses and yet again we would get the same response. He is not in yet , Kevin, will call you back he is with a customer or Kevin is out to lunch . Kevin would not return calls or give updates until we called his personal cell. I feel like my kindness and patience was taken advantage of. A loyal customer shouldn t be given the run around for weeks. Take the time to reach out to the customer and let them know what s going on. I also asked for a loaner/rental vehicle because taking Ubers/lyfts was becoming expensive, and this was an issue where it was a misdiagnosis by your tech. And yet again I got the same response from Kevin I ll call you back and let you know and of course he did not call back. I finally got to speak to his supervisor Tiara who was very helpful, kind and did listen to our issues. Tiara let us know my new repairs would now be an additional $7,000. How is this possible? Why wasn t this noticed 21 days ago? She referred us to her higher Justin. Justin was very condescending and antagonizing. After weeks of dealing with this issue the very least he could do was listen to my issues. It was your team s misdiagnosis or lack of effort to provide reliable, timely, and trustworthy service. Justin was constantly cutting us off when speaking and being unprofessional with his smart comments when dealing with a loyal customer who was very patient with this issue. I was shocked to see that this is how your active-duty military customers and veterans are treated. I am still waiting to hear from the General manager on a refund and yet again, no call. This seems to be a reoccurring theme. I will not recommend this establishment to my peers or co-workers. I feel taken advantage of this was a waste of time and money. L.Kutrucz

I came one time with an issue, and they told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle and sent me on my way. 2nd time, I had a jingle sound coming from my vehicle, and they said they couldn't hear it and sent me on my way. 3rd time, I sat in the service area waiting on someone to ask me if I needed help. One guy was conversing with a few mechanics and never asked me anything. One guy saw me park my vehicle and walk inside. He was walking around outside and came inside, looked at me, and didn't say anything, and the other guy was on a personal call, made eye contact with me, and still stayed on the call. I dont ever have a good experience with this location.

Mr Monte Simmons went above and beyond to facilitate the service of my vehicle, as the lady who scheduled prior, had told me to come in during the lunch hour when no-one would be in the shop. Mr Monte was very empathic and courteous and made sure that I was pleased with service given and time spent at the dealership.

I have been shopping around the internet for a while for a new vehicle. Finally decided to go to do some in-person shopping. Visited several dealerships .nothing compared to Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. Wes with the vest met us in the parking lot with a friendly smile and handshake. He LISTENED to our needs and wants and showed us a variety of vehicles. He didn t waste our time with models that out of our range or didn t meet our checklist. Superior customer service from the very beginning to the very end. I would highly recommend Reed-Lallier Chevrolet and definitely go see Wes with the vest.
