Asked for two separate quotes . Got ignored on both.1st Quote: Messaged over Facebook on their page to get a rough quote on a lift kit installed. The messages were left on read for days until finally a response of we have a new system and just now getting messages but . You READ them. Proceeds to give me information to communicate through text message and tells me I ll get a quote to you within the next day or two . Never heard anything back.2nd Quote: Called on a Friday morning and asked for a rough estimate quote on getting exhaust work done to upgrade my exhaust. The lady took down my information and said the guy that does the quotes will give me a call back in the morning (on Saturday). Again no call and no feedback.Needless to say, communication absolutely SUCKS as they apparently don t want money or business. Which is fine, I ll just take my money and business elsewhere.

Redline Tire & Auto did a great job on my 2021 F150 which they installed a leveling kit, 35 tires, and did an alignment on. I took a peek when they were putting my wheels back on and they actually used a torque wrench on every lug nut which shows me that they do the job right and double check everything before they send the customer off. I called another me shop in Fayettville for a quote for the exact same work and it was DOUBLE what Redline charged me. Super happy will send people their way and definitely use them again in the future

Do not take your vehicale here I am warning you. It's not a professional place the mechanicss do not know what they are doing. They didn't even fix the problem. The owner kept making excuses. Now I'm out 1300 and I still had to pay someone else to fix my truck.The part that was put on was put on wrong. It wasnt th problem and as a mater of fact has made my truck worse.In this day and age places like this should be burned to the ground. It's a money trap and not even 3rd rate.If this company has screwed you over too, please contact the states consumer affairs and file an official complaint. It's free and it will get him hopefully shut down or maybe held accountable.I sent you the photo of the repair bill.

Phenomenal staff and great service! I had my car diagnosed by Nick, he explained to me exactly what the problem was with my suspension and got me back on the road with no issues!!

Iddkkk maannn yall used to be good at repairing cars etc but tbh i feel like the last visit was last one for me. Whoever did my front brake pads/rotors didn t tighten them on correctly and was loose afff.. no wonder why my tires were waddling and it was only 3 weeks after i got them fixed by u all. I had to get another mechanic to come to me and tell me that the person who did my brakes/rotors never tightened the lug nuts. Anything could ve happened and my son and I would ve been in a terrible accident. Seems like y all don t really care about actually fixing cars and y all just care about the money and that s it. Annndd another thing i was told by another mechanic that i paid too much to get my front brake pads/rotors fixed and shouldn t have been charged $500 ish. Yall overpriced me but it s cool though, I m glad i found another mechanic to actually tell me what s wrong with the car. The diagnosis y all did was incorrect and yall just wanted more money. Can t be money hungry and not care about ur customers/vehicles. Karma will get yall one day

This is the shop! Fair prices, honest evaluations and will go out of there way to make sure your vehicle is up to par! Dont bother going anywhere else!!

Great shop! Friendly service and great prices. They were able to bring my tail lights back to life! They look like I just drove off the dealership lot. Can t wait to try them out for my future mechanic needs too.

These guys always go the extra mile to make sure you are completely taken care of! From oil changes to engine changes, they can do it all and back up their work to make sure you are satisfied. Go see Nick and the rest of the gang for all your automotive needs!

Stop going to any other shop in Fayetteville. This place is the real deal. Not a chain. Not a take your money and give mediocre services type place.Nick is a stand up dude who stayed after work 2 hours and nailed my alignment in about 30 minutes when another company said they couldn t. This place calls it how it is and cares about the work being done. Been to many shops in my life and I have never heard a owner. Let alone someone who works there tell his/her other workers to be careful and go slow on a vehicle to avoid damage until coming here. Meticulous care to not scratch etc. Just goes to show that the folks at redline take pride and care for the vehicles as if they are their own. I would trust this shop with any minor or major automotive repair. Good prices. Better people. Redline.Service: Wheel alignment

Absolutely wonderful experience at Redline Auto. They took me in late in the day for a wheel alignment and even stayed late working on my truck.They provided me a list of parts that I will need to get my truck right. I am looking forward to going there again. Friendly and very helpful staff and employees. A must if you are in the Fayetteville area.Service: Wheel alignment

Had a tire install appt on 05/04/2023 at 9:30. Tires were delivered and ready. I sat for 3 hrs before my truck was touched after asking for updates while waiting. The female at the front insisted that they were just really busy and can t get to it yet. Why does a business schedule appts if you are not close to being able to take care of a customer s request. I left at 2:30 pm. Tires were eventually installed.The next day on the 5th, I had what felt like a misfiring motor. I decided to give a diagnostic appt a try after reading reviews and giving this place one more go. I had my truck towed to Redline after calling them to ask if they could diagnose it for me. Sure, we can take care of it. Towed my truck there and I called occasionally to with no update and was told they are busy. I called the 6th day and the female receptionist told me that they were pulling it in this afternoon. Ok, some progress is happening. Call back on the 8th day and was told they are busy and have not had time to check issue. Again, female told me they have motors to put in ahead of me. Next day towed my truck to another shop. Female receptionist acted non�cha�lant about losing business and had nothing to say about it and did not attempt to even try. I thought that may be part of front desk clerk s actions to at least update folks and act like you care if a customer may be lost. I don t care at this point except to warn others. I would never recommend or deal with these folks again. Customer service skills is lacking from the 2 week new hire female. Best of luck.

I had to get a new transmission and they took good care of me. My car is running brand-new and they washed it for me. I will definitely be coming back if my car needs any service thank you they treat you like family.

I took my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Redline to be fixed not knowing it had a few issues with the vehicle and I had to leave it,I am from MD, The Redline staff was always friendly when I called and took good care of my vehicle while I was so far away ,the repairs that they did to my engine amongst other issues along with my EMC and Starter was repaired impeccable, I will always go back to them if I'm ever in town again,feels like I have a brand new Jeep ! My vehicle drives so smooth and I am happy with my repairs,Awesome service and Awesome Staff!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I had my lift kit installed a couple month ago and wanted to test it out before reviewing.1. The owner is very helpful and kind, really genuinely does what s best for you.2. Gave a good price to install the lift for $400. Other places were charging $600.3. I got it back way before I expected.4. Good vibes, my jeep is running great with the new lift. Had an appointment for an alignment for 8am. Car wasn t in the shop until around 830am because they opened late. When I checked the car in I asked for specific alignment specs and when I got called over to see the car on the rack the tech just gave it as much negative camber as possible which is not what I asked for. So he fixed that. I get the car back and immediately notice the steering wheel is off center. Not sure how that wasn t caught. So I take it back and proceed to wait for it to get fixed. Which it did so I was happy. Until later that night when I started hearing a clunking sound. I jack up the car to make sure everything is tight and sure enough the driver side front lower control arm cam adjuster was left loose. To say the least I was very disappointed with the service I received.Service: Wheel alignment

They are awesome, I was there helping my cousin who is deaf & the whole staff was very nice & helpful during my cousins visit. If I need my car serviced I will go there or definitely recommend people. Thanks guys

After being recommended by a friend of mine who has done quite a bit of work with Redline, I took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for a lift and new tires/wheels. After quite a bit of back and forth, I was ultimately convinced that a 4" lift and Fuel Wheels/Tires would meet my budget and provide the look I was seeking. Admittedly, I am not a Jeep/car expert so I cannot speak to all a Jeep lift requires to do it correctly. With that being said, within a year of lifting the Jeep I ran into multiple large maintenance issues(rear drive shaft snapped and transmission needed to be rebuilt) that were diagnosed back to the lift itself, as well as the quality of the install. In addition to the thousands of dollars I have had to pay on repairs directly correlating to the work done at Redline, I was also told by Tim Sayer that they would keep my stock Jeep wheels and tires on consignment and sell them somewhere around $100-$150 a piece, keeping me updated on the sales and sending me the proceeds once sold. This was several years ago and I have attempted to follow up several times since. I trusted Tim and his team, they seemed like good guys and I immediately felt I could trust them. Unfortunately, it feels like they pulled one over on me, both in the quality of work/material they installed and the stock tires/wheels that feel as though have been stolen from me.

These guys are awesome! I called and set up an appointment to get my coilovers installed and James did an excellent job! I couldn't be any more happier and satisfied with the outcome. I'm very pleased with the overall experience. I also talked to the owner and he is a nice guy as well. If you need any work done for your vehicle such as an oil change, brake pads, tire rotation, mounting & balancing, engine/transmission, suspension etc. Please check them out and tell them i sent ya. They will definitely be my go to guys from now on.

They did an amazing job with my 6" rough country lift, Hercules tires, and my Fuel Rims. Very professional and made me feel more like family than a customer. They kept me in the know with my vehicle while it was being worked on and the turn around time was quick.
