The guys and ladies here are so very personable. They care about their customers and will do anything to help you out. Got a great deal on a set of wheels and tires. They had me riding quickly. The options you get to purchase or lease is a great deal too. Of course, it s always better to purchase but for those that choose to lease, your payment options are great too. I d recommend them over so many others in town!

Just purchase tires two weeks ago. The staff was great at helping me and and it took little time getting me setup paper wise and getting tires on truck. If you near the shop or area and need tires hands down go check them out. I myself will be returning

They have updated their store to the fullest and just loved the experience. Walking in the door to be greeted with a high manner was flawless. I will make sure that I put these guys/gals on the map

I don't know if it's because I'm black and because I expressed my frustration with having an issue before I do business with them. They processed a down payment before processing my application, and when I asked why are y'all wasting my time because we could have completed my application when I came in at least an hour before the store closed. I completed and signed the paperwork and gave them everything that they requested I've been on my job for almost 2 years and I have several other side hustles and they want to tell me my income was not consistent whatever I think it's just that you guys did not want to do business with me after I told you I didn't appreciate y'all wasting my time and processing my payment before you completed the application you supposed to complete the application first and process my payment... I found a better deal.. Thanks RAW because another business did appreciated and respected me and my money... God knew better!!

I am a returning customer. Always willing to help. You do not see something there, they will try to find you some. The cost is alittle above normal, but in a pinch it is the way to go.

Went in Raw this morning looking for a set of rims for my mustang and found some and it took no time at all to put the rims on and out the door. The people there are very helpful I recommend anyone that are looking for some good rims go there

This was my first time ever purchasing rims and tires. Rent-A-Wheel staff have been over the top with patience, curteousy, and accommodating my needs. They don't check credit and are willing to go the extra mile to work with u on your payment. The manager has been exceptional with returning messages no matter if its early morning or late nite. Customer service is almost a thing of the past when it comes to the customer being accommodated for personal needs/wants.

This place is awesome; if you're like me and can't afford to just drop several hundred to several thousand dollars on new tires and wheels; this is where you need to go. The owners and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and really good people. They make it easy to get what you need and work out a payment schedule that works for you. I can't say enough good things about this place!

i went into this thinking it was all a scam and i would be over charged. that was definitely not the case i worked with chris to set up payment plans as well as what type of rim would look good on my car. will continue to do business with these guys!

Do not waste your time going up here I came in Saturday filled out the application and they took my $50 for some tires then I come back Monday to put the tires on I have three jobs one of them being a full-time job and they're telling me that my money isn't consistent well you should have said that before you took my money I almost had to call the police on them because they didn't want to refund my money be careful doing business here and I definitely will be following the complaint with the Better Business Bureau be careful doing business here they don't offer anything

If I ever need my tire replaced quickly and efficiently, the only place I trust my time and money to is Rent-A-Wheel. They ve never failed to assist me with an issue and their customer service is fantastic! The last time I came in, I wanted some new rims for my tires. The man that helped me was named Trevonte. He was very kind to me and installed my rims quickly. He made conversation during installation to distract me from the time that was fading away. And he did it all with a bright smile! Don t think I could ever find somewhere with better customer service!! Highly recommend! And if you need it done fast and proper, ask for Tre!

I experienced great customer service from the young man at the front desk. The entire staff was friendly and answered all questions I had "as I know nothing about tires or rims"- it was a gift for my husband. You should check them out if your looking to get new tires or rims. Thank you so much Rent-A- Wheel! :)

My first set of rims and tires. These guys were great. Helped me with what I needed and weren t pushy salesmen. Got exactly what I wanted for a good price. The manager,John, knows his stuff. Will be back.

Great experience, top notch customer service, extremely professional. I can tell you from here on out all my tire, mount and balances, rotations (might I mention life time). If your looking for a place look no further! My rep John was awesome, got me exactly what I wanted, no games just a great professional experience! If I could give 10 stars it would have 10.

By far the best service for tires, everyone there is friendly and nice. I've been dealing with these guys for 2 years and they haven't let me down. They take care of your vehicle as if it was their own and they thoroughly check everything when the job is done to make sure all is secure.

I needed a tire at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. The tires on my car always have to be ordered because of the unusual size (20" low profile rims). Everyone else said it'd be Monday. I decided to give them a try because I assumed that since they sell rims they might have my size tire readily available. It had to be ordered locally and I prepaid over the phone. The tire had arrived in store by the time I drove the little more hour to get there. My only complaint would have been the wait, but I asked if I could run a few errands and return before time was up, which was no problem. I got my tire. And have my return business in the future.

I have gotten several cars done in CA ans Vegas the one time I go to the one here in Fayetteville NC done I had nothing but trouble . I call no one answer and when they did the girl that answered the phone had major attitude and even hung up on me so customer service needs to get better. I took my nephew's car there to get rims is been a little over 2 months and we are still trying to get the issues solved however no one seems to want to deal with the issue. Maybe I should just take them to small claims court as all I asked for was answers and resolution and no one seems to want to do that just every time I call I get attitude issues. Today was no different I had a guy tell me his name was nothing and hung up. I call back finally I get a girl named Haley that took my number down for John and his boss to call me back let me see how long this is going to take as the first time I tried reaching out to the DM it took over a week for a return call. I realize that people get busy but I am also a DM so my time is just a Valuable.

Great place. Such nice staff. They were quick to help and were awesome at giving advice. Their process is quick and easy and just an all around good experience. I will definitely be going back and sending my friends and family in their direction.
