SCAMMERS!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY WOMEN! The man working at the time we came in was clearly leaning of off some type of drug, as he was falling as sleep standing up and slurring his words. It wouldn t have been that big of a deal if he was able to do his job and not try to scam me. He had given me multiple prices and when I asked why it kept going up he claimed it was service fees because he had to take my tire off of the rim to replace it. Correct my if I m mistaken but is that not apart of the service? How else would I get a new tire on? So when I told him I didn t want to pay an extra $30 on top of the listed price since I ve never had to pay that any other time I came in and it s not listed anywhere, i truly believe he pulled the number out of thin air to scam me. He told me if I didn t pay the $30 he d call the police and give them my tags since he had already removed the tire from the rim and had to put the tire back on. It was so bad I want to give them a ZERO, but that s not possible so I give you a one.

Great prices on used tires! I had destroyed a tire on my car, but the remaining 3 tires still had plenty of tread with at least another 20k miles of life left. Being that new tires should be bought in pairs, I opted for a used tire, which saved me over $150 on the one tire. They had a matching used tire on site and had me back on the road in about 20 minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

This is my second time using this place and it will NOT be my last. They are so honest, kind, quick and efficient.He could have charged me for a new tire...cause I asked for one. He said "let me plug that its still a good tire"What other tire place do you know that doesn't take advantage of their customers. I will be a repeat customer because Fayetteville roads will keep me in need.

I went in today for a tire plug and the guy there was very kind and helpful. I asked a lot of questions and he assessed them all respectfully and patiently. They got me in and out with a good price.

I done came here 4 times, first time don t count obviously but I bought at tire for $45 . It keeps going flat. I keep bring it back and they patched it up for $15 dollars. Which is ridiculous. They gave me a defected tire. I m tired of dealing with this tire. The dude that puts the tire on is alright. Plus I gave them a tip. I really should have my tire exchanged or my money back. I m not satisfied with the product. I would love to talk to y all. And to work something out. I didn t give y all 1 star at least

I totally love this place. They always look out for me and make sure I have everything I need for a reasonable price! Their honest, they will never try to get over on you, and they make sure you have a clear understanding of the services you need to keep up proper maintenance on your car.They treat you with dignity and the upmost respect!!!!! I recommend to any and everyone!!!!!

Went and got used tires. Simple process. Look at tires. Approve condition and price. Mount and move on. A drama free interaction. Do not go here if you are lonely. Third time here and I guess that conversation is extra because did not encounter any chatter boxes here.

This place is absolutely a blessing! I was in a bit of a situation with my vehicle tires and other problems. They promised me that they would fix it and not to stress, that they would take care of everything. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID!! They were concerned, honest, and very caring about my situation. To top it all off.. when no one else in the area would take care of me they did 100%. I will always be thankful and would highly recommend this place to anyone. THANK YOU!!!

Easy to miss, but worth turning around for. Quick to respond to your questions or problems. I have only had slow leaks in two different vehicles. They were able to find the problem and repair or recommend replacement. Plan to use and refer everyone.

Went for one tire $40. (Higher then most but conveniently up the road.) Come for another tire days later same vehicle and its $45. Scared to go back to see what they charge next time....I only have 2 legs and 2 arms and I know that they are gonna get 1 and 1.

My daughter took her car for tires. They tried selling her size 15 or 16 tires her car has 17s on them. So she got 2 used 17 tires. She was going down the road and something didn't seem right so she pulled over. They forgot to tighten 3 lugs on 1 tire. So they called them they came to help but they told them its was their fault for leaving. When you give someone a receipt and say thank you have a nice day that means you can leave.this could have ended very badly and this people really didn't care. Plz be very careful if you go there.

Great experience. I had tried five other places to get my tire and kept getting turned away. They took me and had me out in 10 minutes. Very fast, professional, and affordable.

Nope and more nope! Used tired was already plugged and didn t last a week! 50 dollars down the drain! And of course no sympathy because they change mechanics like the clock passes seconds

NEVER GO HERE!!! Zero stars if I could... They sold me a tire with a screw in it! I asked for another tire and he offered to plug it... I drove all the way from carthage to get this tire, and he couldn't even remove my old tire off the rim. Now I'm in aberdeen getting it removed and plugged because the young Hispanic guy there wants to be a con artist. What a rip off.

Got sold an used tire that was flat as soon as I got home. Went back to get the tire exchanged as they had a set of 4 (I bought 2). I asked for a different tire but the person in charge of the business only put a plug. I argued that I was sold a tire with a hole but the person would not do it. Customers service is the worst...do not buy tires here! The owner was a real a...hole!!!

This place is awesome! They know there stuff. They really helped me out with the information and what they did for my tires!! Shout out to zac, the man whent out of his way to fix my cars balance, tire pressure, etc. Would highly recommend!!!

I sent my son to this business to get a tire PLUGGED.....AND WAS CHARGED 40.00....... I had a donut tire on the tire.... When I went back the worker stated...the tire was in good condition....BUT HAD TO USED 3 PLUGS.....And they CHARGED 10.00 to put my tire back on....soooo..that's 40.00......afters he wanted to give me 10.00 back...I wanted to speak to the manager......he gave me 20.00 back.....in All...I am still unhappy about the service for my own tire...I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE THERE...I FELT HE GOT OVER ON MY SON..

Been there a few times. I've always had a pleasant experience with the people there, and prices are fair. They have never charged me more than I was quoted over the phone.

My husband came here for a two used tires and of course I was not with him, a freaking week went past and my check tire pressure symbol came on in my car, our neighbor put air in the tire for me, I was thinking maybe my husband did not get a chance to put air in the tire when they switched the tires out, well fooling us the check tire pressure came back on AGAIN, tire looking a little low, now I'm like this is not cool,it's about 2 weeks now, I called the shop and they tell me it's a 7 day warranty on used tires, really 7 days which is a week, never ever again!!!

They guys at Raeford tire rock. Excellent prices and they are unbelievably polite. And if they can't fix it they know people who can. All around the best service I have had in the 13 years I have live in and around fayetteville.

OMG I've called ALL over and nobody ever gas my tire sz. Guess who did though. I'm so thankful for that. I've been rivington slicks for wwwaayyy longer than I should have. I went during my lunch and it was an in and out process. I'm so happy I found them!!!!Thank you so much.

Wasn't friendly black guy with dreads and when I ask question about tires owner acts if he didn't understand but he knew to charger 169.00 for that one tire will not use this place again
