I recently had a suspension part replaced on my 2013 Grand Caravan at this auto shop, which required an alignment. However, upon arrival, the staff quickly took in my minivan and within 15 minutes, they claimed that the brand new part they had just installed was already broken. I was skeptical, as I had checked the part before bringing it in. The staff refused to take responsibility for the damage, instead blaming it on the part being faulty from the start. When I raised my concerns with the front desk, they denied any wrongdoing and offered no solution. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I regret not listening to the warnings of others. I would advise against taking your vehicle to this shop.

I am not one to post public reviews but I can t help but feel scammed with this auto shop. Not only did they overcharge me for the tires but also gave me the wrong type of tires and automatically added a road hazard warranty to my quote. Luckily I caught that extra charge and had it taken off at the beginning of my tire change. I was misinformed about the brand of tire i was getting and when i asked for it to be changed, they wanted to up charge me another $500. I would never return here again.

These guys are amazing from the moment you walk in super kind and understanding. They Squeezed me in for the holidays and made sure I was able to travel to see my family prior to Christmas and they worked with me with the pricing. Taking my car here for all future repairs/work.

The Staff at this location are the greatest, it's always a pleasure to do business with them, today I was running late on things that I had needed to get done before my road trip, so therefore I was pushing it extremely close to their closing time and Justin went above and beyond to accommodate me, I'm so grateful for his time and his customer service, this will continue to be the only place for my car care, Thank you so much!!!

I hate there's so many shifty mechanic shops. I got my check engine error codes checked at a few auto stores, they at least gave a list and had pretty much the same codes or so. They did the evaluation here and couldn't tell me anything other they got different codes and don't know what's wrong so there's 34 buck right there. Idk what they even did during the eval but my car is is running janky thanks to them. I won't be back to pay 124 for a diagnostic for them to mess something else up

One of the best service spots you could go to. They explain to you what's wrong and recommend what can and should be done. They're honest and that's something you don't take for granted these days. Justin is awesome

Had a check engine light on. They assessed it and fixed fuel injector quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend them.

This place is scamming now for money. Went in for an oil change $37 + tax. I ask if military discount included, the front desk gentleman said no but need to see my id card. Left my id card in my vehicle ran outside grab my id card came back in then the oil change service changed to $64. I questioned it oh your car takes synthetic . But the oil special advertised as a different amount for a synthetic oil change. I will not be returning as a customer and don t advise others to use this place of business, so much dishonesty and conspiracy how they do business.Update: Manager/Owner did reach out via phone and review reply. They were very persistent to make corrections for any misunderstandings and going beyond to fix business/customer relationships. In that regard is some value to appreciate their customers. I rate my initial one star review to an update 5 star.Service: Oil change

Very busy, kinda long wait, but air conditioning & the movie Avatar/Water, so not really a problem. Had a coupon for my oil change, so that helped! Tyler was very nice & quite informative about what all they did to my Mustang. Satisfied, so I'll probably go back.

Went there a few weeks ago for the first time for an oil change, great customer service, nice staff,( to distract you from the false pricing), I've never had an issue with my vehicle before especially after a simple oil change but after the service at this establishment I am now facing almost $300 in repairs. And I wished I read the reviews and comments on this place before taking my truck here. Corporate will be called , they can't keep doing this to people.Service: Oil change

This is the only shop that I trust! Everyone there is knowledgeable and never try to sell you anything you don't need. I was having a noise coming from my front end and they figured out it was my hub bearing. They replaced it and the noise is now gone and the car drives a lot smoother. I will keep coming back for all of my maintenance needs. Justin the store manager is very personable and knowledgeable. Steve the service writer is very nice and welcoming and does everything he can to keep you informed on your vehicle while it is being repaired. If you have any questions they are all happy to make sure to help you with anything. UPDATE: Character limits will not allow me to post this update along with the full story of my issue. However, I'm happy to report that Precision Tune did the right thing by me with no pushback at all. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy that Ronnie, Tony and BJ showed me in helping me get this matter resolved. Mistakes happen and businesses are in business to make money. But their willingness to have empathy for my situation and take care of me says a lot about the core values of this company. I was advised that my SUV needed a ball joint replaced prior to them performing the alignment I had requested. In addition to the required ball joint replacement, I received a list of "recommended" repairs totaling $5985. I took my SUV to two other established automotive repair shops in the Fayetteville area for a second opinion and both saw no issue with the ball joint as indicated by Precision Tune. The second establishment was able to perform the alignment with no problem. I am not one to leave reviews often, however feel as if I was being taken advantage of at this establishment. Consumer beware and get a second opinion.

Didn't like the service. I went to get a diagnostic that took 3 days and I had to keep calling them everyday they gave me maybe 2 updates. Then when they did call they said $3500 and that my car wasn't gonna be ready until Monday after my car was there for 3 day Wednesday to Saturday until I asked him his name then he called back and said my car was ready and still charged me $388 which they should have discounted .

Please do not go here my girlfriend went for just an oil changed and right after she left her ac stopped working. It works up to 3 but when at high speed for it no longer works and cuts completely off. A gentleman posted about them messing with his on face book and I have also heard from others as well about their experiences at this particular site. No good you go to get your car fix and they mess up things to get you to come back or just don t know what they are doing

Went in for their online special.. Oil n filter change, tire rotation, top off fluids. I sat and watched the whole time. No tire rotation, no fluids topped off. Even the manager at the desk said the shop guys were trying to leave for the day. Gonna jack up my car tomorrow and see if the filter was even changed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Have taken several vehicles to them over the years. They have always been reasonable and quick with the repairs. I CANNOT recommend them for the NC DMV INSPECTION. The tech came up with a couple of issues. One was a haze on the headlights. Not sure if he tested or not, but with the LED headlights on this car were brighter than my other cars with normal headlights and new glass and both of them passed. He quoted a price of over $1000 to replace both headlights. Quote from dealer for the repair was under $400, And I ended up fixing both lights in under an hour myself. Then he found another issue and quoted another $1000 to repair it. After taking it to another shop the issue was the oil filter was slightly loose and leaking oil on another part. (The part that he said was bad and needed replacing.). The only way I will return another vehicle to this place is if I know that tech won t be doing the work on my car.

I enjoyed my experience! I went yesterday to get my NC Inspection and Steve was so friendly and welcoming. I didn't get the name of the technician but he was very nice and looked like he was enjoying his work. So amazing!!! I wish I would have gotten my oil change with them because the price for a tire rotation, synthetic oil change, and inspection would have been the same price as what I paid for an oil change at Take5.

I've been using Precision to tune my vehicles for over 8 years now and have always been satisfied with their quality. For example, just today I went in for a tire rotation and oil change and found myself waiting for a while longer than anticipated. However when I asked about the status of my truck, they informed me it was complete and apologized for the work order slipping through the cracks to make it to the front counter for check out. A small inconvenience, but they comped me the entire servicing in compensation for the long wait time. They go above and beyond treating their customers with respect and dignity, and go the extra mile to keep that repeat business. 10/10

Went in for an alignment after I installed a new rack and pinion, inner and outer tie rods, upper and lower rear trailing arms and a panhard correction kit. The car hasn't been in better condition in years of getting alignments done elsewhere no problem. The service advisor said I needed a 4 wheel alignment. To adjust the castor.... Of my solid rear axle...the tech next to him said they adjust the pinion angle as well...My 4runner has a double cardon joint so I don't know why he even said that to try and back him up? said they don't do free alignment checks as of last week Until I showed him on their website that they do until Dec 31st 2023 and he even wanted to go back and forth about that as well. At this point it's clear I'm onto them so they break and give me the free check and give me the coupon price evaluation. They finally come to me after 40 minutes saying I need new upper control arms (I do need new ones, but I just want to drive in a straight line so that has nothing to do with my brand new OEM steering components I installed the night before.) "Oversized tires" it's the stock tire profile just on a 17in rim instead of a 16in rim big whoop? "I'm lifted so it requires more" it's a really nice new condition 2.5in lift and I just caught you guys trying to charge a 4 wheel alignment on a car that only needs the front aligned? Take the effort you were going to "perform" on the rear (impossible) and spend it on the front. They finally say they won't align it. Quoted me $2,400 as well for upper control arms and labor. The best UCA's are $500 and 4 bolts and a nut to get loose. I paced around inside as they preyed on other unsuspecting people as well.Do not go here they're overpriced and will lie and price gouge everything they can. I'd imagine that's how they stay in business to offset the people that know what they're talking about bringing their business elsewhere. Take it to blacks and at least get an almost perfect alignment for less.Service: Wheel alignment

My mother took my van in for an inspection. The mechanic quoted us $1100 to replace a power steering pump due to leaks and failed us. We took it to an Army retired mechanic friend of ours who stated there was nothing wrong with the pump it was just leaking oil by the hoses and only had to cut the hoses back, install new clamps, install new power steering fluid and clean up the excess for $120. My mother took it back to Precision Tune 8 May 2023 and the same Mechanic Dwayne Burton looked at it and said it was no longer leaking but found another leak in the rack in pinion and it would be $1700 to fix. Of course we took it back to the Army mechanic who showed us the dry rack and pinion which had absolutely no play in it with only some axle grease leaking around the boot. He suggested replacing the boots and cleaning up the axle grease to see if the leak stops before replacing anything. I m posting this because these Jack legs see any fluid and they immediately try to replace parts at expensive prices and should be avoided at all costs. Buyer beware of these crooks and avoid this shop at all costs.
