Worsts mechanics in the area. The have been messing my car. First they broke a hose on a brand new car during the first oil change that ended up overheating my car. Second they mess with a part while fixing the catalytic converter (they never metion a thing but the car turned the check engine light after a month of that reparation), ended up with no car for 3 days (over a thousand lies). I picked up my vehicle and after less than 36 hours my vehicle has a loose part and I ended up having to use a tow. (Picture of the last situation posted). They have no explanation for anything and my vehicle is not even 3 years old and haven t hit 50,000 miles. A vehicle that is use only in the area for regular purposes work, school, groceries, etc. I m so unsatisfied and at this point I don t feel safe on that vehicle anymore. DON T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Dropped car off 11/17 and didn't get it back until 11/28. Took car in for transmission racing. They fixed broken and loose bolts on transmission but it is still racing. No communication with updates on my car. I usually receive much better service from them.

The Service Manager cleared up a possible bad experience due to a misunderstanding between the mechanic, receptionist and me. I recommend Powers-Swain.I brought my 2001 in for a windshield wiper with a mind of its own. It ran while off on a random setting, and I couldn't control it at all. I am a "YouTube Mechanic" and tried to fix it on my own, clearing the drain plugs,, replacing the wiper motor and wiper control arm on the steering column without any luck.I told the sercice receptionist all this when I called, and told her again when I dropped it off. When she called back, she told me that the drain plugs were plugged and the motor got wet and the wiper motor needed to be replaced. This was not the case and I told her so. I cleared the plugs and replaced the motor. She called me back and told me the pins to the motor connection were bent and still needed a new motor. This was not quite true either. I looked at the motor pins when I picked the car up and they were not bent... what I didn't see was that they were pushed back and didn't make full connections. I felt like I was being taken to the cleaners.However, the service manager met with me and explained the pins were likely pushed in when I replaced the motor myself. I agree. This was the cause, and it needed a new motor like the service representative said.I appreciated the calm, clear and patient talk I had with the service manager. This could have been avoided with better communication between the service representative and the mechanic.I will definitely return! Thanks for taking the time to clear up the confusion.

Drove up from Tallahassee FL, in order to have a PPI done on a vehicle I was interested in purchasing.Had a scheduled appointment that was set about a week in advance, for 8am. Was told initially on scheduling that the inspection would take a little over 2 hours, which would have been fine. We show up, get checked in, and are told immediately that the PPI would now not be finished until about an hour to close at 4:30-5:00pm.We had planned on getting on the road back that same day, and had to escalate through the service advisor we were working with (she was super sweet, and on point, I think Nancy? You're doing good! This isn't about you) in order to get the vehicle checked, within a relative time order. Vehicle inspection was finished closer to 1pm in actual.The vehicle inspection was almost good, however I asked if a driveability test (driving the car) was done. I was told yes, and that nothing was wrong. I get into the car myself for the first test drive, and immediately feel that brake booster is completely dead, and that I will be needing to replace it.I now have lingering doubts about what I paid a little over $340 for with the inspection. How am I to trust them, when a serious and obvious fault that could be found immediately, and easily before even moving the vehicle under it's own power, was omitted from documentation, let alone telling the customer about it?Absolutely a poor experience from a service center, I cannot of sound mind and body recommend coming here for much more than an oil change and maybe a rotation. Find another shop for pre purchase vehicle inspections, where they're not going to overlook and omit potential problems while still charging full price.

I scheduled an appointment a week out. When I arrived, they took the vehicle in right away and 45 minutes later I was departing. Great service team. See you again soon.

Lousy service. They misdiagnosed my vehicle the first time I took it in. I come back a second time and they give me an appointment for 2 weeks. The day of the appointment arrives and I deliver my vehicle at 10am (time of the appointment) it turns out that it is approximately 6pm and they had not called to let me know about it. When I go Mr. Leonard with a terrible attitude he takes me to my vehicle and he tells me to call again to make another appointment because they couldn't check the bus that day and he leaves without even wanting to allow us to talk. After my wife misses a day of work because that was the day for that appointment she was waiting 2 weeks for.

The manager Kyle in service really took care of my needs. My daughter lost the key to her car. My was in an accident. So we needed a new key ASAP. Even though we didn t have an appointment. He made sure that I had a new key programmed that day. I really appreciate it. Even fixed my undercarriage which my daughter broke. That s what managers are for. Thanks!

I had called yesterday to get a quote on a service and was quoted 845.00 ish for part and labor.I felt the price was too high so i decided to look elsewhere. Today, I found a place that was within my budget, unfortunately, they were too far away and i didnt want to risk driving my car. So I called back here to get the pricing again since this dealership was closer to me. When i called again about the cost of service only labor, I was quoted 900 almost to 1000 dollars for the same service I asked about the other day and thats just for labor.Im no fool and i guess the advisor thought I was someone who is easily to be taken advantage of because i didnt have much knowledge about the service. Ill go to the other local dealership. Its half the price of what I was quoted yesterday.Im staying away from this dealership and advise you to do the same.

Had thee worst experience with Nancy! She was rude and gave generic answers to everything that i needed. To get any information i had to continually call up.there.My car sat from 9:30 am to 5pm without being worked on. She was terrible via phone, her attitude and tone were very unprofessional. She offered no real help to my situation. She would say she would call.me right back and an hour or so later each time i had to call her back. Just terrible!

I bought my truck in for service because it was running really bad. The service department did an excellent job getting it running again and I haven't had any more problems with it.

Oil change was cheaper than Wal-Mart or Firestone. But i thought had a free oil chage coming from Chevrolet for buying my traverse

They told me the reason my steering wheel was offset is bc of the roads are at an angle so water could flow off them
