I went in here looking for brake pads and what I found were two of the greatest gentlemen this side of the Mississippi. Tj and his associate (can t remember buddy s name) reminded me there s hospitality in people and got me my break pads!! Dang, I d late them drive my truck and I only knew them for 15 minutes. God bless those boys

Update 2/15/2023Had to visit here again. Outstanding service from Deonte and Justin. Very helpful and knowledgeable.Thank you to Carlo and Macho for the expert advice and being open until ten when all the other auto stores closed at 9. My truck was stranded with a dead battery and they hooked up right up. Thanks guys. Excellent customer service :)

Good people that want to help people work at Oreilys and their price can't be beat. Why go elsewhere? I simply love Oreilys alot of family works there and I have a commercial account. I I always go ONLY to Oreilys for any car needs

Extremely disrespectful. I went in to buy a simple air filter for my Nissan. The cashier said I needed to give my name, address, and phone number to buy the air filter. Really? When I asked why, he became very nasty and disrespectful. Incredible... Whoever owns that franchise should talk to their people about courtesy and respect... Rest of the story: Found what I needed elsewhere at a competitor store where the same part was significantly less and the attendant was far more courteous. As my grandfather once said, a little respect goes a long way.

This place is the worst O'Reilly in Fayetteville. I came their for coolant and ended up having to spend $125.00 for a part that one of the associates broke, then they tell me it's not their fault for them damaging my vehicle rendering it undrivable for 5hrs while I had to wait for my mechanic to fix the part in the parking lot of O'Reilly's.I will be filing a civil suit against this company for the damages done to my vehicle on the behalf of their employees as well as for pain and suffering, as well as for the financial impact it had on me and my family. As well as mechanic fees. That I had to payNever let anyone at this location touch your car or even walk in this place they will damage your vehicle and tell you it's not their fault. I think the general manager I talked to was Elizabeth and she was the one that lied to me and told me she couldn't do anything about it.

Dallas was a lifesaver and helped me reorder my A/C compressor that somehow got lost in UPS!He was very diligent and friendly! He continued to keep in contact with me on any updates and made sure to hand it to me personally!

Very quick and easy trip, I like going to O'Reilly's because of their no nonsense dealings they don't try and sell you stuff that you don't need and they will price match and give a military discount

Very poor customer service would not offer any kind of help for a bad battery less than 2 years old that had a 3 year replacement warranty because I couldn't find my receipt even though it had a sticker on it of the date of manufacture went to Napa and they took it and prorated it for one of there batteries even though I didn't buy it from them that is what customer service is I will be back there from now on and oreilly can chock on there poor customer service

It's O'Reilly's. This is a good store. They helped me out. Was going to pay somebody to work on my truck, but to save both time and money I'll do it myself... And of course, with the help of this O'REILLY'S.

It was simple. I walked in to purchased wipers as it was raining. I was ignored (It sucks being invisible). 2 Caucasian couples walked in and were greeted There I stood with a RED sweatshirt on..so I walked out.
