The owner of this establishment is a thief. He extorted my daughter several hundred dollars overcharged on a minor repair on a Chevy Cruz. It took a call to the police department for me to get the keys to the car. The original charge was over $500 for a 15 minute replacement of a spark plug coil, which should ve been $100 to $200. The owner would not call back even after five hours of waiting to explain the additional cost (which was unexplainable other than extortion of a 27-year-old girl). I don t know how this guy sleeps at night stay away from this place for your own good.

I have been having my car(s) repaired here for about 30 years. Excellent mechanics, honest, and fair prices. The very few times I have ever gone elsewhere, I wish I'd used Northside instead. Always reputable and reliable work.

I've lived in Fayetteville since 1982. I took my vehicle in to have a problem fixed. Since then, this is the ONLY auto shop that I have taken any of my vehicles. That first visit established a really good "Win, Win" feeling!!

Horrible they will rip off honest hard working people all I needed was 4 lug nuts loosened they were not stripped or anything wrong just a little too tight to do by hand took less then 10 seconds to remove with the impact driver I had my own tire and not only took off my own tire and put my own tire back on they did nothing else but use the impact driver and charged me over $27.00 i could see maybe $10-$15 easy money and I understand people have to make money but that s price gouging me and taking advantage of a woman I could almost get a whole new used tired at that price for $10 more dollars or so had I known that they would do that and charge me so much never would I of said ok they waited til after to give me a price I see now why they looked so slow on business he was sitting in a chair when I got there clothes clean no sweat or a piece of dirt or grease on him anywhere they never changed my tire I did ! When I called back they were very rude and tired to lie and say they changed my tire no sir 4 lug nuts were loosened nothing more or were they damaged stripped or hard to remove then I could understand charging me that price they did not take off or put my tire on at all never ever again ! Dishonest and will rip you off on price

Very Courteous & Professional. They Listen To Your Concerns, Diagnose Your Vehicle, and Explain In Detail, What Is Necessary To Fix Your Vehicle. They Even Search For Cost Effective Options That Are Less Financially Stressful.

The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and nice. The older gentleman was dismissive and a bit cold when asking questions. It's simply not the place for me.

I took my car up there about a month ago and they told me that my 3rd cylinder was misfiring and that I needed new spark plugs. So they "fixed" it for almost $500 and not even two weeks later the service engine light comes back on. So we take it up there and they try to say that its the Cadillac converter and that we will have to take it to the dealership. So my boyfriend had his buddy at work plug in his little machine & it was saying the SAME 3RD CYLINDER was misfiring. So since they were supposed to have "fixed" that we took it back to them & you would think they would want to make us happy & stand by their work .. INSTEAD they tried to tell us now the head gasket is going bad but we can still drive it for now. UNBELIEVABLE. That's the last time they will get money from us!

On a road trip through NC, I ran over a curb and heard some weird noises in my wheels. I was right by Northside Tire. Frank and the team immediately helped me out and made sure my car was fine. They have fantastic customer service and were super helpful. If I lived in Fayetteville or Fort Bragg this would be my go to for auto repairs.

I m from out of town and these folks treated me like I was a regular customer. Kind, honest, and straightforward if I lived here, I d bring my vehicle here all the time.

Great Company with awesome ownership! The technicians are very knowledgeable. I have taken my wife's truck here multiple times (dodge's lol) for different issues each time and it came out better then it went in.

They do good work, dont over charge and if they cant fix it they will tell you and give you a recomendation on who they think can fix it. To add they stand behind their work. Awesome customer service

I love the people that work here, I took my truck in for service on my tire sensor and Frank and the gentleman who found the problem took care of it and got me on the road again. Thanks alot guys
