I can't say enough, how impressed I am with this NAPA store. We pulled up as they were closing, they stayed, and made sure we got the part we needed to fix my dad's car. Super friendly staff! The best service I have ever gotten from any parts house!!

Looking for lock that would fit my Reese hitch. contacted the clerk who gave me a number to call for NAPA. Part ordered and just waiting to get it.

Refused to sell us one tube of grease, told us that we had to buy the whole 50$ case. Ordered one tube of grease online came to the store to pick up our order. We get there and they said that dont have that order. We call customer service and the store never placed our order. Once again we have to leave and come back. Keep in mind this is a week long proces. Come back for the third time and they still refuse to sell us individual packets. Again we are on the phone with customer service and this matter is still not resolved. We could have easily ordered this on Amazon but my husband and I try to buy local as much as possible. Truly disappointed we have learned our lesson.

I m a professional shop and highly do not recommend Napa in general . There warranty is 6 month 6,000 miles . I m aware of this due to a fuel pump on one of my commercial accounts went bad after two months . I currently use Orielys auto parts and they proudly do a 3 year 36,000 nation wide warranty for my dhop

I will start by saying I have never worked at an auto parts store but most Napa stores have knowledgeable staff. Being a mechanic I suggest using the Napa gold filters on your vehicles. I have cut open many and researched several types. They are built better and are made using premium products.

I always go to Napa for hard to find parts they usually have these in stock. Things cost a little more here but they're a little more quality and they have them in stock
