Every time i go into NAPA Auto on Pamalee Drive off of Murchison road the Employees know exactly what products I'm there for. They are Respectful Helpful and Caring. Thank you NAPA

Remember back in time when our grandparents would talk about going to the parts store Well this is where they went and this is how they got the name Napa know how !!Dalton , is one of the Best parts experienced person there Kurt is definitely your paint guy . So next time you need a part call the Pro s at Walker Napa . There is a big box store on every corner but none have the same Quality of parts and experience they provide .

Miguel was able to overnight order the case for my key fob, helped me take off the broken case and get it fixed up like new saving me $278 at the Toyota dealership. Good as new, $13 and it s because Miguel is attentive and great at his job. Perfect customer service!

They didn't seem like they were interested in helping me. I finally had one of the sales guys help me only to have him tell me he didn't know if the NAPA car battery was any good or not because it was too drained. So, I took it to Advanced Auto on Ramsey street where they were glad to help.

My family owns NAPA stores so I always shop at NAPA. This was by far the worst customer service I ve ever experienced at one of these establishments. The workers in HopeMills will always get my business going forward. Do better.

The gentleman that assisted me was VERY helpful & courteous! The prices are a little high but I don't mind if it fixes my problem, and it DID, so worth the money. Great experience!!

Stopped in with battery problems and they were very helpful. Tested mine and it was bad, got me a replacement and loaned me the tools to replace my old dead one. Thanks, will be back for more parts as I need them.
